Treaty of Peace

between

the Imperial State of Constancia,
the Bovic Kingdom of Drak-Modan,
the Elwynnese Republic,
the Bovic Empire of the Natopian Nation,
the Kingdom of Ransenar,
the Emirate of Sathrati together with the Imperial Dominion of the Marquessate of Zy-Rodun and the Counties of Yardistan, Amity, and Mirioth,
the Imperial Republic of Shireroth,
the Sovereign Confederation of Suthergold, Norestria, and Holwinn,
the State of Talenore,
the Unified Governorates of Benacia
the Wechua Nation,
and Sanama
(hereinafter the Member States of the Raspur Pact and Sanama),
on one Part

and

the Frankish Empire,
and the Kingdom of Krasnocoria,
on the second Part


Article I – Peace

There shall be a firm and universal peace between the Member States of the Raspur Pact and Sanama, on one Part, and the Frankish Empire and the Kingdom of Krasnocoria, on the second Part, and between their respective countries, territories, cities, and people, of every degree, without exception of places of persons. All hostilities, both by sea and land, shall cease as soon as this treaty shall have been ratified by both parties, as hereinafter mentioned.


Article II – Proclamation

Immediately after the ratifications of this treaty by both parties, as hereinafter mentioned, orders shall be sent to the armies, squadrons, officers, subjects and citizens, of the Member States of the Raspur Pact and Sanama, on one Part, and the Frankish Empire and the Kingdom of Krasnocoria, on the second Part, to cease from all hostilities.


Article III – Ratification


This treaty, when the same shall have been ratified on both sides, without alteration by either of the contracting parties, and the ratifications mutually exchanged, shall be binding on both parties, and the ratifications shall be exchanged at Norfae, to bring the treaty into effect on 1.VII.1679 AN.
