Global chat switch prevention skript

on command "/g":
	argument 1 is not empty:
		sender doesn't have permission "globalchat":
			send "<red>You don't have permission to switch into global chat.</red>" to the sender
			send "<red>You can send messages into global chat by using '/g <message>'.</red>" to the sender
			cancel the event
