Subs at 70' when +2 kicks in.

At extra time, sub out the most tired non-medal.

For Penalty kicks, medals first then GK then best condition.

If one of the golds gets suspended, sub "All Ages Moeplotge" for that player. If any other player (including silvers) gets suspended, sub him/her out for best condition (that includes double A players).
