- Blizzard strat stat requirements: 0-10 Speed and 11+ Special (Sandslash Blizzard ranges: 9-10 Special = 92.31%, 8 = 87.18%, 7 = 82.05%)
        > 8DV Speed = 0, 6-7DV Speed = 1 carbos, 4-5DV Speed = 2 Carbos
        > X Speed on Blaine if no Tail Whip AND 2+ DV Speed.
        > Dugtrio: X Speed + X Acc on Dugtrio (yolo if you get EQ turn one, or you can stall with Full Restores)

- Do Lavender Tower (Use 2 X Accs)
- After getting Poke Flute: Go to the Lavender Mart and buy 8 Super Repels (slot 5 in shop), fly to Celadon City.

SILPH CO.
- Take stairs to 5F.
- Get Elixer on 5F.
- Rocket 1: X Acc, Drill (IB if glare).
- Silph Rival: X Acc, X Speed, Drill x5.
- Use Elixer #1.
- Team Rocket: X Acc, Drill x3.
- Giovanni: X Acc, X Speed, Drill x2, IB, Drill.

CELADON City
- Use Elixer #2 in Poke Flute menu.

- Get PP Up.
