  1. Power : http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Interaction_Manipulation
  2.
  3. Due to her unique conditions, Interference is able to manipulate Interaction as a concept - the action that occurs as two or more objects have an effect upon one another. In a way, she manipulates them by 'interfering' their reaction, altering it to her needs.
  4.
  5. Her power generally manifest as a five feet wide area of effect, which she calls the Bias Field. Everything that goes inside the Field will be altered randomly - either diminishing it to miniscule levels or amplifying their force to inhuman levels. The Field itself is a blue-ish dome with various binary detailings - that some speculates are the projection of her surface thoughts.
  6.
  7. The Bias Field is highly unstable and is thought to be linked to her emotional status - the more immersed she is in one feeling, the wider the Field will be, and generally, the stronger it will be. The widest she has ever managed is 30 feet - in which everything inside the radius became highly unstable and explosive, even weeks after she left the place - the result of a very heated battle which also left her weak and vulnerable for days before she is able to stabilize her own emotions.
  8.
  9. Interference herself is not an exception of this, with her body becoming a strange mixture of digital data and physical body - tangible but able to retreat inside electronic devices for a certain amount of time before having to return to this physical world.
  10.
  11. Weakness :
  12. As stated above, Interference cannot turn her power off - making everday activities difficult. Normal humans who passed her Bias Field may come out as a highly dangerous monster or altered in such a way that they cannot recognize their own self.
  13.
  14. Interference also has to keep her emotions in check - she needs a certain balance to maintain the stability of her Bias Field and to an extent, her own power. She cannot display too much of an emotion or she could risk altering innocent people - or Interference herself.
  15.
  16. Her power is mainly passive. She cannot attack unless an attack is already delivered to her - and even then, Interference risks the chance of being hit with it orders of magnitude bigger than it should be. A bullet could explode and damage most of her internal organs, or simply vanish before it hits her body - there is no knowing which will happen, even to Interference.
  17.
  18. From the very beginning of her creation, Interference has a 'dark side' she refuses to elaborate on - the full manifestation of her power. Those who have seen it and survived noted that she is completely different from Interference - much more dangerous and sadistic. The 'Dark Side' Interference lost her Bias Field and instead affects her surroundings by her touch - usually igniting the air around her and giving anything - or anyone she touches random properties.

  21. 11:14 Tinker i'm a living anomaly field generated via an exposure to otherworldly energy and intense torture to the point of near death
  22.
  23. 20:47 Interference Man trying to figure out how Interference works is both amusing and difficult
  24. 20:47 Interference She is a walking RNG field
  25. 20:49 Flamberge- well, i have no idea how either
  26. 20:49 Flamberge- so, unfortunately, i can't help
  27. 20:50 Interference This is why you don't follow weird puzzle games on the internet kids
  28. 20:51 Interference you don't want to be transformed into a being with everchanging properties and unknown identity forever
  29. 20:53 Interference her origins actually came from me watching a video about internet's greatest mysteries and cicada 3301
  30. 20:53 Interference ..i wonder if it's okay to make a spin-off out of cicada
  31. 20:53 Interference they won't be happy and probably will kill me on sight
  32. 20:53 Interference but i'm risking it
  33. 20:53 Interference for science
  34. 20:55 Flamberge- ?
  35. 20:56 Interference Cicada 3301 [idk if that's correct] is the identity of some weird group that posts puzzles on internet, claiming that they are 'recruiting' people to their organization.
  36. 20:57 Interference The puzzles themselves are highly intricate and it's claimed to be a 'contest' of sorts, weeding out normies and getting the smartest and brightest minds humanity has to offer.
  37. 20:58 Interference Noone knows who they actually are, or what they actually do, or what they did to the 'winners' of the games. All we know that it's not some troll posting from his mother's basement - it actually takes the players to travel around the globe.
  38. 20:59 Interference I was highly inspired by this and decided to make Interference her own Cicada 3301 organization - a group that has detected a massive amount of otherworldly energy that cannot be directly observed, but the effects are highly apparent - distorting the time-space around them.
  39. 21:01 Interference Interference, as the lucky person to manage to reach the finish line is subjected to the Energy - giving her her powers - and then went under years of torture and near-death experiences, thinking that it will 'catalyze' the process of the energy inside her body.
  40. 21:01 Flamberge- wow
  41. 21:03 Interference Interference has lost most of her memories due to her own power constantly interfering with her brain's system, and she constantly takes up new names and backstories to explain who she really is.
  42. 21:04 Interference She's also mentally disturbed, what with the tortures and all. Maybe bipolar. And this is a pretty fucking bad thing to deal with since she's a walking RNG field and her power is somehow related to her state of mind and mental health as a whole.
  43. 21:05 Interference You can guess what alignment she is.
  44. 21:06 Interference .....all of this are thought up on the fly flamberge- don't think i have already written it down because i don't
  45. 21:06 Flamberge- impressive work, onee-san
  46. 21:07 Interference thumbs up
  47. 21:07 Interference you know maybe i'll take the divide by zero challenge when interference's done and i can implement her on the system
  48. 21:08 Interference i love conceptual powers and powers that makes no sense
  49. 21:08 Interference one because nobody bothers to touch it and second because it means i can define them
  50. 21:10 Interference All of my characters minus tinker is conceptual characters
  51. 21:12 Interference Author, Animator, and other Artists are Art-based conceptual characters, Lilith is a literal mind cloud that came as the result of a 4th dimensional being trying to live in 3rd dimensional space [probably] and Interference... Well, she's Interference.
  52. 21:12 Interference All of my characters minus tinker and miranda is conceptual characters
  53. 21:12 Flamberge- and steph
  54. 21:13 Interference Stephanie's powers are based on an intricate ancient system that to this day is never fully understood
  55. 21:13 Interference yes
  56. 21:13 Flamberge- oh
  57. 21:13 Flamberge- fair point
  58. 21:13 Interference Astrology was once a pretty fucking awesome subject. Taught in popular universities and all. Uses a bunch of mathematical points and fixed stars
  59. 21:14 Interference But now it's reduced to magazine columns with shady reputation
  60. 21:14 Interference Which is why I'd probably ramble on about it if we ever meet up in real life.
  61. 21:15 Flamberge- fine with me
  62. 21:16 Flamberge- even if you don't understand it, there's something nice about listening to someone talk about something they really love
  63. 21:16 Interference yep
  64. 21:17 Interference especially if you get to see it in person. how animated they becomes, how they'll excitedly take your hand and use it to explain things, the light in their eyes..
  65. 21:17 Interference even if you're not romantically attracted to that person it's still one of the greatest things humans can do.
  66. 21:18 Flamberge- ^ this
  67. 21:18 Flamberge- so much this
  68. 21:18 Interference yeah
  69. 21:18 Interference i love listening to my little brother talking about his new mobile games just because of that
  70. 21:19 Interference and the people here even though it's only via text. i can feel their energy radiating through the screen
  71. 21:20 Flamberge- onee-san, i'm gonna be honest
  72. 21:20 Flamberge- you sound like an anime character right now
  73. 21:21 Flamberge- which is kawaii as fuck
  74. 21:21 Interference aww thanks
  75. 21:22 Interference sometimes it's just my internal thoughts spilling out
  76. 21:22 Interference and i'm in a cuddly fluffy mood right now so it's mostly happy thoughts
  77. 21:23 Flamberge- aww
  78. 21:23 Flamberge- hugs onee-san
  79. 21:24 Interference hugs back
  80. 21:24 Interference it'd be extremely awkward if sting somehow found his way in and see me rambling about things

  84. Power : http://powerlisting.wikia.com/wiki/Interaction_Manipulation
  85.
  86. Due to her unique conditions, Interference is able to manipulate Interaction as a concept - the action that occurs as two or more objects have an effect upon one another. In a way, she manipulates them by 'interfering' their reaction, altering it to her needs.
  87.
  88. Observation of Interference's power reveals an area of effect, which will be called "Bias Field". The exact properties of this Bias Field are unknown, and everything beyond this paragraph is a speculation of how Interference's power works.
  89.
  90. The Bias Field, is normally five feet in diameter and extends to about ten feet up - making it a dome around Interference's body. Its color is blue, thematically linked to Interference's own signature color. The Bias Field is thought to be directly connected to Interference's own state of mind and mental health at that moment - which, unfortunately, is highly volatile.
  91.
  92. It's manifestation is speculated to be the main power Interference has. By letting an object entering the Field, she is able to manipulate the object's reaction to everything around it down to subatomic levels. Wind frictions, heat release, and gravity is several things that Interference can manipulate - it all depends on what's entering the Bias Field in the first place.
  93.
  94. Once an object touches Interference's body, she is able to alter the object itself - basically, manipulating the reaction of the atoms that makes up the object to her liking. She could make, for example, a harmless metal cube to be a ticking time bomb, and as long as the cube is still inside the Bias Field it will maintain this property, even when Interference dropped it to the ground.
  95.
  96. In layman's terms : Interference's power creates an area of effect, the Bias Field, which allows her to bend everything and everyone that's inside the field, much like a limited-area Reality Warper. The area is connected to her emotions and is very volatile, able to expand, contract, or do some weird fuck shit all the time.
  97.
  98. There are several main effects of the Bias Field once an object enters the area :
  99. 1. Diffusion
  100. The object's properties are weakened and diminished until they reach a point where it's harmless [if the object is inherently dangerous] or scattered into harmless release of energy, usually in a blue rays of light. Stronger objects that somehow managed to touch Interference will usually diffuse upon contact, releasing all of its energy into an explosion, which can exceed the boundaries of the current Bias Field.
  101.
  102. 2. Amplification / Reflection
  103. The object's properties are exaggerated massively to the point of lethality and even causing collateral damage from the amplification of its properties. For example, if a needle is ejected from outside the Bias Field and is subjected to Reflection, the needle will either be much sharper, much faster, or have unique properties that was added randomly that did not exist before the needle enters the Bias Field. Upon contact with Interference, it will cause massive damage towards her body no matter how harmless it is outside the Bias Field.
  104.
  105. The effect of Amplification/Reflection is fortunately, temporary, and will usually diminish as soon as the object lose contact with Bias Field.
  106.
  107. 3. Refraction
  108. By far, this is the most interesting and rare out of the main effects, as it requires a very specific set of mental and physical trigger to activate it. Refraction alters an object's properties while simultaneously amplifying and multiplying the number of the object itself, mutating it into something entirely different from its original.
