We are writing to inform you that we have received a "notice of claimed infringement" from claimant below writing on behalf of the copyright owner.  Further,  McMaster has not verified whether the notice is sent by a trustworthy entity or whether the notice is legitimate.  We are forwarding this notice to you, unaltered, below.

What is a notice of claimed infringement?

It is a notice from a copyright owner about possible unauthorized use of its copyrighted material, e.g. a movie, film, video, game, book, music, etc. In January 2015, new laws came into effect in Canada's Copyright Act that require Internet Service Providers/hosts who receive one of these notices to forward it to the person who appears to have been using the Internet address at the time identified in the notice.

To the extent we can identify that person, McMaster's current policy is to forward the notices to him/her and retain records that will allow the person's identity to be determined for six months or longer. Please note that we have not told the sender who you are, nor have we disclosed any personal information about you. McMaster has strict privacy policies and will not disclose information unless there is a court order to do so.

Furthermore, we wish to make it clear that receiving a notice of claimed infringement does not mean that you have been sued for copyright infringement or that a court has yet made a determination that you have infringed or are in any way liable for the payment of damages.
