What you are applying for: Thunder Curse Seal V2

What you will do: I'm going to be a menace to the Sand ninja, especially since we're about to have a war break out.

Why you want it: This character's made to crack skulls and give antagonistic RP. Someone's gotta disrupt the casuallers.

Reason: Roku has been a consistent and headfast force of true visceral vengeance and violence within the Sound Village as an advocate for the destruction of the Uchiha. Training day in and day out, and being the champion of the Sound tournament have given him the experience and presence to master the Will of the World that fuels the mark he's been etched with on the base of his neck. His hatred for those that robbed his clan of everything consumes his waking moments and even in attending events like the raid on the ruins of Konohagakure he'd carry his wrath and thunderous nature with him in every movement he makes. The recent rigged and poorly functioned Chuunin exams has brought to him the drive and sheer disdain of the entire Village needed to fall deeper into his dark gifting as he'd begun training with it instead of holding it back.

Exploding into a myriad of new abilities and an uncanny evolution that would make him surpass even what he'd set out to accomplish in days preceding. Determined to right the wrongs of a cursed destiny the failure and revelation of his time being wasted has broken something within the rowdy Hyuuga and it's caused his chakra to crackle out with the evolved and further corrupted might of this new level of enhancement.
