DOTA 2 Low Mic Volume Fix

1) Create a file in C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\dota 2 beta\dota\cfg named "autoexec.cfg"

2) Copy the following lines into that file:

con_enable 1
voice_minimum_gain 125
voice_maxgain 125


You can test to see if this working by creating a private game and typing "voice_loopback 1" into the console, which you can get to by pressing the ~ key.
