Whiskey Golf's Cold Harbor Crisis Troop Assaulter cosplay kit

This kit is something that I spent a while putting together. Like I like to tell Americans with more money than me, it's a marathon, not a sprint. :V

This cosplay - or impression kit, as it's also known in other circles - consists, basically, of 2 parts: the rifle, and the rest of the kit. The rifle itself is not actually accurate to the correct Black Powder Red Earth spec for Series 4, but well, it's what I had, so I rolled with that, lol. The clothing and kit is more Series 4, but the rifle is more Series 1, haha. :p

Mk 18 Mod 0 rifle

- Jin Ming M4A1 Gen 8 (aka JM8, in gel blaster circles) (Lazada, 2018. Try MonkeeMods or BlastersMania. Gel blaster sales on Lazada cracked down a lot. Monkeemods has a lot more stock available for walk in than on their website, btw)
- Inforce Weaponlight clone (gel blaster quality from shopee. The proper airsoft spec Inforce WML is like RM 140, vs this which was RM 20 lol)
- STD clone EOTech EXPS3 (wish.com, Lazada, Shopee.)
- Rail ladder covers (Lazada)
- Picatinny rail sling mount (MonkeeMods, Lazada)
- BCM Gunfighter grip (Deltacsgear walk-in)
- Kublai SOPMOD stock (MonkeeMods)
- FMA PEQ-15 Green laser (Deltacsgear, MonkeeMods, Lazada, Wish.com, Ebay)
- 2-point sling (Deltacsgear, Lazada)
- KAC Birdcage flash hider (MonkeeMods)
- Rear MBUS (Lazada, Deltacsgear, ebay, shopee, MonkeeMods). The choice of whether you want to run backup irons is up to you. Note that the average price of the MBUS is RM30, the metal MBUS Pro is RM30-RM50, the KAC lollipop is RM 60-70 (and requires you to look on Ebay). The LMT A2 fixed rear for the old school Mk 18 Mod 0s can sometimes be found on Lazada, but ebay is a more reliable bet. Just beware that all overseas shipping might be sangkut by Kastam.

- Glock 19 pistol (Toys R Us. Look for the Action Man brand toys.)

Gear

- JPC vest (Lazada, RM44 for china clone. Avoid Emerson unless you 1) have money to burn, 2) diedie want Multicam Black.)
- Normal Belt (Lazada)
- Glock holster (Lazada).
- Drop Leg pouch (Lazada, wish.com, Shopee, ebay)
- Glowsticks (Mr. DIY, Lazada, Shopee. Recommend Mr. DIY, they glow brighter). Glowsticks are duct taped as per SOP to reduce glare in white light and IR.
- Mechanix MPACT gloves (Lazada, reject units). Deltacsgear has the ori legit sold in US gloves, at sold in US prices. Get the fingerless.
- Tactical cap (Lazada). Prices range from RM5 (mine, super elcheapo) to RM120+ (US quality stuff).
- Dummy headset (Lazada). If you have the money, Z-tactical Comtac or MSA Sordin clones are RM230-280 and can work with Baofeng and other radios.
- Sunglasses: RM40. There only two types with red mirror shades on Lazada, these and the ESS Rollbar clones. Otherwise the Daiso wraparound sunglasses also can, but I needed red mirror shades.

Future 2020 plans for this kit:

- getting a proper battlebelt to hang my drop leg pouch and not!Safariland Glock holster
- FMA tactical phone case (maaaaybe, the Iphone XS case might fit a Note 8... but i'll probably run it in a belt pouch)
- dummy PRC-152 radio & radio pouch
- more mags
- external triple mag pouch to hook on the front molle, instead of relying on the JPC's built-in mag pouches.
