  14.
  15. Occupation: Professional Hero
  16.
  17. Biography: Rein's father was a cardinal and raised his son strictly in the tenants of the church's edicts. He eventually grew up into a respectful but open minded individual clad in the virtues of his beliefs. He soon enrolled in the German hero academy through to his graduation. He has recently transferred to Japan out of a desire to learn about villainy across the world knowing that the faces of evil differ from place to place based on many factors.
  18.
  19. Hero Name: Iscariot
  20.
  21. Costume: Long-coat laced with white feathers and ordained with gold crosses.
  22.
  23. Motivations: Rein is a deeply religious man, having been all but raised in the church life. He believes that all those with special abilities should use them for the betterment of mankind. To act in any way other than that is an affront to God's generous gifts and worthy of punishment.
  24.
  25. Quirk: Deal with the Devil: The user has the ability to amplify quirks whom are 'contracted' at the price of one of the five senses. It will either cause the quirk to function as if it was in ideal circumstances or a simple amplication of range/magnitude depending on the nature of the quirk. He can also inflict a contract upon himself at the cost of one of his senses to dampen the quirk of someone else.
  26.
  27. Abilities: Blessed Left Hand: Symbolized by the sun tattoo. This is the hand that bestows the positive aspects of his contracts upon someone. By amplifying the quirk factor any quirk will function at its peak efficiency as is still safe for the user to handle. Example: Dark Shadow will function as if it is pitch black but not to an extent of where he will lose control. Bakugou will be able generate sweat much more easily as if in sweltering conditions.
  28.
  29. Demonic Right Hand: Symbolized by the moon tattoo. This is the hand that bestows the negative aspects of his contract upon someone who he can touch. By paying the price himself he will dampen their quirk to the opposite extent of the blessing. In most cases this will simply be the magnitude of the quirk or the speed at which it works. Example: Shigaraki's decay would function far slower, Elemental quirks would be more taxing on user stamina.
  30.
  31. Moves: Rein is a practiced fencer and when on duty carries a rapier. He possesses no other exemplar skills.
  32.
  33. Weaknesses : Neither Rein nor his contractors know which sense will be taken from them upon agreement. It could very well make some situations worse rather than better. Such is the risk of playing the Devil's game.
  34.
  35. A deal once made must persist for at least twenty-four hours before it's able to be terminated. They cannot be triggered and dismissed on a whim or at the drop of a hat. The Devil gets his due.
  36.
  37. Rein is rather useless when alone. His quirk poses too much self risk to bother with solo antics. He is often insistent about being paired up with others or will refuse to go out on duty.
  38.
  39. Rein is limited to three contracts at one time. If a new one is made the oldest one will fade.
  40.
  41. Statistics:
  42. Power: 3/5
  43. Speed: 3/5
  44. Technique: 5/5
  45. Intelligence: 3/5
  46. Cooperativeness: 6/5
  47.
  48. Trivia:
  49. Rein actually dislikes his quirk, he views it as a form of temptation thus why he gave it such a grim name despite his religious beliefs.
  50.
  51. Despite his hero life and beliefs Rein believes he is doomed to Hell.
  52.
  53. Rein believes that the Hell described in Dante's Inferno sounds too pleasant to be true Hell.
