- * Removes time paused/save prompt
- * Removes time in star selection
- * Removes area transition 'loading' (they're very short anyway)
- * Removes time when a star is revealed (e.g. between getting 100 coins and being able to move again)
- * Does not remove time between getting a star and the prompt to save (other than the transistion)
- * Does not remove time during intro cutscenes
- * Only arbitrary where there's a game over
