Once per turn, if you control no other monsters (Quick Effect): You can return 1 face-up "Bell Soldiers" monster you control to your hand; negate the effects of 1 monster your opponent controls that is face-up, have in their GY, or among their banished cards.

If this card on the field is sent to the GY by or for a card effect: You can banish 2 monsters from your GY, and if you do, you can Normal Summon 1 "Bell Soldiers" monster in addition to your Normal Summon/Set this turn (You can only gain this effect once per turn.).
