  9. How to Access the Ingame Console of Satisfactory
  10. Satisfactory’s console can be accessed by pressing the § (paragraph) / ` (backtick) / ~ (tilde) key.
  11. Pressing the key will cycle through 3 different stages:

  13. Stage 0: No Console
  14. Stage 1: Small command line window at bottom of the screen.
  15. Stage 2: Large window with command line and logs at the top of the screen.

  18. UNABLE TO OPEN THE CONSOLE
  19. If you are unable to open the console with the specified keys above, you can try changing the activation key.

  21. Make sure Satisfactory is closed.
  22. Navigate to %LOCALAPPDATA%\FactoryGame\Saved\Config\WindowsNoEditor
  23. If you are on Windows, press Win+R to open the RUN dialog. Copy and paste the above into it to open the folder.
  24. Open Input.ini .
  25. Inside the file add these two lines to the bottom: [/script/engine.inputsettings] ConsoleKey=F6
  26. Save and launch Satisfactory!

  28. You can set the `ConsoleKey` value to whatever you find easiest. Please note setting this will prevent the console from being opened by the original keys.

  32. Satisfactory Console Commands Guide – Enabling Console, How To
  33. Console Commands in Satisfactory can be used to access options that cannot be found in the game’s settings. Some of these include enabling an FPS counter, max framerate, FOV, etc. These commands, however, cannot spawn items as seen in titles like Scrap Mechanic, ARK Genesis, etc. In this Satisfactory guide, we have detailed everything you need to know about enabling console and all the different console commands for you to use.
  34. Satisfactory Console Commands
  35. In order to enable the console menu, you need to press Ctrl + Shift + L at the same time. Once activated, which does not have any in-game indication, press ~ key on your keyboard to bring up the console menu.
  36. Do note that you may have to change the layout of your keyboard to English – UK if it is not working for you.
  37. Lastly, note that the effects of console commands are removed after you quit the game to desktop but stay between sessions. With that said, the following is a complete list of all the console commands that you can use in Satisfactory:

Shows you a complete list of all commands. materialFlowAnalysis [Case Sensitive Item Name] Used to find items required in crafting. r.Atmosphere [0/1] Toggles atmosphere on/off. r.Fog [0/1] Toggles fog on/off. r.ViewDistanceScale Changes the render distance of grass, rocks, trees. r.ScreenPercentage [Percent] Changes the internal resolution scale. r.TemporalAACurrentFrameWeight [Number] Range is 0 to 1. It changes the impact of the current internal frame to the final image. Set it to something low like 0.02 for better AA. r.TemporalAAFilterSize Changes the spread of the TAA samples. Change it something below 1 to sharpen the image. r.TemporalAASamples [Number] Changes the number of samples to use for TAA. r.Tonemapper.Sharpen [Number] Used to change the amount of a sample sharpen filter. Stat FPS Used to activate in-game FPS counter. Stat Levels Used to display the level streaming info. Stat Unit Used to show Frame Time, Draw Time, and other stats. Suicide It has the same effect as the ‘Respawn’ function in the game. t.MaxFPS [Number] Used to set the FPS to maximum. Use 0 for unlimited FPS. FOV [Number] Used to change the FOV. Try not to go beyond 150.
