  1. Dear T
  2.
  3. This e-mail contains important information regarding your domain name(s) that are registered with 123-reg.co.uk
  4.
  5. These domains are set to auto-renew and payment for renewal will be attempted 7 days in advance of the expiration date.
  6.
  7. The following domains will expire in 30 days on 31 August 2012
  8.
  9.
  10. At any time prior to 31 August 2012 you can login to your 123-reg control panel and renew the domain yourself manually by selecting 'Renew Domains' within the 'Domains' section.
  11.
  12. If you cannot remember your control panel password, please click here.
  13.
  14. We will attempt to renew your domain names for you automatically on 31 August 2012, using the payment methods stored on your account, for a period matching that of the original registration. For example, if you previously bought or renewed your domain name for two years, we'll renew it for a further two years.
  15. If you have Direct Debit set up as a payment method payment will be requested 22 days prior to the expiry of the service.
  16.
  17. You can ensure your payment details are up to date here.
  18.
  19. If you no longer wish to renew and keep your domains you will need to turn off renewal by clicking on 'Manage domain auto renewal’ within your 123-reg control panel.
  20.
  21. Failure to renew your domains pre-expiry may result in additional fees being charged to recover your domain where applicable. For more information on additional charges and redemption periods, please click here.
  22.
  23.
  24. Failure to renew your domain will result in the domain being made available for sale on the open market.
  25.
  26.
  27. Important notice for .at, .jp and .eu domains:
  28.
  29. The .at and .jp registry operate differently from others and require renewal to be made in advance of expiry, as such payment for these domains is taken in advance as highlighted below. Additionally failure to cancel these domains in advance may result in the registry pursuing renewal fee recovery proceedings.
  30.
  31. .at domains: 28 days
  32. .jp domains: 8 days
  33. .eu domains: 1 day
  34.
  35.
  36. All domain renewals are subject to our terms and conditions.
  37.
  38. Best Wishes,
  39. 123-reg.co.uk
