Deku Out of Tier Judgement

Deku is OOT

As argued, Deku is obviously Out of Tier. Tier Venom's given strength and durability feats are clearly not "building to large building level." Ultimate seems to have a misconception on the strength of the tier setter despite it being clearly laid out in the sign up description. This is also made clear from the fact that Deku was submitted as "Nearly Guaranteed Victory" despite the in-tier criteria for winning against Venom capping at 7/10 (Likely Victory). This massive strength difference is then coupled with speed enough to keep up with Venom and then capable of being increased further, along with other abilities that make the victory gap even larger.

Ultimate's defense against the Out of Tier request is sparse and boils down to him just gassing Deku up, but his arguments make it clear that he was genuinely arguing Deku as at minimum a building buster who can amp his strength even further. He then says that Nuzlocke could let him ask the judges to let him make Deku weaker, showing a seemingly complete misunderstanding on how this works.
