Citadel of the Frozen Heart

The Citadel of the Frozen Heart or as it was dubbed by the Torn Lotus, The Lake Lorelei facility, is a Citadel Class Multi-Purpose manse. Seated atop a greater air aspected manse, the facility is constructed primarily out of ice, with an advanced network of blue jade lines charged ten-thousand captured bolts of lightning. The Citadel was designed by Graceful Wings of the Forgotten Thought to be the greatest covert military structure creation had ever seen. Atop The surface of the lake, the manse sits as an extravagant and ostentatious palace carved of ice. In truth, this is but ten percent of the facility, and ninety percent lies below the lake's surface. While the upper segment of the manse is a passable enough castle with room for a garrison it is the lower levels that hide true wonders. Such as the warstrider and airship docking bay, the RLT Socket, garrison space to hold entire armies, and most impressively a weapon's construction facility. Unfortunately, the Usurpation was not kind to the facility and most features remain inoperable. However, with enough care and time, this manse could be brought back to rival its former status.
