Very gently - pull your thoughts back and focus into the Power.
Start out by stating, with feeling (within your heart),
numerous affirmations beginning with “I Am” - such as:
I Am peace. I Am joy. I Am harmony. I Am balanced.
I Am healthy. I Am completely fulfilled.
I Am full of love. I Am the light! I Am a transparency.
[Always end with] I AM FILLED WITH POWER!
I now allow this Power to flow through me freely!
Now focus on the Energy and how It feels. Notice that you have tuned in, and now that you have
tuned in, feel a tremendous sense of love for the Power! You are very close to It now and you
have connected. Tell It how much you love It and how beautiful It is. Notice how the Energy
responds to your love and starts to grow stronger! Recognize, and feel too, the tremendous love
that the Power is feeling for you! Keep telling It how much you love It, and now listen! It will
start revealing Itself to you. It could come in the form of new affirmations, or more disclosures
about your Divine nature. You may receive an answer to a question that you might have had, or
perhaps a solution will be revealed to you concerning a problem that you seem to have. You
might even get an extremely lucrative idea, which you definitely want to act upon! (Have a pen
and paper close by before you start this process.)
Write down your revelations and again, very gently, pull your thoughts back to focus into the
Power. Continue loving It, and feeling loved, and the Power will continue to increase Its flow
through you - through your heart. And you will continue to receive many more revelations!
You will experience many benefits while doing The Power Exercise, and it will continually
produce powerful effects in all areas of your life! You will feel very light, full of energy, and
radiant! It will also transform your consciousness, remove blockages, and create clarity. You
want to remember, too, that you are actually radiating positive illuminating Energy, which not
only brings your body into alignment (creating radiant health) but It also harmonizes and adjusts
all other areas of your life as well.
As you feel this Divine Energy emanating through you, you want to recognize, also, that this
Energy is collecting within you! This vibrant Energy is empowering all of the desired formations
within your heart, giving them tremendous life-force. Because this powerful Current is extremely
magnetic, it then causes those forms to irresistibly draw your outer personalized visions to you in
your life! This expansive Energy also puts you into synchronicity and will attract numerous other
wonderful personalized gifts and flourishing experiences for you to enjoy!
(When you are ready for sleep, you may feel that you are too energized. Don't let that alarm you.
Just state that you are ready to go to sleep now and It will empower you to do so. Start focusing
on sleep by saying words, very softly and slowly, to yourself - such as: “tranquility, serenity,
peacefulness, harmony, restfulness, etc.”)
