- Description: The suspects were breaking into cars at the San Luis Resort in Galveston,TX, when Mollis, having been alerted to their actions by a vallet, approached with a flashlight. He was shot 11 times, before the suspects fled the scene. Phillip died 6 days later in the hospital.
