  12. u get contribute point in guild war and it does matter if your unit lvl is higher or lower , higher mean increase more in job upgrade

  14. contribution points are earned in great war. sometimes there are daily quests with cp as reward

  190. But to put in simple terms when you are new (since I still remember when I was new): you want to unite max level units of same job tier and similar total stats.

  192. When you check your character info it says how much str, int etc they got but also "total", that's their total stats.
