  1. Ahh. The Dragon. A fascinating species to be sure. True dragons are incredibly intelligent, and powerful to boot. Their very scales contain magical pathways, while also being more damage resistant than Dwarven steel. Growing for as long as they live, in size and in power, they are without a doubt the most feared and respected of all beings. Alas, their numbers are low, and spread thin across the two worlds. Though, there exist many descendants and subspecies.

  3. True Dragons are the namesake of their kind, powerful and majestic, with a deep seated pride. Their magical nature means that there is little magecraft that they cannot perform, or even true magic to boot. Durnhafnr, the founder of Aldreheist Academy, was a dragon that took a humanoid form out of curiosity through the use of shapeshifting magecraft on his own body. He was the grand wizard of his time, before being tragically struck down by an assassin in his sleep.

  5. On their biology, the True Dragon has 2 forelegs, two hind legs, and one or more sets of wings. As said before, they grow as long as they live, and are biologically immortal. This could be due to the almost unbelievable mana reserves within their bodies. Their scales hold many of their magical circuits, further reinforcing their already near impervious hide. The bones of a True Dragon are strong enough to support their forever growing bodies. True Dragons mate once every century, and their eggs take a decade to hatch.

  7. The Origins of Dragons are mysterious, and shrouded in the echoes of terror, long forgotten amid the eldritch fog from the primordial wastes. The Cosmic Serpents, divine beings of unknowable origin and age, are said to roam the cosmos which grant their names. They are said to command the laws of magic and space and time. Gravity and light, mana and void...
