  5. **__3 - What makes your group different than others?__**
  6. We involve our members during vital group decisions so that everyone feels fine with it - so people can understand the future of our group, we also really focus on rewarding hard workers as best as we can. This means that promotions can be given out, award ceremonies to make everyone feel confident and enjoy themselves.
  7. **__4 - What do you plan to accomplish through out our alliance?__**
  8. Overall, we'd like to host Events together to bring our communities along and know each other - so that people can understand what Iceberg Hotels is, what Drizzle Hotels is and why they are two unique Hotels that many should know.
  9. **__5 - Why would you like to ally with Iceberg Hotel?__**
  10. We'd like to ally to get some more people interested in our events, including yours. It also gives us experience on how to ally with other groups, and to work together with them to create amazing groups which will interest others.
  11. **__6 - How active is your group and staff members? How many visits per day would you say you get?__**
  12. In the Hotel, we usually get around 2000 new visits and half of the time, our Servers are always 50 players and above with people constantly joining.
  13. **__7 - Will you be able to announce all Iceberg Hotel events when asked?__**
  14. Yes, we will try our best to make sure all your events are posted for the Community to acknowledge.
  15. **__8 - What are some of the good traits that your staff have?__**
  16. Many of our Staff put resilience in their work and great activity, they always do their best as they know they will be awarded for it. Our SHR Team is very organised, friendly and also available in different timezones so everything goes along well.

  18. We sincerely understand, we have high expectations which our Staff is bound to follow.
