Some 2018 plans [SUBJECT TO CHANGE]

So the past couple years have been pretty lacking in banjo speedrunning relatively speaking. If that makes you sad you're in luck because it turns out by chance we're gonna make up for that this year by having entirely too much banjo! You'll be sick of Banjo games by the time 2019 rolls around! Or maybe just me idk I'm not a psychic.

Plans for the next few months:

Whenever I get a Switch:

No streams/infrequent streams for a good month or so aside from obligations and maybe Splatoon 2 first playthrough

Rest of March-early april:

Sunday March 25th: An ode to WiiWare, where I buy/play various WiiWare stuff and shit around on the Wii Shop before I can't put money on it anymore =(

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts 131 Jiggy

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts Any% rerouting and some runs

Some Super Mario Advance All Levels runs somewhere on the side maybe


April:

April Fools Special (Banjo-Tooie: Any% No)

Sonic CD 2011 All Good Futures derust/runs as well as Savior of the Planet derust/runs for Sonic Speed marathon

14th – 16th: Sonic CD 2011 Savior of the Planet (Sonic) run

Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts 131 Jiggy will be back to weekly runs most likely

Banjo-Tooie All Bosses Derust, runs for sub 2:20 at the very least, finish up the Jinjo pattern route comparison finally (might put this on hold for a while bc of how much of a headache it was)

Banjo-Kazooie XBLA Any% learning (the one with the cool Demo Desync Warp stuff)

ACTUALLY doing a new Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts Any% Tutorial finally?

April 20th – 23rd: Submitting to Keizathon (details here: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1EsriV2MKOjFESyO7e6xqBvo1P8I-1A8S-7CDKP5wfEs/edit ) if something gets in I'll be doing derusting and runs for it in prep, thinkin of submitting some Tooie, Nuts & Bolts, and Sonic CD categories to it.

July 13th – 16th: Banjo-Tooie 100% for the 1545 relay! (check https://fifteenfortyfive.org/ for details)

Banjo Any% Gauntlet (would like to do it during the 20th anniversary for the series (June 29th), but it's more likely that I won't get to it until July or August after the 1545

Banjo-Kazooie: Grunty's Revenge any% and/or 100% learning (depends on when I can afford to rebuy the cart I lost. Also would rather learn 100% truth be told, but the run for the Banjo Any% Gauntlet will be any%, debating on just learning 100% then wing any% by randomly removing jiggies idk we'll sse)

Banjo-Pilot casual replay through to see if I would still kinda hate it (as with Grunty's Revenge, depends on when I can afford to rebuy the cart I lost.)

November 11th: Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts 10th anniversary marathon special! Will have much more details later but for now I'll say this: it'll be a 12-15 hour marathon full of every category of this game I have routed (basically all categories aside that have been established). That includes:

-Any%
-131 Jiggy
-100%
-DLC%
-Low% (plan to route this out before summer ends)
-MAYBE route out a category I thought up called “All Jiggy Missions”
