  1. "Am I late?"
  2. >"Not at all!" Sibella replies, ushering you inside the old, abandoned house.
  3. >She leads you to the living room, where the others are gathered on a rather large couch in front of a dusty CRT television.
  4. >"Oh, ghouls," Sibella announces, "Anon's here!"
  5. >"Hi, Anon!"
  6. >"Velcome to the party!"
  7. >"Happy Spooktober, dude! I saved you a seat!"
  8. >You kick off your shoes and take your place on the couch, comfortably nestled in between Elsa and Winnie.
  9. "Hey, where's Phanty?"
  10. >"She's getting the entertainment ready," Sibella answers, gesturing to the TV.
  11. >Suddenly, the head of the giggling ghost girl emerges from the static-filled screen.
  12. >"Hee hee! Hi Anon! You're just in time! I've got us access to the best channel for the season!"
  13. >The rest of her emerges as she takes her place on the couch.
  14. >"What do you guys think they're gonna play this month?" Tanis asks.
  15. >"Probably a lot of the same stuff they played last year."
  16. >"You never know, Vinnie. Zhey might surprise us."
  17. "Hey, whatever they decide to play, it's gonna be awesome, because I'm sharing the experience with the best friends I could ask for."
  18. >"Hee hee! Anon, you big softie!"
  19. >"Well, what are we waiting for?" Sibella asks, offering you the remote.
  20. >You accept it and glance around at the ghouls on last time before focusing on the TV.
  21. >You smile eagerly as you press the Play button.
  22.
  23. "Let Spooktober begin!"
  24.
  25. ----------------------------------------
  26.
  27. >Anon attempting to grope Phanty as she fucks with him by phasing right before he touches her
  28.
  29. >"Hee hee! Almost got me that time, Anon!"
  30. "C'mon, Phanty, this isn't fair! I just keep phasing through you!"
  31. >"You just have to try harder! Don't you want a piece of this boo-ty?~"
  32. "Yeah, of course I do..."
  33. >"Then just reach out and take it! I promise, no tricks this time."
  34. "...You swear?"
  35. >"On my own grave! Hee hee hee!"
  36. "Alright, fine. One last time, but if this is a trick, I'm gonna- oh."
  37. >"Oooh, your hand is warm.~"
  38.
  39. ----------------------------------------
  40.
  41. >Someone at Grimwood gets a "secret admirer" love note, but they can't figure out which one of them it is addressed to.
  42.
  43. "Sheesh, what's all the arguing in here?"
  44. >"Oh, perfect. Anon, can you help us sort this out?" Sibella asks, handing you a piece of paper.
  45. >You take it from her and read it over.
  46.
  47. >My darling ghoul,
  48. >How I wish to kiss you under the light of the full moon
  49. >And dance with you to a lovely funeral dirge
  50. >Until then, my monstrous love
  51. >A secret admirer
  52.
  53. "Okay, so someone sent you guys a shitty poem?"
  54. >"It's not shitty!" Phanty objects, "It's beautiful!"
  55. >"And more importantly, it's to ME!" Winnie pipes up. "I mean, the guy mentions a full moon. That's kind of a big giveaway."
  56. >"That may be true," says Sibella, "but who among us WOULDN'T want to dance to a funeral dirge? The very idea is driving my heart batty!"
  57. >"It is quite difficult to determine zhe intended recipient," Elsa interjects. "Perhaps our best course of action is to ask zhe admirer himself."
  58. "Maybe, but how would you even find him? He signed it under "Secret Admirer" after all. Who do you guys even know that might be romantically interested in you?"
  59.
  60. >The ghouls pause and think it over for a moment.
  61. >Then, they all look at you.
  62.
  63. "...What?"
  64.
  65. ----------------------------------------
  66.
  67. >One of the girls misinterpreting Tanis practicing her curses for something more vulgar
  68.
  69. >"Whoa! Jeez, Tanis, you kiss your Mummy with that mouth?"
  70. >"What do you mean, Winnie?"
  71. >"Don't play dumb with me, you know what you said. Where'd you even learn that kind of language?"
  72. >"Uh... my parents?"
  73. >"Seriously? Sheesh, how irresponsible can you be?"
  74. >"Hey, they're not irresponsible! How else am I gonna learn how to curse?"
  75. >"That's the thing! You're supposed to learn NOT to- ew, do you smell that?"
  76. >"Oh, that's probably the undead army I summoned in Sibella's room."
  77. >"The what now?"
  78. >"Yeah, that's what I was doing when you came in, practicing my summoning curse. My Mummy taught it to me."
  79. >"Oh... THAT'S what you meant by-"
  80. >"FOR THE LOVE OF LUGOSI, TANIS, NOT AGAIN!"
  81. >"Heh... sorry, Sib!"
  82.
  83. ----------------------------------------
  84.
  85. >A grumpy Sibella stomping into Anons room and cuddling up with him while he's in bed.
  86.
  87. >You're lying in bed, watching YouTube on your phone, when you hear it.
  88. >Heavy, thudding footsteps making their way up the old stairs of the manor.
  89. >You initially assume it to be Elsa, finally going to bed after a long day of work in her lab.
  90. >The stomping grows to a crescendo before finally stopping.
  91. >Right in front of your door.
  92.
  93. >Before you can even muster up the courage to whisper "hello," the door flings wide open.
  94. >In the doorway stands the unmistakable silhouette of Sibella.
  95. >As your vision adjusts, you can make out her expression, and it's not a good one.
  96. >Her eyes are blood red and glowing, and she's frowning so hard, you swear her fangs were going to puncture her bottom lip.
  97.
  98. "Sibella? What's wrong?"
  99.
  100. >"I have had a LONG day, Anon," she spits, stomping her way to the side of your bed.
  101. >"I don't want to hear any questions or complaints, just let me have this."
  102. >With that, she unceremoniously drops onto the bed, draping herself over you.
  103. >You're thankful that she's rather light.
  104. >Her arms wrap around your torso, and she buries her face into your chest.
  105. >She lets out a long sigh, and then goes quiet.
  106. >After processing what the hell just happened, you shrug and go back to watching your video, making sure to turn the volume down.
  107.
  108. ----------------------------------------
  109.
  110. >Can we get Phanty pouncing on and pinning oan unsuspecting anon as he tries to sneak out of a Grimwood school dance.
  111.
  112. >You never could stand school dances.
  113. >The ones your own school held AND the ones at Grimwood.
  114. >Yes, even the school for monsters and ghosts had pretty lame dances.
  115. >Admittedly, it's not a TERRIBLE bash.
  116. >The dance committee really went all out this year decorating the place and making sure everyone was having a good time.
  117. >Well, everyone except you, that is.
  118.
  119. >You didn't bother asking for a date because you already knew the answer.
  120. >Despite this, you showed up, wanting to at least see your friends.
  121. >Of course, once the dancing started, they had all but disappeared in the crowd of other monsters tearing up the floor.
  122. >Oh, well, you could still at least grab some food, right?
  123. >Wrong.
  124. >The dance was catered by monsters, of course, so everything at the concessions table looked like it would kill any human that tried to sample it.
  125. >Or at least make them pretty damn sick.
  126. >Still, you're determined to stick around and TRY to enjoy yourself.
  127. >You're here to have fun, dammit, and nothing's going to stop that!
  128.
  129. >"I was working in the lab, late one night..."
  130.
  131. >Oh, hell no.
  132. >Not this song.
  133. >The monsters all collectively cheer, howl, hiss, whatever in excitement.
  134. >Everyone fucking loves this song.
  135. >They could play it and only it for the rest of the dance, and nobody would get sick of it.
  136. >Except you, of course.
  137. >Yeah, to hell with having fun; you're out of here.
  138.
  139. >You have to push your way through all sorts of ghouls shaking their stuff, but eventually you see it.
  140. >The exit door.
  141. >You look around to see if anybody's about to ask you where you're going.
  142. >As you expected, everyone's still focused on dancing to the oh-so-loved Monster Mash.
  143. >You manage to catch sight of Tanis, of all ghouls, grinding on some undead dude you don't recognize.
  144. >Yep, that image is the perfect way to end this shitty night.
  145. >You walk the few steps to the door and reach for the handle.
  146. >Thank God, you can finally be free of this-
  147.
  148. >"ANON!"
  149.
  150. "GAHFUCKINSHIT!"
  151.
  152. >Phantasma giggles as she floats out of the handle you were about to turn.
  153. >Of course, you should've seen this coming.
  154. >Phanty LOVED to jump out at you from unexpected places.
  155. >Ghost stuff, you know how it is.
  156.
  157. >Once you've recovered from your minor heart attack, you look up at the tittering ghost.
  158. >She's wearing a dress similar to her normal outfit, except with spaghetti straps instead of sleeves and a much lower cut.
  159. >There's also a stark white belt across her middle, and some high heels on her feet in the same shade.
  160. >You had to admit, she was rocking the look.
  161.
  162. >"I was wondering where you were!" she exclaims, floating closer to you. "Where are you going?"
  163.
  164. "Just...out to get some fresh air. It's kinda crowded in here."
  165. >You don't need to tell her that you're having an awful time and want to go the fuck home.
  166. >It's really none of her business.
  167.
  168. >"But it's so much fun in here! The music is just killer! Hee hee hee!"
  169.
  170. "Yeah, sure, whatever, I just need to get away from it for a moment, alright?"
  171. >You slip around her (going through her always made you tingle in a weird way) and step out into the empty stone hallway.
  172. >You get maybe about 7 or 8 steps in before Phanty floats back in front of you.
  173. "What?"
  174.
  175. >"How about I come with? I could use some fresh air myself."
  176.
  177. >You stare at her, unamused.
  178. "You're a ghost. You don't need fresh air."
  179.
  180. >That sends her into another fit of giggles.
  181. >"Maybe so, but even a ghost needs a break from haunting the dance floor, you know. So, can I?"
  182.
  183. >You were hoping to just slip away without anyone noticing, but Phanty of course had to interfere.
  184. >Whatever, you could probably just sneak off when her back is turned.
  185. >She was a decent student, but she could still be pretty gullible.
  186. >'Phanty, look, it's Patrick Swayze!' then you book it.
  187. >She wouldn't be any the wiser.
  188. "Alright, sure..."
  189.
  190. >"Woo hoo!"
  191. >She flies up and does a few loop-de-loops before lowering back down.
  192. >She then holds her arm out to you.
  193. >"Care to take the lead?"
  194.
  195. >You muster up the realest smile you can manage and take her arm, continuing down the hallway towards the front doors.
  196. >It is kind of unusual how she was so caught up in mingling with the other monsters earlier, and only NOW wants to spend some alone time you.
  197. >Something smells fishy, and not like the time you lost a bet and had to do Gill-girl's laundry, either.
  198.
  199. >The two of you step out into the chilly night air.
  200. >Well, chilly for you, at least.
  201. >You're pretty sure Phanty doesn't feel a thing, even with her liberal dress.
  202. >Sometimes you envy her, not being able to feel the blazing heat of summer or the frigid cold of winter.
  203. >At the same time, you feel bad for her.
  204.
  205. >As you approach the woods, you hear the sound of owl calls and other wildlife.
  206. >Certainly quieter than the dance, which you're grateful for.
  207. >Phanty seems to enjoy it even more than you do.
  208. >She leaves your side and floats to the edge of the forest.
  209.
  210. >"It's positively boo-tiful out tonight, don't you think, Anon?"
  211. >Of course, she had to sneak a pun in there.
  212. >All the ghouls did it from time to time.
  213. >You're pretty sure Sibella's got them all beat when it comes to slipping them into casual conversation, though.
  214.
  215. "Yeah, it's real nice. Quiet, too."
  216.
  217. >"Oh, I beg to differ!"
  218. >She takes her place next to you once more.
  219. >Her arm drapes itself around your shoulder, the other one pointing out into the woods.
  220. >"Can't you hear the owls? The wind blowing through the trees? The howl of some lonely wolf out in the distance? It's the most wonderful music I've ever heard in my un-life! And... since we're out here..."
  221. >She looks at you, her goofy smile almost endearing.
  222. >"...Would you dance with me, Anon?"
  223.
  224. >You're taken aback by the sudden offer.
  225. >You feel your cheeks heat up as you struggle for words.
  226. >WOULD you dance with her?
  227. >Hell, COULD you?
  228. >You barely even knew how to dance.
  229. >You only went to the dance so you could hang out with your friends, and that included Phanty.
  230. >It suddenly dawns on you that you hadn't seen Phanty with anyone, human or otherwise, in the gym until you were about to leave.
  231. >Did she not have a date?
  232.
  233. "I..."
  234. >Phanty's face brightens in anticipation.
  235. "...don't know..."
  236. >It goes dark again, her smile vanishing.
  237. "...how to dance."
  238.
  239. >Phanty blinks.
  240. >Then, she smiles once more.
  241. >"Heh... it's not that hard. I can show you how, if you want."
  242. >Before your eyes, Phanty drifts down until she's standing on the ground.
  243. >This was a first; you'd only ever seen her floating.
  244. >Still smiling, albeit with a more anxious look, she holds out her hand.
  245. >You breathe, and reach out to take it.
  246.
  247. ----------------------------------------
  248.
  249. >Have some tidbits of the Ghouls visiting Walt Disney World.
  250.
  251. >Elsa is enamored with all of the science-related stuff at Future World. Likewise, she enjoys the German pavilion over at World Showcase. She might even help herself to a beer or two.
  252. >Sibella doesn't restrain herself to one country. Since the Food and Wine Festival is going on, she's all over the place, sampling whatever alcohol she can. At some point, she becomes a bat to hide from park security.
  253. >Tanis is mildly upset because The Mummy ride is in Universal, but she does enjoy the Egyptian segment of Spaceship Earth, as well as the Indiana Jones stunt show.
  254. >Winnie doesn't have a preference when it comes to rides and attractions. She does, however, seem to become a bit flustered whenever she sees a Pluto walking around. Also, if she's drunk enough, she's liable to flirt with Goofy.
  255. >Phantasma will not leave the Haunted Mansion. At all. Nobody else notices her presence in the ride, not even the cast members.
  256.
  257. ----------------------------------------
  258.
  259. >Anon wedgies Winnie
  260.
  261. >You couldn't help yourself.
  262. >The opportunity was just sitting there, waiting to be snatched up by someone, anyone!
  263. >That anyone just happened to be you.
  264. >But now, staring deep into the fiery eyes of the pissed-off werewolf, you're wishing it would've been snatched up by somebody else.
  265.
  266. >Winnie growls, her hackles raising higher than you've ever seen them before.
  267. >You stay completely frozen in place.
  268. >Even if you could move, you wouldn't get far before she'd be walking around with your intestines as a necklace.
  269. >Winnie takes a single step forward, then leans ever so slowly towards your ear.
  270.
  271. >"If you're going to do that," she whispers, poison sizzling in every syllable, "do it harder."
  272.
  273. ----------------------------------------
  274.
  275. >Werewolf Phantasma
  276.
  277. >"Anon Anon Anon Anon Anon Anon!"
  278. "Yes, Phannie, what is it?"
  279. >"I'm in heat! Let's do it right here!"
  280. "Wha- again? How long is your cycle supposed to be?"
  281. >"I dunno, but I just really really really wanna get fucked right now."
  282. "...Phannie, you don't have to pretend to be in heat if you wanna have sex."
  283. >"I don't."
  284. "No."
  285. >"Well you should've said so earlier! We could've gone at least three times by now."
  286. "Well, then, I guess we better hurry and catch up..."
  287.
  288. ----------------------------------------
  289.
  290. >Anon's Lovecraftian Pickup Lines
  291.
  292. "I'll show you my Thing on your Doorstep."
  293. >"Anon."
  294. "Can I get a peek at The Mound?"
  295. >"Anon, please."
  296. "Let me inside your Walls of Eryx."
  297. >"These are so terrible, Anon."
  298. "My dick so big it casts a Shadow Over Innsmouth."
  299. >"That's not even clever."
  300. "I'll, uh...Color your...Space?"
  301. >"Okay, now you're not even trying."
  302. "...You know what his cat's name was?"
  303. >"ENOUGH!"
  304.
  305. ----------------------------------------
  306.
  307. >Adele Brundle Tutors Anon
  308.
  309. >"Alright, Anon, what's next on the study guide?"
  310. "Let's see...looks like the reproductive system of the common housefly."
  311. >"O-oh...well, would you...mind a bit of...'hands on' learning?"
  312. "Sure. You got some models we can look at?"
  313. >"...Something like that. The one I have in particular is...rather detailed, so you'll be able to get an...up-close look. That way you can better-"
  314. "Adele, if you want to have sex, all you have to do is say so."
  315. >"Oh, thank Goldblum."
  316.
  317. ----------------------------------------
  318.
  319. >Elsa's New Lab Assistants
  320.
  321. "Hey, Elsa. You need any help around the lab today?"
  322. >"Oh, zhat's quite alright, Anon. Zhose two new girls are assisting me greatly, but I appreciate zhe-"
  323. >CRASH
  324. >"Oh dear..."
  325. "Uh, what was that?"
  326. >"Vell, you see, one of zhe girls, Henrietta? She has a bit of a-"
  327. >"OI FRANKENTITS, 'ERE'S A MASSIVE BLOODY BUG IN 'ERE!"
  328. >"Edna, I'd appreciate it if you uh, stopped throwing the uh, equipment at me, it's really not uh, conducive to our uh, progress."
  329. >"HOLY SHIT THE GIT'S FUCKIN' TALKIN'! ELSA GET YER FAT ARSE IN HERE AN' HELP ME SMASH THIS CUNT!"
  330. >"...Yes, as you can see, Anon, as helpful as zhey've been, zhere are instances vhere- ah, you've already valked away. Zhat's fair."
  331.
  332. ----------------------------------------
  333.
  334. >Elsa's New Lab Assistants Pt. 2
  335.
  336. "Hey, Adele, how come you're so casual when Edna tries to squish you?"
  337. >"Well, Anon, I happen to be uh, exceptionally strong due to my uh, insect anatomy. Anything Edna decides to uh, throw my way I can easily uh, catch."
  338. >"I do still wish I could convince her to stop for your sake, Adele."
  339. >"It's alright uh, Henrietta. I wouldn't be surprised if uh, it turned out that I was uh, much stronger than Edna."
  340. "Ooh, I'd love to see that fight."
  341. >"Perhaps we could uh, engage in some uh, arm wrestling?"
  342. >"A-are you sure? She happens to be very competitive. In fact, she's in the reflection of that window now, yelling about how she could easily squash you, Adele. I'm paraphrasing, of course; I'm afraid I just can't repeat some of the things she's saying."
  343. >"I'd be uh, willing to accept the uh, consequences."
  344. "I'll get the popcorn."
  345. >"Oh dear..."
  346.
  347. ----------------------------------------
  348.
  349. >If it's not too late, how about Phanty taking up a summer job as a bio-exorcist and trying to get rid of an unfazed Anon who thinks it's cute?
  350.
  351. >"Seriously?! You think THIS is cute!? I'm a big scary snake thing! How are you not terrified?!"
  352. "I'm sorry, I just find you too adorable to be scary."
  353. >"Come on, dude, the ghosts paying me to get rid of you are gonna be pissed. Can't you just live somewhere else?"
  354. "Look, this is all my long lost uncle left to me in his will. There's no way I'm gonna give up a place like this just because it's haunted. How much are they even paying you?"
  355. >"They're not. It's an internship."
  356. "...Think you may need to find a new line of work."
  357.
  358. ----------------------------------------
  359.
  360. >Click!
  361. >"Hey, what happened to the show!?"
  362. >"Ooh, maybe we're being visited by poltergeists! Hee hee!"
  363. "Uh, actually, I think that's it."
  364. >"Vhat do you mean, Anon?"
  365. "I mean, the show's over. That's it for this year."
  366. >"Aw, already?!"
  367. >"Ugh, this always goes by so quick!"
  368. "Yeah...you guys need any help in packing stuff up."
  369. >"No thank you, Anon, I think we have it all under control."
  370. >"Yeah, you better get back to your place, dude. All the normies are gonna what's wrong with you."
  371. "Please, they already do. Will you guys be back next year?"
  372. >"Are you kidding? We'd never forget a Spooktober!"
  373. "Heh, I guess that's true. Well, I'll see you guys next year, then."
  374. >"Take care, Anon!"
  375. >"Don't forget to write!"
  376. >"Smell ya later!"
  377. >"We'll miss you, Anon!"
  378. >"Hee hee! It's been a scream!"
