Dear PayPal,
My personal paypal account has been disabled today due to a reason I wasnt 18 years old when I opened this account. Since my account got disabled I can no longer send nor receive the money from other people, but I can still withdraw my remaining balance as it was stated in the mail I got earlier today. But the problem is whenever I try to withdraw my money I get an error pop up message saying "There is an issue with your account, please contact us" (I put a screenshot below). So can you please resolve this and enable my withdraw function.
