GE2RB Undub Progress

Hello, i'm currently in a middle of finalizing GE2RB Undub yet im having some issues with the audio when converting NUS3BANK, IDSP to WAV and converting it back to IDSP, NUS3BANK, and yeah im having some issues extracting/decompiling bin.qpck, data.qpck and compressing/recompiling them back so i might ask a little help to finalize this project i've been working on which i might ask some proper tools to do this, which i'll list (and also i want this to work same as the GER Undub)

- NUS3BANK to WAV and converting it back to NUS3BANK
- decompiler and recompiler for the .qpck files (i know .bms script of it exists but it doesnt have proper recompiling
- some other stuff
