What happened?: So basically right I was getting arrested, an officer reads my rights incorrectly so I get to talk with Internal Affairs about it. The outcome of that is that I get 10 minutes to wait for an attorney to arrive or they will keep on processing me. Due to an ongoing situation at DOC I get transported to the Police HQ, where they start the 10 minute Timer and they pat me down, after they patted me down they told me you will be fired upon if you draw a weapon after that they unrestrain me so I could pick up my radio to contact my attorney. I pick up my radio and my rifle and put it in my backpack, at this point I was surrounded by a couple of officers one of them being Internal Affairs and in character I knew they would never shoot a person that was not posing a threat which I didn't cause I had the gun in my backpack, I also knew that they would not do such a thing in front of an Internal Affairs Officer aswell. I run off and jump over a fence and run down the hill, they were trying to taze me at this point which they weren't able to do due to my distance to them. After running a few meters I run behind a pretty big rock and draw my gun. I peek the rock and at this point I had forgotten the fact that I did not pick up any mags, so one of the officers shoots me and I die. And I feel like due to the fact that I knew within character that the Officers would never shoot a person that did not have a gun out especially not infront of an Internal Affairs member, I only acted the way I did cause I knew that they would never shoot a person that did not have a gun out and as said especially not infront of an Internal Affairs member. I also feel like both the staff member dealing with the case and the second opinion was a bit bias, cause both of them was apart of the cop force and there was really no opinion from anyone from any other faction.

Do you acknowledge the rules you have broke?: Yes, I kinda acknowledge the rule I have "broken", however as said I knew they would never shoot anyone not posing a threat towards them especially when there is an Internal Affairs member there. And i did pull the gun when i was behind cover.

Do you understand why you have been banned?: Yes kinda, check above for the same explanation.

How do you think this issue can be resolved?: Possible verbal warning instead?
