- Hyperius, the Gravitist
- Q: Entropic Bolt
- Launches a metallic projectile that ricochets between enemies, draining life from each enemy hit, then explodes when it runs out of targets to bounce to or its duration expires.
- * Travels in the target direction for a distance equal to cast range before bouncing to the nearest enemy within bounce range, then explodes immediately if there is not a visible, non-spell-immune enemy in range to bounce to
- * The projectile may only bounce to each enemy once
- * When consuming a gravity shard, each bounce hit pulls towards Hyperius, while the blast pulls toward the center of the blast
- * Effectively gains 50% spell lifesteal for each of the bolt's bounce hero hits (25% for creep hits), which can be scaled by increases/reductions to spell lifesteal amount or damage dealt
- W: Magnetic Wave
- Creates a controllable magnetic storm at the target point that deals damage per second to enemies for a duration, then roots enemies when it ends. While active, gain a sub-ability that channels, extending the duration of the storm and increasing its radius per second at the cost of decreasing its movement speed. When channeling stops, the storm ends immediately.
- * When consuming a gravity shard, pulls enemies in range towards the center once per second when it deals damage. With aghs scepter, consuming a shard also automatically extends the storm to its full duration, and increases its radius and decreases its movement speed, eliminating the need to channel.
- E: Null Shield
- Places a shield on the target ally that blocks one targeted spell. While active the shielded ally releases a wave of nullifying energy any time they attack, up to once per second, damaging and briefly slowing enemies hit by the wave.
- * When consuming a gravity shard, each nullifying wave pulls enemies towards the shielded ally. With aghs scepter, consuming a shard to cast Null Shield also causes the shielded ally to automatically release nullifying waves every 0.75s (no longer releases any waves when the ally attacks).
- * Always releases a wave when the shield is popped, its duration ends or the shielded ally dies, ignoring cooldown.
- R: Gravity Shards (ultimate, unlocks D)
- Toggles between generating or consuming a gravity shard for each spell cast, passively gaining mana regeneration per gravity shard. Spells that consume a gravity shard have increased radius, a reduced cooldown, and pull the effected enemies.
- * Gravity Shards are like gray diamond-shaped Invoker orbs, orbiting Hyperius and visible to both sides. While in generation mode the shards orbit clockwise and glow white, and while in consumption mode the shards orbit counter-clockwise and absorb light/glow black.
- * When your last shard is consumed, automatically toggles to generation mode (add a hero-specific option to enable/disable this behavior?)
- D: Gravity Well
- Consume a gravity shard to create an area that encumbers enemies with extreme weight, slowing all of their actions (turn rate, cast time, attack speed and movement speed).
- * Always requires 1 shard to cast: net 0 shard cost in generation mode, net 2 shard cost in consumption mode
- * When consuming a gravity shard, pulls enemies in range towards the center once per second
- * By default none of Hyperius's pulls fully disable the enemy; with aghs scepter, consuming 2 shards to cast an empowered gravity well will fully disable the enemy.
- Shard: Gravity Shards
- Your attacks pull enemies for an amount that scales based on the number of gravity shards you currently have, and gives attacks an 18% chance to create a gravity shard.
- Scepter: Gravity Shards
- Consuming a gravity shard to cast a spell empowers it with an additional effect:
- * Entropic Bolt pulls you to the location of the blast (pulls you to the blast's center at 2000 speed or in 0.3s whichever is shorter)
- * Magnetic Wave is extended to its full duration automatically without channeling (the sub-ability ends the storm early instead of channeling)
- * Null Shield automatically releases its nullifying wave every 0.75s (standard rate is up to once per second)
- * Gravity Well deals damage per second and its pull fully disables enemies (costs 2 shards total)
- Lvl 10: +10% Magic Resistance
- Lvl 10: +20 Entropic Bolt Bounce Damage (60->80)
- Lvl 15: +10% Spell Lifesteal
- Lvl 15: +45 Damage
- Lvl 20: Null Shield Dispels Enemies
- Lvl 20: +2 Max Gravity Shards
- Lvl 25: +1 Null Shield Spell Blocked
- Lvl 25: -4s Entropic Bolt Cooldown
