	Gender, skin/eye color
	Ink color changes automatically
		Apparently squids reach maturity at 14

-Squid form is important
	faster, further running jump, can run up inked walls
		Can't cross green/black barriers
	only human form can shoot though
		gamepad controls, although probably an alternative option

-Turf War - main game mode
	-ink more territory to win
	-cat judge is named Judd
	-Enemy ink slows you down like 203x
	-Killing opponents doesn't give you any direct bonus, but they explode into ink of your color
	-points awarded for performance - used as both experience and currency

-Stages
	-Urchin Underpass - relatively complex paths with a central plazza
	-Saltspray Rig - distinct high and low areas to keep track of
	-Blackbelly Skatepark - many open areas, few places to hide, one higher platform
	-Walleye Warehouse - obstacles in a smaller area
	-Arona Wall - longer, narrow area

-Equipment
	-Gear - hats, glasses, shirts, shoes
	-Inkopolis - urban hub city
		-all these idle animations
	-Weapon, clothing shops
	-Booyah Base - area with different shopkeepers
	-Jelly Fresh - clothing store, especially tops
		-Jelonzo likes gerunds, wears different shirts every day
	-Shrimp Kicks - shoes
		-Crusty Sean wears different shoes on all 8 feet
	-Cooler Heads - hats, glasses, accessories
		-Annie is timid, but Moe is p rude

-Weapons - three main weapon archtypes
	-Shooter
		-rapid fire, average range
		-Different types have different speeds/strengths/ranges/spreads
	-Charger (sniper)
		-Needs time to charge up, then shoots a lot of ink in a straight line
		-Some come with scopes for your 360ing needs
	-Roller
		-Melee-ish weapon - can roll over people or shake ink at people
		-Certain types can deflect enemy ink
-Sub and Special weapons
	-Sub weapons cost more ink than main weapons - like special attacks
		-9 types - sticky/contact bombs, ink mines invisible to opponents, enemy trackers, disruptors
	-Special Weapons - like ultimate attaccks, need to charge up a gauge by covering ground
		-Killer Wail, Inkstrike, multitarget tracker, party shield, RELEASE THE KRAKEN
-Can have one main, one sub, and one special - different sets

-Fashion
	-Clothes come in different brands - distinct styles
	-Squids you see online/on miiverse will visit you - can order the clothes they're wearing
	-Each piece of gear has abilities - more stars = more abilities
	-lots of different abilities - damage/speed up, fire rate bonuses, ninja squid
	-Maximum of four abilities, but all after the first are random
	-can visit Spyke to increase slots or reroll abilities for a sea snail
		-you pick up ordered gear from him too

-Single Player mode/story thing
	-Squid Valley - remove octopi
	-Cap'n Cuttlefish sends you on missions - can use tea kettles to teleport to octopi nests
	-different types of octopi with different type of attacks
	-Goal is to recover a zapfish they stole
	-Bosses, Squidlike-rival fights, fancy ink-activated obstacles
	-Items available in the field - armor, bubble shield, special weapons
	-Power egg collectables - can be used to upgrade your weapons
	-Sunken Scrolls - one in each stage, give u deep lore

-Squid sisters - inkling bands confirmed ???

-Battle Dojo - Local two-player multiplayer
	-one gets gamepad, other gets pro controller/classic controller
	-Pop balloons, don't die


-Inkopolis Tower - leads to online battles
	-Regular Battles - lets you do turf wars online
		-Teams randomly shuffled every match
		-Can join friends' games, but no same team guarantee
		-Two stages available at a time, change every four hours
	-Ranked Battles - Turf War and Splat Zones available
		-Whenever you win, your rank can rize - C- to A+
		-Similar ranked players fight online
		-Need to get to Level 10 in regular battle first - won't open until enough people worldwide get there, tho

-Free Update Events - "Planned through summer 2015"
	-Essentially free DLC - new stages, new weapons (inkbrush), new gear, new rulesets/modes (tower control, need to get a tower to cross a goal line) (rainmaker - it is a mystery)
	-August 2015 - two new matchmaking options (four friends against other teams, eight friends against each other)

-Minigames - arcade machine
	-Eight bit style Squid Jump - don't fall
	-Amiibo - offer 20 challenge missions (girl - charger only, boy - roller only, squid - time/ink limits)
	-Clearing missions give you special gear and extra minigames (rhythm games, racing games, something else)

-Splat fest - squid sisters host events
	-Special events dividing all players into two teams - seperate ranking system
	-High rankings give you sea snail
	-First event - cats or dogs
	-Changes on a regular basis - check back regularly
