Soupy Stream 3rd 24 hour stream events:
1. Clip from the 24 hour stream with the most :upvote: wins a free dinner. (No editing. Must be a pure twitch clip).
	a. If you make an edited clip, and it "wows" soupy, he will reward you in some way. Ineligible for the above dinner prize though.
	b. Post the clip in #media.
	c. If duplicate clips are posted, it will be awarded to the first person to clip it.
2. StreamElements gambling
	a. !gamble points have been reset for everyone.
 	b. Highest !gamble points at the end of the stream gets a free dinner.

3. Amount of maps capped prediction.
	a. Whoever guesses exact or the closest will win a prize from bigboss/nick. Prize will be a gift sub or steam card or something. Undecided for now.
	b. Ties will split the prize.
