- This connection has, in the past week or so, become close to unusable. Even to extremely fast and local servers, and with NO programs or other network devices utilising my connection, I constantly ping an average of 105~ to, for example, google.co.uk. I also have around 15-20% constant packet loss. See the link at the end of this e-mail for an example test*. I have NO spyware/malware.
- Sites frequently fail to load, speed tests show my download at a terrible low rate**, I cannot play games on either my PC or my Xbox (wasting away monetary subscriptions such as �40 Xbox Live which RELY on this internet connection to work), I can't always sign into essential things.. It's horribly bad, and needs to be corrected. I expect as much, as I pay for a service that works, not the disgrace I'm currently getting.
