Kaden: How’d you manage that?
Kana: Easy! I just climbed up the tree with my kitsune claws!

Kana: I transformed, and it was easy to get up the tree! He was a little freaked out at first, but-

Kaden: [sad] Don’t worry about that now. Let’s get back to camp and let Avatar know what happened.
Kaden: [frown] We’ll track those dastards down.

Kaden: [neutral] Buuuut it was also pretty obvious by the way he held himself that he wasn’t some poacher thug.
Kana: [sad] I don’t get it. Aren’t poachers people who hunt animals? Do they think we’re like monsters?

Kana: [surprised] Our fur?
Kaden: Yeah. All the big human countries outlawed it years ago, even Nohr. But there’s still a blackmarket out there.
Kana: But how would they get our fur? It’s not like with sheep where they grow heaps and heaps of it…
Kaden: [frown] ...They cut it off.

Kaden: [sad] It’s okay, Kana. Avatar and I dealt with him.
Kana: Why?! Why would they want to do something so awful?!
Kaden: [frown] …I can’t tell you that.
Kaden: But I do know most humans aren’t like that. People like Avatar and all our friends here show that.
Kana: [sad] I… I guess…
Kana: [eyes closed, upset] …

Kaden: [smile] That’s my girl. And me and Avatar will always keep you safe, okay?
