Khine: PC or Powered characters has been a hard and long series of debates along the imvu roleplay community that follows the rules of T-1. most commonly used, and abused T-1 style. There is a very blurry line between PC and MP, and also a very much argued-over line from PC to "God-Mode". This will be a long explanation, so buckle your seat belt. To be very simple, PC is anything more powerful than MP in such a way that a move that might have taken you 3 turns to prep in MP can be done with a good explanation in one turn or one prep in PC.  The overall idea for these characters are beings that are much larger than life in what it is they are capable of. Character's like this can command much larger quantities of power at a time and can be so long lasting in endurance a straight head to head fight might prove impossible. These are the types of characters that every other character should have heard in legends of the past, or nightmares in their sleep....storybook heroes and revered champions. Characters in the realm of Planet busters, or giants, different dimensional beings and much much more. The overall idea on this sub-tier is to simply go crazy with your imagination as there is no real limitations except for anything you couldn't fully explain when asked about. PC holds itself as being a Tier that requires a strong understanding of the T-1 rules as its very easy to metagame, Autohit, and especially Godmod on these leveled playing fields EVEN ON ACCIDENT. To compensate for this, I believe there are several methods to prevent characters from having issues during a battle between two characters. While these are note perfect, they should be flexible enough to help anyone figure out the "math" of whats fair. As far as explanations goes you should be able to fully explain your powers either in your bio, hinted in your entrance post, or when directly asked. If you have to refer to a separate website or link to explain your own power it is voided for its attempt

Khine: -The day was filled with such a magical aura, it ran through the air in a soft pink purple mist. Painted across the sky, foot steps thudded elegantly out of the enchanted alien like woods. A woman stood there, 7 foot 1'', standing firm and proud. Dark blue gray skin with glowing arcane runes along her body, they were apart of her skin. It seemed to be the way she sucked in mana from the air and land itself, charging herself. Her body was well formed, curvy hips and bountiful breasts, long arms and legs, with a small waist. She was a goddess among men, her skin was harder than dragon scales, they had to be. She raised dragons and released them out into the world, their bites and claws did nothing to her besides bruise her flesh. Glowing blue eyes looked about the mystical land that was her home, a planet far from any others, this was HER planet, alien to others. The keen eyes narrowed, her vision was sharp as an eagle, able to see the faintest of details at a fair range. Also able to see in total darkness up to 120 feet. Her long pointed ears able to pick up the slightest scurries upon the floor, the smallest of scuffs or even the briefest of breaths. Her form then moved forward from the forests edge, her eyes on the path before her, her hand reached into her pouch on her hip to pull out a crystal. One of the many crystals that opened a portal to the world linked to her own. The world was much different than her own, less gravity so her stepping out into that world made her feel weightless, meaning she was able to jump higher and be much faster than she normally was. She was already fast, able to run at 60mph in a blink of an eye, so in this world that she just stepped into now, she would be able to run at 100mph. Her strength was amplified as well, able to lift boulders at her own home, she could crush them with her fists here with out the gravitation pressure on her muscles. She walked in the dojo like setting, her hands reaching behind her to the gloves strapped to her back. Shoving them on, they were like talons, made with metals of her own world, higher grade than this world, able to slice through most metals on this world here like butter. That being said the metals here could not slice through her skin normally since most of the blades on her world had trouble doing that. But that comes to the fact that most blades in this world could not pierce a dragons hide, how would a blade pierce hers since hers is at a high durability than a dragons hide. The talons were sharpened to the finest points, able to drill so very easily into flesh, and even cut into diamonds and dragons scales. Her armored form stepped into the rink she was covered head to toe in black leather, enhanced by her own magic to suck in kinetic energies to fuel her muscles. They also deflects a range of attacks for a short time, energy, magic and physical, once it is depleted it will take a while for them to recharge. Making her faster and stronger the more she  absorbed. She could as well control elements, fire, air, earth, lightening and water, two at the same time. But never polar opposites, and if she wishes to change elements, it cuts her off from all elemental powers for a time before they activate again. She cant just change them on a whim it is a process. Her form swayed back and forth as she was getting a feel for this land and the magic it held, her blue runes etched all over her skin glowed already starting to suck some of the magic into her being, charging.-
