I am an asthmatic and as a result I get frequent asthmatic attacks, that often need medical attention, in unfavorable weather conditions.
The university I am requesting to be transferred to is near the neighborhood my parents stay in. The parents are willing to host me. Under these conditions I will be able to commute from home and be in a better position to handle cold weather and receive medical attention in the event of an asthmatic attack especially at night.
