Wayrest - Kingdom situated beneath old Orsinium, made concessions and deals with Orsinium which resulted in Wayrest employing some Orcs in their armies. Was extremely frowned upon by other Kingdoms/states. This was a successful move until Orsinium was sacked, and wayrest was seen as not doing enough to help. Dire times became worse eventually culminating in Wayrest’s war with Evermore. King uther, King of wayrest, discovered the affair between King Sigmayne and his 9 year old daughter, sickened, he locked Sigmayne in his dungeons upon his next visit. Sigmayne was eventually broken out of prison by his own guard, humiliated and angry, he declared war on Wayrest immediately. Wayrest was crippled by the war, but not completely shattered, until Mercenaries (corsairs) from dragonstar saw its weakened state and decided to conduct a small siege of its own. Looting the city for everything it had. The city then turned into a hive of villainy and crime, with no guards and open walls. Criminals from all over High Rock used it as a base to operate from.
