- We are currently seeking Delivery Director / Director, Managed Services Programs to join our expanding team in Morristown, NJ in support of our industry's rapidly changing short and long term initiatives and staffing requirements.
- This person will own several MSP clients and Artech’s growth goals at them. This position manages SDS-SDM team members of ours and works extensively with CORE(off-shore recruiters). Responsible for ensuring that all client SLAs are being met on delivery side, monitor quality, requirement coverage, process adherence.
- Responsibilities will include:
- Serve as the face of Artech’s delivery team to the client and the central point of contact for Artech’s associates
- Perform a variety of administrative and logistical tasks that support the overall mission of quality service and performance.
- Assist with creating more efficient processes and strategies that may bring higher results
- Drive implementation and execution of recruiting strategies
- Off-shore team capacity planning and analysis
- Work with Team Leads to build up teams and handle churn or non-performers
- Responsible for responding to issues, questions and concerns from both the client and associate, effectively resolving issues and situations, and escalating when appropriate
- Deliver high quality service to the client and associates by matching the skills of associates to client needs
- Prospecting to identify any available opportunities with the client
- Establish relationships with key client contributors such as Hiring Manager, Procurement, Managed Service Providers (MSP) with the client
- Generate revenue and gross profit through building good relationships with hiring managers with the client
- Maximize market share with client
- Coordinate with delivery / recruiting team on open requirements from clients
- Ensure company’s top supplier ranking with the client
- Represent Artech at Quarterly Business Reviews w/Client MSP or Procurement Team
- Desired Skills and Experience
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in recruitment or client servicing, prospecting & relationship building roles
- Bachelor's Degree required
- Experience being responsible for revenue and profit generation/growth
- Good understanding of technical positions, job roles, and technical skill sets
- The idea candidate should have worked in a fast paced environment.
- Solid understanding and can easily navigate social media sites such as LinkedIn
- Strong knowledge of MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel
- Must be detail oriented and able to create spreadsheets to track and measure progress
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong networking and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
