- Hello, I recently decided purchased a CS:GO Steam CD key. The seller I had looked at had very positive feedback and so I decided to purchase the key from them. I was then redirected to G2APay, which is the official payment vendor for G2A. After I completed my payment via PayPal, I was then redirected to the G2A page. I looked on my profile to check if my key had appeared yet. It had not appeared on my profile so I waited a few hours. The key was supposed to arrive instantly so I decided to contact G2A support in the hopes that they could help me with my issue. The only thing I received from their 'support' team was blatantly automated responses. I also contacted G2AShield support, because I had purchased the key under the premium purchase guarantee provided by G2A, G2AShield. I was again left disappointed with automated copy/paste responses. I have now opened this dispute so that I can receive a full refund for this transaction as I have not received my promised item in reasonable time, I have not received any useful information from G2A, G2AShield or the seller. Thank you.
