Convo summary from night before:
1. I came up to chuck asking for leadership b/c of my tenure on the team and the fact that i kept the team going thru 2 seasons as igl
2. Chuck responds he wants to keep it just to keep it - stating that he just wants to have it and likes to be 'the man'
3. I respond well I'm also concerned for my spot on the team especially with ways things are going
4. Chuck says trust me bro you're not getting cut
5. I counter that I thought it was SUPER suspect that he immediately mentioned to caleb (Sayonara) after caleb expressed his concerns on not playing anymore that he needs to play 8 matches. Timing and delivery of it was weird
6. Chuck responds that he planned on cutting caleb all along and that he was keeping that hidden from me b/c he thought i would overreact
7. I ask what about my position? Where's my guarantee? How do i know if I'm not just being played to play 8 matches and we get double cut? I also tell him my days of playing are far from being secure since I'm on the older end as a low fragging IGL. Cp2 on the other hand has high premier awp potential and that he will always find a home. When my own home isn't secure, how can I continue carry on the risk of investing enormous amount of time on the team? I always have the ability to keep a team going no matter what and I can easily build teams up to be premier contenders.
8. Chuck tries to assure me that it's "his word bro!" that I won't get cut
9. I counter that he established that his word is unreliable due to point #6. I tell him the only 100% guarantee I have is if i have roster leadership or roster pw and i rejoin to burn an add. I'm given neither
10. Repeat of #4 and #8 and chuck gets heated here
11. I also tell him b/c of the circumstances I can't help to think there's the possibility of moves being made behind my back. I can't it off until i get a 100% guarantee
12. #10 and #11 gets repeated a bunch, some details here and there left out to keep this short - convo ends

For all i know you're just trying to appease me until after the season where i'm pretty much >80% chance cut with no recourse available for me. I have 0% guarantee i have my spot on this roster after the season and all this is doing delaying that date b/c you legitmately have no other options except have me play the rest of the season. Given the way you were talking to me last night and the wording you used, there's no way i can trust you at this point (again YOU established that your word is unreliable w/ the fact that you kept your plan on cutting caleb secret from me b/c you needed both of us to play 8 matches) and ure basically fucked if i decide and think 'welp this is a lose for me so im just going to cut my losses since i cant shake off the feeling yall are shady and im just going to leave and kill the team.'
