  1. As the young and charismatic doctor strolled down the hallways, he repeatedly flipped through the notebook detailing the medical records of all of his patients. He stared at the first piece of paper on his clipboard and noticed the image of the elderly man in the corner and the room number A24. He walked gingerly towards the room, clearly not wanting to deal with someone so elderly. Once he reached the room, he peeled open the door and noticed an elderly man lying in his bed with another nurse quietly sharing jokes with him. The doctor lets out a sigh of relief and slowly closes the door, only to return to the notebook and turn to the next page. The next page featured a fermium young face of a female athlete, in the hospital for breaking her leg again. He slowly walked to the room A36 and slowly pushes the door open and is met with the middle aged girl yelling about how her career won't be ended by this injury yet again to another older doctor.
  2.
  3. "Hey Mr Travis." Abruptly spat the athlete as she noticed his name badge.
  4.
  5. "Just call me Frank." Returned Frank, before returning to the notebook and closing the door.
  6.
  7. Of all of the clients he had to meet up with, this one was the most peculiar. It only contained a small grainy image of a young toddler with the rest of the normally required information left blank, for some other doctor to fill in. Frank sighed as he realised that he would have to fill in some papers and generally do work, a rarity for him. He slowly wandered to room A65 and rolled the door open to meet his patient for the day. Despite the image of a toddler, Frank was met with an enormous amorphous pale dome lying on a bed, slowly rising and falling every other second. Frank couldn't help but stare in abject horror, confusion and excitement. He slammed the door to prevent any other doctor walking in, this was going to be his patient and his patient only. Slowly, the doctor tool in a full view of the room.
  8.
  9. The room was large, as was most hospital rooms, but was packed to the brim with medical equipment. Whether it be an EKG machine by her bedside tracking her heart rate, a small oxygen canister just in case, the massive equipment used to keep the bed up under her weight or whatever the marvels of modern medicine were, it seems they well all being used on this girl.
  10.
  11. That was another change, once he got closer, he finally got a clear look at the girl. Her pale skin, likely from days of staying indoors as a social recluse, was slick with a light sheen of sweat. Her breasts were covered with a medical gown witch acted as a modest bra, but the gown revealed her belly. Below the gown, he could notice a few patches over her chest and wires coming from her wrists. Her lower belly and legs were covered by the beds blanket, leaving Frank to only imagine her full size. Frank took a quick peak at her face, almost surrounded in lard and seemingly drowning in fat, but still somewhat cute, in a chubby way. Her Eyes revealed bags and her dark hair was done up in a bun behind her head. Her chest seemed to rise and fall as she breathed heavily unconsciously. Frank turned to one of the many tables surrounding the girl and noticed a small print on one of the various white machines. He quickly picks it up and stares at it, realising that this is just about the only time he will get to read this is while she is asleep.
  12.
  13. Dear Doctor or Nurse.
  14.
  15. To whomever is reading this, sorry I couldn't provide more info on the patient. With her fading in and out and basically no guardians or friends, we could only get the barest amount of information. All we could pick up is that the patient in front of you might as well be a lost cause, the young girl is basically an adult who must have spent her life stuck in her house and came here after a cardiac arrest. A basic Defib and CPR was enough to keep her with us, but much later and we would need a particularly large coffin on our hands. We would normally be all over her, but with no guardian, friends and with no way to tell us until she wakes up, everyone else put her in a stable condition and left. Basically, as much as we care about her, we can't do a damn think. Just keep an eye on her and keep her from eating too much OK?
  16.
  17. Thanks, Peter.
  18.
  19. Frank recognised the name peter, one of the hotels secretaries, surely trying to keep this obese girl under wraps. Frank returned to stare at the girl and smiled, he actually felt a little sympathetic to her, and that's when her eyes started to flicker. Slowly her hands started to move as they rubbed her eye sockets and sent her entire body into a jiggling frenzy. The girl took her ample arms away from her face and stared at the doctor.
  20.
  21. "Are you...You an Ang...Angel?" Wheezed the girl, as she attempted to fill her stressed lungs with oxygen. Her voice was unusually high pitched and wheezy, unsurprisingly considering the weight surrounding her lungs. Frank's mouth dropped as her flabby body, cheeks already red in excursion. Body, swaying but hanging to the ground, as he saw this beyond morbidly obese girl talk to him.
  22.
  23. "No," stumbled Frank, tripping over his words. "No, I'm a doctor. Call me Frank, like your guardian angel." The mature, yet dumb girl seemed to accept that explanation and continued to ask questions.
  24.
  25. "So what happened to my pain?" Inquired the girl. "I was just sitting at home, relaxing and suddenly the world went blurry and everything started to hurt real bad."
  26.
  27. "That would probably be your heart." Explained Frank.
  28.
  29. "Aww shit." Spat the girl, "I knew this eating would come back to bite me," slowly mumbled the girl. Her face flushed even deeper and her face seemed to droop in fear and sadness. Frank stared at the girl and felt his heart break, he had to do something about the girl.
  30.
  31. "Nonsense" Returned Frank. "It's probably something genetic. Y'know 60% of Cardiac arrests are due to genetics right?" Lied Frank in a vain attempt to please the girl. She seemed to smile at that false statistic and noticeably giggled.
  32.
  33. "Oh great, another thing to blame Mum and Dan for." she Giggled. "The names Leah, by the way". Frank quickly scrawled her name into the notebook.
  34.
  35. "So Leah, Do you remember much about how you got here?"
  36.
  37. "Not much." Said Leah, before talking a long pause to have some quick and shallow pants. "Just at home, eating, then everything went blurry and suddenly I’m being crammed into the back of an ambulance. Do you have any food?" That final request seemed to explain Leah's approach to food. She could be scared, worried, angry, happy, mourning or ecstatic, but she would always turn to food as her solution. Frank though about how a girl her size wouldn't take one of the hospitals diet size food trays and reached deep into his pocket to retrieve a Massive Hershey's bar he was saving for an anorexic patient.
  38.
  39. "Here," quickly shot Frank, extending his and to offer her the sweets. Despite being clearly immobilised by her flab, Leah noticeably tried to wiggle closer towards the candy bar and grab it before giving up and resting her hand on her chest to catch her breath. "Sorry, here it is," continued Frank, as her drops the Candy onto her chest. Secretly, Franks wanted to test how mobile, or rather, how immobile Leah was, and this proved that she was almost entirely stuck on her bed. Frank watched as the chocolatey substance quickly vanished down her throat, bite after bite, chew after chew. He watched in awe as this girl teetering on morbid obesity, scratch that, way passed morbid obesity wriggled in joy at receiving her proper feeding. Even worse was how much fun she was having. As she surely added to the even more clogged arteries of her heart, she seemed to bob up and down and wobble as the sugar entered her system. At her size, exercise would almost certainly be avoided for fear of a heart attack, but considering the strain already on her heart and how much she was eating, what was the point? Franks stared as she plucked each square off and rolled each one back into her mouth, each block almost symbolising her time left alive and realised that the oblivious oval of a girl was eating herself to death. Even as she chin rolls bunched up around her neck and her chest tightened every so often, she seemed to eat unabashedly.
  40.
  41. Worse than all, Frank started to feel excited. Watching such an out of shape young adult munch down on a candy bar, oblivious to her true weight was driving him mental. Sure he had always liked chubby girls, but he wasn't really getting off on an immobile glutton was he? Judging by the raging hard on behind his note board it seems that he was.
  42.
  43. "Do you, ah, want any more snacks" Asked Frank as he noticed her hands, covered with melted chocolate.
  44.
  45. Leah blushed in embarrassment, and in fear. "It won't interfere with the machines will it?". Frank turned to the EKG machine, the blood pressure reader beside it and the blood sugar reader beside that.
  46.
  47. "Sure it won't" Quickly guessed Frank, before walking to the door to retrieve some of the doctors sweet treats for the girl. Before he left however, he noticed a small electronic screen next to the bed. He tapped it once and a few worrying numbers came up.
  48.
  49. 5'6
  50. 619.4
  51.
  52. Frank gulped as he saw those numbers. Solid reminders of her worrisome situation. He quickly stared back at the smiling, wheezing girl and quickly remembered he had to feed her, before he ran out the room and rushed for some 'Snacks'.
  53.
  54. --
  55.
  56. In the coming weeks, Leah had become somewhat of a pet project for the doctor. With practically every other doctor, nurse or guardian abandoning her, it seems that Frank was the only person to even give her the light of day. Of course, for Frank, it was for some more…malicious reasons.
  57.
  58. As Frank briskly jogged down the hallway to his favourite patient, he swung his arms back and forth. Each arm carried a plastic bag filled with the sweets normally reserved for the other doctors. As he walked, the smile was plastered across his face as he whistled an upbeat tune. Clearly relationship with Leah had clearly developed into an obsession. Frank approached the now familiar room of A36 and peeled open the door.
  59.
  60. Frank was met with the now met with the patient he had grown so accustomed to, and slammed the door behind him to ensure nobody else could compromise their less-than-professional relationship. Leah had taken to the hospitality presented by Frank, and laid down as she breathed heavily and stared at the TV in the corner of the room. Leah still managed to reach out to her bedside and grab the few pieces of liquorice left out by her doctor. She was normally used to something far sweeter, but when she was pinned to a bed and could barely move, she would take what you can get. In the weeks left in her bed, Leah had clearly taken to the food offered as well, and it showed. While she was relatively clean in the sanitised hospital, her body had clearly inflated in size, and her already strained mobility had been limited even more. Her belly seemed full at every second of the day, as her massive paunch rose in a pale dome, painted with stretchmarks. Her chest was forced to her sides, and Frank suspected that they were almost crushing her lungs. Even her hips, hidden under meters of belly fat, had clearly spread and grown even wider, almost rubbing against the sides of the bedframe.
  61.
  62. Frank walked closer towards the beeping machinery and picked up the now filled in sheet of details about his particularly porcine patient. Most of the sheet only contained personal information and ignored the dire medical information which Frank tried ever so hard to ignore. The sheet revealed that Leah was 22 years old, lived in San Francisco her entire life and was fully immobile for around a month before she was hospitalised. The Sheet was noticeably barren, as most of what took up Leah’s identity was her size and her medical situation.
  63.
  64. Judging by the machinery surrounding her, Leah was a mess. The EKG machine was beeping flippantly by her bedside. Her Blood pressure readings were printed on a small piece of paper which clearly indicated that her heart hadn’t fully recovered from the attack. Even her breathing, while not currently on oxygen, certainly sounded like it could be, with her deep wheezes whistling past her lips.
  65.
  66. “Hey Franky,” panted Leah as she finally noticed her caretaker. “Did...did you get my..”
  67.
  68. “Food?” Said Frank, cutting off the young girl. Before she could even thank Frank, he quickly dumped the entire plastic bag onto her chest. The young girl’s eyes widened and Frank noticed the noticeable peak in the beeping from the machine behind him. She passed up the opportunity to thank the only person keeping her fed, comfortable and alive and focused on filling her stomach. As she ripped the corner off the extra-large packet of M&M’s and tipped her head back as far as her obese neck would let it, a small burp escaped out of the side of her lip.
  69.
  70. Frank couldn’t help but stare in morbid fascination at the morbidly obese porker. She had to have known about her heart and her health right? Either she was completely ignorant, in denial or just didn’t care, all of those options seemed likely with Leah. It wasn’t long before she had emptied the entire packet and moved on to another packet, this time, A bag of king-sized Snickers. The young girl grabbed the top of the top of the bag and tugged hard to open the bag with her pudgy palms. Her face cringed as she used all of her strained muscles, even the mild exertion of opening a bag was too much for her, as her face flushed a dark hue and her breathing became even more ragged.
  71.
  72. “I’ll help you with that,” Quickly added Frank, before grabbing the packet and opening it easily. He couldn’t let his patient have enough heart attack just by opening food. Leah quickly nodded and shoved one of the bars into her maw and chewed them in front of her. With her beefy arms moving fast to fill her mouth, she was already putting quite a strain on her limbs. Worse than that, she was growing quite excited by the platter of sweets, which was less than great for her lungs. Leah was such a glutton that simply the through of food was enough to get her chest and lungs to ache as if she was on a marathon. Slowly, Leah placed her palm over her heart and felt the rapid pumping under her hand, she was clearly not is any shape to gain anymore, she was already stressing her body far too much.
  73.
  74. “Doc?” Panted the worried girl, finally feeling the pain leave her chest. “Do you have any drinks?”
  75.
  76. Frank quickly turned around to face the cooler in the corner of the room. “Sure, we have a water cooler in the corner of…”
  77.
  78. “Frank,” Returned Leah, cutting off the doctor. “I mean… any real drinks.” Frank tilted his head in confusion and stared back at the girl. “Y’know, Soda, lemonade, anything worth a damn.” This girl couldn’t be serious. Not only had she almost eaten herself to her second heart attack, but she still wanted some carbonated calorific colas to cool herself down. Frank had given up on caring about her health the day he saw her, and gladly accepted that request.
  79.
  80. “Sure, I think we have a vending machine in the waiting room, I’ll see what I can get you.” Explained Frank, quickly turning to the door to rush and grab her something. This girl was costing the hospital a fortune in medical bills, why not spend a couple of dollars.
  81.
  82. “Mmm” mumbled Leah, mouth filled with half melted chocolate. “No, I want to make the choice in what I have.” Frank admired her optimism, but noticeably started to shake his head when he thought about the logistics of this, she could barely move her arms these days, how was she going to be able to walk to the vending machine. It was probably a good thing these days she didn’t move so much anyway, should she get up and move around, she would probably fall to her knees and pop an artery.
  83.
  84. “And how do you suppose you’re going to do that?” Snarled Frank. Leah pouted and wheezed as she sunk further into her bedframe, before building up the energy to paint at the corner of the room. Frank turned to look at where she was pointing and was met with what appeared to a bariatric wheelchair. Frank noticeably smiled in excitement, clearly this would be the perfect opportunity to get a full view of Leah. Frank quickly turned to the giant machinery by her bedside and begun flipping switches of what appeared to be a panel for a lift, but was more like a crane. Leah gulped as she saw the giant machinery move, but it seems her fear was out paced by her gluttony, and she put that fear to rest in her mind.
  85.
  86. The doctor lowered the crane until it was just above the young girl and slowly paced towards her. The end of the crane was accompanied with a massive sling which was designed to hold some of the heftier patients. Slowly, Frank ripped of the blanket which covered Leah’s entire lover half and begun to lift her legs into the sling.
  87.
  88. Frank was hardly a weak guy, he seemed to attend the gym on a decent basis, but Leah was something else. Her body was not only flabby and wide, but also heavy. Eventually she had both of her legs in and had as the sling under her back, and judging by Leah’s inactivity, that was as much as she was going to get in. Frank turned back to the panel and slammed down one of the levers and the machinery begun to lift. She gasped as she finally begun to move for the first time in several months and felt the sweat drip roll of her bulbous body. The electronic motor whirred as it strained to lift her weighty body, and the sling cut uncomfortably into Leah’s flabby ass. The strain of this trip sent terror into Leah’s heart, What if I Fall? What if it snaps? What if this is the end? And all of those sent her heart beating quite fast, as Frank noticed by the increasingly faster beeping from the machine. Frank quickly jumped to cover the alarming numbers on the machine, to hide them from the young ‘innocent’ girl. While the girl slowly rotated, frank grabbed the chair and rolled it below the crane. The obese ball of a girl inched closer and closer towards the seat, and eventually landed in the wheelchair with a thud. Leah’s pale skin had turned into a pink hue as sweat lined her entire body, wheezing as she finally caught her breath. Her chest noticeably rose and fell fast as her heart felt like it was going to leap out of her chest, but it would all be worth it for the sweets.
  89.
  90. Frank detached the sling from the crane, but left it under the girl, leaving it there would make returning to the bed far easier. “You all good?” Asked Frank, staring at the bloated ball of blubber. In her wheelchair, she looked like a wreck. Her body bulged out of the chair as her ass drooped out of the chair and her belly seemed to cover her entire lap and bulged over her chair arms. Her skin was lined with stretch marks, expected by such a growing girl and her body almost constantly looked bloated, but still she seemed hungry, or rather thirsty for more. In response to his question, Leah could only moan a slow hum, which sounded close enough to a yes to qualify. He ripped of the patches on her chest and detached some of the wires going into her arms and watched as the worrying numbers on the screen disappeared.
  91.
  92. The doctor grabbed a hold of the handles to the chair and slowly began to stroll along. Even with the massive wheels designed to take most of the weight, the chair still required an almost herculean strength to push. Her belly hung between her legs and below the chair and swung as he pushed the chair. Slowly, the girl moved down each one of the hallways and Frank eased the chair down to the waiting room. Each of the doctors seemed to stare at their college as he cared for the obese patient, even as he passed one of the benches where the hospital secretary, Peter Smith worked. As the wheelchair groaned by the bench, Peter shook his head and muttered a silent ‘Sorry’ with his lips. Leah went from being a tired corpulent lady, to an exited elephant of a girl as she saw the vending machines. Her body bounced up and down rigorously and sent the wheelchair into a creaking and groaning wreck, but it wasn’t long before her actions sent her into wheezing, tired mess.
  93.
  94. Frank continued to stroll closer to the waiting room and stopped the chair before the machine and let the girl choice what she would like to stuff herself with. The vending machine contained only drinks, with water towards the bottom and soda, cola and other carbonated sweet drinks at the top. Leah naturally stared up as she stared at the sugary treats. Her hand tapped rapidly at the small screen and sent request after request for more and more drinks. Frank sighed as he slid a $50 note into the machine and waited as a few cents slid out and watched as some of the massive bottles of Pepsi, Coke and other no-name brands fell down the bottom of the shoot of the machine.
  95.
  96. Leah leaned forward as far as her body would let her and grabbed all of the bottles with her beefy arms. She quickly opened one and begun draining the bottle by chugging. Even as she finished each bottle and moved onto the next, Frank begun to return her to her room as he pushed the wheelchair to her familiar room. Even as she sat still, she was noticeably out of breath as the fizzy drinks disappeared down her gullet. With her drinking like this, it was no surprise that she had diabetes, although in a hospital environment where a girl was never going to lose weigh in the first place, it really had little effect besides more paperwork. Each of the doctors rubbernecked at the girl as she rolled by, each either gasping, sighing or tutting at her gluttony. Frank however took pride in his not-so-little patient. Thank god her wheelchair could hide his raging erection.
  97.
  98. After several minutes of straining his arms pushing the chair, both the doctor and his rotund patient finally made it to her bed. Finally Frank took a full view of Leah, and the many empty bottles she had dropped. Only one of the bottles of soda was full and all the others had been dropped down the hallway, left to be picked up by a janitor. Frank grabbed the previously attacked pads and stuck them onto her ample chest to measure her increasing heart rate.
  99.
  100. “You ready?” Asked Frank, pointing to the giant lift to put her back in her bed. Leah only burped in response, but nodded as she did so, and that was enough of a response for Frank. He attached the sling to the crane above and returned to the panel to control the crane. Slowly, the whirring begun and the machine popped under the stress of such a heavy load, but it was just barely able to lift the girl. As her body moved for with all the carbonated liquid inside, burps quickly followed. Leah’s mind begun to race as she felt those familiar fears yet again, but those throughs slowly were ignored by her enjoyment of the lift. For other people, they would be enjoying amusement parks and rides, this was the closest she was ever going to get to that. Frank watched as the lift shifted, and noticed the small LED screen on the strap which displayed a few numbers. It read 832, a number almost perilously close to the weight limit of 900. Slowly, the lift lowered towards the bed and revealed the girl, now pink with excursion only a few inches from the bed. Frank quickly ran over and detached the sling, letting her fall to the bed with a less-than-gracious thud.
  101.
  102. Leah instantly landed and fell back, weight pinning her to the bed. She was laying on the back of the bed and felt her various neck rolls swing around her through and tighten. Her breathing became even more ragged as her chest pressed down on her lungs, she felt like she was drowning! Frank only barely saw her struggle and quickly adjusted the bed to rase slightly further up, allowing her chins to hang freely and let her breath once again.
  103.
  104. Even with her chins out of the way and her through fixed, she still seemed to be panting, her body was slick with sweat and pants and ragged groans seemed to escape her chocolate covered lips. Even her chest thumped in her heart, pumping like a jackhammer in her chest. Her lips formed a circle as she took long and desperate breaths to keep her conscious. Frank stared at Leah and looked deep into her glazed over eyes and scrunched up face and finally recognised the pain she was in.
  105.
  106. “Leah!” Shouted Frank, he didn’t want to lose his patient just yet. “Are you OK?” Leah could only mumble childishly before turning away and clenching her chest in pain. Quickly recognising an issues, Frank grabbed one of the oxygen canister attached a wire and a cannula Even as he tried to fix her breathing, he couldn’t help but notice the urgently high numbers on the machinery, warning of her eventual fate. Finally, he had a cannula attached to the wire and was ready to attach it to her. Frank leaned over the hyperventilating fatty and slowly fed the tube through her nose. When he was this close, he couldn’t help but think that her nose almost resembled the snout of a pig. Broad, surrounded by rolls and snorting as she ate, the resemblance was uncanny. With the wire fully inserted and the cannula fitted, Frank draped the cord across her flabby body and twisted the valve.
  107.
  108. With the little tubes blowing artificial oxygen into her lungs, Leah finally begun to feel well again. Her chest still ached but her lungs no longer stung and her heart was finally pumping at an acceptable rate. Leah could finally think and breathe like a woman her age, something she hadn’t done in years. If she wasn’t pinned by her weight and lack of muscle, she would probably have jumped for joy. “All better now?” Asked Frank, staring at the girl he just saved from dying. Leah simply smiled and pointed to the table carrying the rest of her sweets.
  109. ---
  110. Leah had grown to use the oxygen quite liberally as she grew even larger. Although after she eventually broke the lift when she broke the limit, she finally grew accustomed to full immobility. Even her arms which once were her most used body part, had now succumb to the strain of her weight. She had become an addict to food, oxygen and sloth. Yet despite all this, Frank had become even more attached to the girl, but he had also developed quite an attraction to her struggles. Several times a day, Frank would just stare at her medical records and pictures of her and just smile. Leah was costing the hospital small fortune and with pills for thinning her blood, pills to help with her diabetes, pills to help relieve her cramps and other pills, she was drinking a small cocktail of pills on a daily basis.
  111.
  112. Frank pushed open the door and smiled at the formless bloated dome of a girl. Sweat rolled down her belly as her chest rose and fell with every breath. Even now, as she lay whilst doing nothing, her beeping from the machine was unusually fast. Her hospital gown was sprawled across her breasts as best as they could, but even as it was stretched as far as it would go, the material cut deep into her back fat.
  113.
  114. “How my precious patient going now?” Said Frank, purposefully ignoring her obvious issues. The EKG machine seemed to spike as Leah saw the doctor and his food. While the oxygen once energised her, kept her ecstatic and free, had now become a necessity as she treated the artificial oxygen like normal oxygen. Leah only wheezed in response, with fat pressed around her mouth and through, speaking had become an exercise for the girl.
  115.
  116. Frank grabbed a packet of candy left on some of the urgently beeping medical equipment and placed it on the belly of the immobilised girl. Despite seemingly accepting her position, Leah still moved her arms in a futile attempt to try and grab the candy. Her atrophied muscles failed to even budge her arms, and Frank decided to take some sympathy on the girl, she was almost at the end of her ride, why not help her out. Frank begun unwrapping some candy bars and fed each one of the calorie filled bars into her maw. Leah abandoned the idea of thanking and focused entirely on her greedy little feast. Frank eagerly pushed the bar into her mouth as he lent on her, one hand resting on her chest and the other feeding her the goods. Through his left hand, he can feel her breathing being even heavier than normal as he felt her lungs quickly pulse in and out, and the furious ticking of her grease laden heart, ticking like a clock counting down to her eventual expiry date. One after another, her heart beat faster as she grew more excited as candy bar after candy bar entered the void of her mouth.
  117.
  118. Slowly, through a mouth filled with melted chocolate, she murmurs. Frank finally takes a break from the feeding to look her in the eyes. Leah’s eyes look like there bulging out and her face was turning a deeper hue of red. Her panting is shallow, ragged and fast, and she looks like, for once, she might have regretted eating.
  119. “Too…Much.” Manages to huff Leah, as she finally manages to gesture towards her heart with her arms. Perhaps she was intentionally vague, as to imply that she was too full and too fat. Frank, having grown addicted to this blubberball pouted as he pulled out another candy bar, ignoring the rapid beeping of the machine.
  120.
  121. “One more?” Coyly asked Frank, dangling the bar out of reach. Leah huffed and puffed, but after much deliberation, nodded. Frank shoved the bar down the girls through and felt her feel excited at the prospect of even more food. Even as Frank walked away, the beeping and huffing still seemed to continue, even increasing in speed and severity.
  122.
  123. Leah seemed to have crossed a line with that final sweet as a familiar dull ache hit her chest. The machine started beeping at an insanely fast rate and Leah’s normally immobile body slowly shook and groaned. Frank, despite dedicating himself to help all patients, found himself particularly interested by her situation, instantly recognising it as a second heart attack.
  124.
  125. “What’s wrong Leah, can’t cope with what you did to yourself?” Snarled Frank, staring at Leah. The patients head was spinning as the feeling of pain, regret and hunger clashed with each other. “Hmmm, maybe we should have fed you the mandated health foods, after all, look what you did to yourself.” Leah couldn’t help but moan as he heard Franks sadistic verbal torture, not only was he humiliating, he was correct.
  126.
  127. “All this extra weight can’t be too healthy for such a young girl Leah.” Mocked Frank, “Maybe you should watch what you eat.” Even as her head felt heavy and her chest filled with pain, she couldn’t help but regret ever trusting who he once saw as the ‘Good Doctor’.
  128.
  129. “Frank, Please…” Moaned Leah, hoping that he could help, or at least stop teasing her.
  130.
  131. “But no, diabetes was just the start for you, next you could barely move.” Cut of Frank, relishing in her struggle. “But your heart seemed to take the load and you ended up here.” Frank was impressed to see Leah still kicking and moaning, at this point, most other heart attack sufferers would have fallen unconscious, but it seems that her meal was keeping her going for now. At this point, her arms reached up in an attempt to grab the defibrillator to try and shock herself back, but even now her weight pinned her to the bed.
  132.
  133. “And now you’re here, you ignored everyone’s advice and now even a triple bypass couldn’t save you.” Said Frank, pushing on her body to drill his point home. “Your blood pressure is insane, your body is almost breaking the bed, Face facts Leah, you did this to yourself”
  134.
  135.
