Feel free to get in contact with me when you've finished streaming; Like I've said, I intend to get some cost back from the time that I've put in, it may not be directly from you but I cannot and will not warrant spending an extended period of time on software that many people will use without marketing it...

  5. Like I said originally, my intention was to make it open-source; But considering the amount of feedback from people other than yourself I have made the decision to make it "Paid For"...

  7. Now as you may be aware (Not to be "That guy") Ideas aren't held under 'Intellectual Property' and only physical/made idea's/concepts can be.. Now I've never said that I wasn't willing to "give" you a copy for your own use, merely stated that I was intending on pricing at X amount... What I'm doing may not be "What you asked" for, but as I'm under no contract to do anything "As you asked for" I'm taking my creative liberty and adding stuff that myself and other people would also like to see (I.E; The tracking).

  9. If you'd like me to draw up a contact; I'd be more than willing to do so; However that means you also become a client, in turn also means it'll have to be a paid contract at my usual hourly rate or discounted.

  16. it was an idea I had and you offered to make it
  17. at first I thought I had someone lined up that said it was already kinda built
  18. but it ended up being not immediately accessible
  19. the thought was if you wanted to make it then awesome, and I would obviously operate as a proof of concept that you could then market

  35. 1): I did offer to originally make it, and you turned that offer away.. Because of the aforementioned reason.
  36. 2): When I stated "$25" it was merely me asking if you thought that was a fair price.... And if I was stating I think you should also pay for it I would've contacted your directly to discuss that matter.

Please stop doing that. 2) Ya just referred to my actions in response to your text in a public place where I'm acting over-the-top sarcastic on purpose as childish after you begged the question regarding whether or not you should be compensated for labor which was never a discussion that we have ever had whether it was about someone else or myself and you initiated that conversation in the midst of a stream where literally dozens of other people are talking at the same time. If you didn't want me to take it the wrong way, perhaps you should've done a better job of clarifying

  82. If you have an issue with me using your first name then you should say that when it happens... Is it my fault that I like to use your first name because its quicker to type, no not really; However I'll refrain from doing such from this point onwards.

  84. secondly, regardless of if you're intentionally "acting over-the-top sarcastic on purpose" when you're confused by what I mean; That's going to come off as "Childish".. If you don't want me to work on it for you, then I won't; But I'll continue working on it for those who have explicitly stated that they're interested in using it...

  86. thirdly; If my intention was to ever charge you, I would've dumped a contract on your lap and had to read that over and sign it if it was for paid work; Moving back to my previous statement in this conversation; Where I stated along the lines of "I plan on making it Open Source"... Turning the point that I never once said or directly insinuated that you personally should be compensating me for the time spent working on this "Side project" hence me also stating "It'll be done when it done".

You injected yourself into multiple instances second guessing the structure of my stream... challenging decisions, contests, etc. You've instigated disagreements between yourself and other members in the discord when you simply could've just blocked them if you didn't like what they had to say. And now you've referred to my reaction to you (of which there's a vod that you can go look at with a text log of it) as childish just because you weren't capable of clarifying what it was you were trying to say. My stream is when I'm performing. If you wanted to have a business conversation, you shouldn't have initiated it during a performance. nearly anyone in that situation could've/would've been able to see that as such.

  95. What you do with your IP is none of my business. We spoke about something simple that is no longer becoming/staying something simple. It's not what I was looking for and it's clearly not something that you've any intention on creating, but honestly that's beside the point.

The point now is that as a member of the community you've caused problems with others, you've repeatedly come at me in a way that you claim is in jest but comes off as pompous and abrasive, and this whole debacle about monetizing an application that you decided to create on a whim, whether for me or not, wasn't necessary at the time you decided to engage me in it.

Honestly, all of this isn't worth the stress, and if you don't believe you should/don't want to bother to take the time to manage to be respectful without attempting to denigrate the person that you've been having a conversation with, that's not someone that I wish to have remain in the community.

  106. Long and short of it - he offered to make an app for me, to which I originally declined and then agreed for bit donations to cause hotkey presses.
  107. He started going into all of this extra stuff and then approached me mid stream the other day about pricing for it
  108. And I was like “we never talked about it we can discuss it later but we never agreed about money or anything...” and he said that he wanted to be comped for his time
  109. So I told him to just stop working on it then because I wasn’t in a position to pay him
  110. He dmed me later and said I acted childish
  111. So I just told him that I didn’t think he was a fit for the community. He had caused other issues with other people too unfortunately
