  1. Hello. I have been recently alerted that my son "NotKopo" has been hacked out of his clockwork shades. If you are wondering why I am telling you this now, way after the occurrence, it is because he thought he couldn't do anything about it until he read a forum today. So I am requesting a rollback for him to get his shades back. My son apparently clicked a linked by an anonymous user on Discord. The link did look sketchy to him, but he clicked it anyways, then was blocked immediately following. He has been scammed and hacked a numerous amount of times in the past, and he's so sick of it. Sometimes, my son is even to the point where he even has to quit ROBLOX because it just keeps happening to him over and over again. All of his hard work that he has put into your game, hoping just one day he could devex and earn a profit, went to waste. Players spend so many hours in their day to make clothes for the community, make a game to earn a profit, even sell GFX. This isn't easy, and once you work your butt off to get all of this stuff, it all goes to waste. I've recently talked to my son, and have taught him how to be more careful on this virtual platform, and he has acknowledged it, and has promised to be more careful next time. My son worked extremely hard to receive his clockwork shades, but some idiot, unfortunately, hacked him not long after. If you could please apprehend how frustrating it is to be hacked, and how much work and effort players put into your game to earn a profit. My son has been trying his absolute hardest to earn many virtual times, but eventually got hacked by some moron. I have not used my rollback yet, so I hope this will work. (Please keep this in mind.) Thank you so much for taking the time to read this, and I really hope that you consider giving my items back. My son absolutely loves ROBLOX and has been playing since 2013. It's been an absolutely phenomenal experience for him, and I love to see that he's enjoying the game. Thank you so much!!
