Thank you for your interest in applying for a staff position here at OpFactions. We take our network seriously and therefore, have high hopes for new staff members. Please read the template and requirements carefully as an inability to answer the questions fully will set you out on the backfoot.

Please answer all of the questions truthfully, if you are accepted as staff and we find out you have been deceptive during the application process you could face immediate dismissal.

Once filling out your application please do not contact staff about your application, the review process takes time and consideration. We understand applying for staff is exciting but patience is a good quality for a staff member to have.

IMPORTANT: When filling out this application please do not include any identifying personal information such as phone numbers, last names, e-mails or your address as this is an open forum so anyone can access this information. We do not want you to be harassed.

If your application gets denied, you must wait at least 2 weeks before another attempt at applying for staff.

Please Note the Following:
Any False information submitted in this application will result in immediate dismissal if your position.
Failure to meet ontime may result in immediate dismissal of your position as staff.

The OpFactions Management Team holds the right to terminate any staff position without notice or reason.

Basic Requirements:
Make sure you meet these before applying

You must be aged 14 years or older
You need to have a phone for using Google Authenticator, Authy or any other Authenticator app.
You need to have a valid and secure email.
You need to be able to meet our 8-hour weekly on-time requirement.
You need to be able to use discord and be a member of our discord server.
Part of the application process is an interview over voice chat (on discord).
We prefer if you have previous staff experience and it is a bonus if you have proof of this.
Your application needs to be at least 500 words (without the template).
You must be willing to devote 60% of your time online in your assigned priority server.
Of course, sometimes special hires occur when people
do not meet these requirements but this is rare and is
at the discretion of the management team.

We really do prefer if you have previous staff experience on a server with a player base. Take time to answer this section fully! You could describe what plugins you have experience with like /co i, /lb, or if you have experience with things like SS.

7) Why do you think you would be a good staff member on OpFactions?

Let us know why you think we should pick you; is it because of previous staff experience, your passion for helping people, your knowledge on plugins, or some other special skill you could bring to the team?

What servers do you spend most of your time on? Please list all servers in descending order. (Example: Factions, Survival, Prison, Skyblock)
