Traits are pretty even, but aim to have atleast 1x Revolving Blades, 1x Thirsting Blades & 1x Chaotic Transformation. Fill the rest with Furious Gaze / Treacherous Covenant

Build:
Momentum is currently 1,6% ahead of Demonic, there's also fights where you need to hold Eye Beam for X reasons, putting Momentum even further ahead. Currently there's not a lot of mechanics hindering you from freely using Fel Rush in melee, with an exception being High Tinker Mekkatorque. Although Demonic will still be somewhat viable if you don't feel like playing Momentum, but I suggest you swap it around.

Same as in Uldir pretty much. Aim to balance Versatility/Crit/Haste out, while Versatility being slightly ahead. Always sim your character, stats are close and might change even if you only swap 1 item. As always, avoid Mastery, it's puke.

You want to be playing 3x Furious Gaze, 1x Revolving Blades, 1x Chaotic Transformation and 1x Random trait.
There's also better shoulders obtainable from PvP with Furious Gaze + Chaotic Transformation, meaning you can swap Chest for Revolving Blades + Furious Gaze.

Build:
FEL BARRAGE HAS RETURNED!!
Currently Momentum is 2% ahead overall (If you use Dungeon Slice sim) but that doesn't say much. If you play Momentum with Blind Fury, Immolation Aura & Fel Barrage you'll lose a lot of Single target damage, meanwhile Demonic is more balanced in that regard. Using your mobility for mobility and not damage is also a great addition. Me personally would play Demonic, but both builds are really close. Momentum for heavy AoE and less ST, Demonic for a more balanced build.

Demonic with Chaotic Transformation:
Immolation Aura (2sec before pull) > Eye Beam > Death Sweep > Meta > Death Sweep > Anni spam til 30 fury (Don't go below) > Eye Beam
