  1. The lifestyle we live in the Caribbean is more fulfilling than filling up your glass with fine wine. More sweet than honey. And trust me, it pays good cash. What do I do you may ask? I was a real estate agent back in L.A. making a good percentage profit on homes that would cost multi millions! Keeping the electricity on was an easy task. But one night, I had a thought while I was standing in my modernist home. Something just didn’t sit right with me. But I just couldn’t hit the mark on what I was thinking. So I stood there for a good while, bathing in the moonlight from the clouded covered sky. Then hit me - I am thinking too small. I need to think bigger! Soon as I had this revelation I jumped on my Macbook and got to work patrolling the internet for anything exciting to me. It was absolutely electrifying!

  3. The first objective was to find a place just right for me. While L.A. was great - the atmosphere was becoming too competitive for me and I just wanted a new direction. I loved beaches, oceans, and adventure. So the place where I was going to spend my time needed that and more. First I was looking into places like the Cayman Islands but for some reason it just didn’t really hit me like when I found the Carribeans.

  5. When I saw some of the reviews for living here, I knew this was the place. So I went to bed and the absolute first thing I did when I woke up was book a plane ticket. Soon as I finished that, I needed to start putting things up for sale. I let my own company handle it and I put the best realtor on the job to sell it. My assistant. Fantastic lad, even greater seller. Can’t wait to see the money we make off it!

  7. Now it was time to sell my baby. I had to sell my 2015 Chevy Camaro. But it was worth it once I got here. Number one on my priority list when I arrived was getting a new pair of sandals because the old one’s were getting raggedy.

  9. When I stepped off the airplane for the first time in the Caribbean it was astounding. The new smells and fragrances that hit me were highly impacting, but that was for different reasons.

  11. But with all my money spent and not a dollar to my name it felt great. For so long I wanted this freedom. No government to care about me, nothing. So that’s why my job now is nothing. It’s great! So far I’ve been here for 14 months and so far I’ve been able to get the perfect box to sleep in. I had found it outside Graycliff Restaurant. Hopefully one day I’ll be able to eat there but if not, no worries to me.

  13. I’m just glad I had the chance to have it all and now I’ve blown all my money. Yay!
