  1. Across the distant throne room, well away from the three men converging on the extravagant throne, a wound opened up in space. It was a thin bloody slit at first but it soon blossomed outwards like the beautiful petals of a fleshy flower from which Chidera emerged at last.
  2.
  3. “Sorry for the wait gentleman.”
  4.
  5. There were a few tense moments of silence as the men waited for the woman to flatten underneath the intense atmospheric pressure of their world but it never came. Such tactless brute force was ineffective against the unified lovebirds on a fundamental level; their collective body merely adapting to the new environment by adding layer upon layer of super dense muscle fiber, hardening their bone structure, and calcifying the few internal organs that they had been outfitted with for this trip. None of which were necessary given the nature of their being but that didn’t make it fun.
  6.
  7. Maybe they had been expecting someone else.
  8.
  9. Chidera stood at an even six feet tall with an androgynous body. Her structure was svelte and many of her feminine curves had been downplayed in favor of tightly compacted muscles, though she looked fragile from the outside had she seen fit to show off her tummy Chidera would be sporting an abdomen so dense with muscles it was like a serpents, silky smooth until the moment she flexed and revealed a tightly meshed wall of abdominals. She had flesh like a porcelain doll that seemed to glow in the night sky and looked positively unhealthy in the daylight, exaggerated red lips, and golden eyes surrounded by deep black pockets. Her hair was straight, long, and white all the way to the tips were the strands curled inwards and turned a bloody shade of red; currently pulled into a single massive ponytail that rose above her head before falling straight down so that only her bangs were left hung forward, all pinned by an ornate set of golden pins and ruby red gems.
  10.
  11. In fact everything about Chidera’s clothing was extravagant and yet not entirely dangerous. She wore a loose white kimono, splattered with irregular sprays of red, and a dark red corset pulled tight around her waist composed of metal sporting a flat tail that fell all the way to her ankles. Beneath that she was wearing tight black, from her collar all the way to her knees where the bodysuit disappeared into a pair of black boots, no heel here because someone actually enjoyed being able to balance when they walked. The only obvious weapon on her person was a sword that hung over her shoulder, it had no sheath before it was not sharp, it was more like a massive chunk of blackened wood with slight growths that made it unwieldy; or so one might think.
  12.
  13. That isn’t to say that Chidera wasn’t armed to the teeth but only that she didn’t show it off.
  14.
  15. “You have a very nice empire. Two hundred and seventy nine worlds, if my math is correct and if you aren’t hiding anything from me, very impressive and judging by the architecture you’ve maintained that grasp for quite a long time. Very impressive, though they say that the measure of a man is not in how successful he’s been but in how many hardships he’s had to endure, and we at the Domination have endure quite a bit over the years.”
  16.
  17. Chidera plunged her fingers her collar and the black suit peeled away, she drew it back until the men could see the smooth indent of her right collarbone and the puckered up circular spar beneath it. When she drew back and the suit slithered back into place. “I myself have been shot with an entire universe. You might ask how that’s possible and I’m still wrapping my head around that one but I assure you that it happened. If you have any questions ask a mother fucker named the Azazoth; if you can find him.”
  18.
  19. “Ah that’s right, I should watch my language.” Chidera placed a hand against her gaping mouth. “My apologies, sometimes I forget that I’m speaking for two now. Where was I?”
  20.
  21. “Oh yes; it’s a nice empire. I’m surprised you managed to build it given where you emerged from but it’s very unfortunate that you chose to come after us. As you’ve no doubt noticed my ship the West of the Moon has synchronized orbit with your planet, in about an hour my vessel will secure dominance and transform Endiaral into a satellite and the two will become locked together intimately, unless of course you stop it but as you can imagine a vessel of that size has a lot of toys that can make your life difficult and while I’m sure your fleet is impressive I assure you that your system will not survive the conflict intact if things escalate.”
  22.
  23. “In the interest of not wrecking my toys from the very beginning I have a proposal for you. I have brought six apprentices with me to the planet’s surface; Witches and Wizards of the Eternal Dusk, Hollow-Bone Mountain, Scribbling Depths, Empyrean City, Sanguine Forest, and the Lonely Plains. You can challenge them if you wish but I personally don’t recommend it. Instead I say that you summon all nine of you brothers and any associated champions to this castle and consolidate your forces so that I can kill all of chyuu at once!”
  24.
  25. Chidera had been very animated throughout her speech and subsequent approach. Hands sweeping through the air animatedly and a big smile on her face as she spoke, sometimes more to herself than to the three man audience before her. When she finished she was canted forwards, both knees bent inwards, and both fingers planted against her cheeks while smiling broadly and showing off a mouth full of too many jagged teeth.
  26.
  27. It might have been cute had she not been threatening cultural genocide.
