[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]What makes you feel qualified to be an admin vs. everyone else here at MTA Roleplay? (Long Answer)[/COLOR][/B]
I'm one of the oldest active members of the community, I know a fair amount of people and seem to be on pretty good terms with almost everyone here. I often volunteer for RP schools and help people get around and get the basics of the server, especially with the servers location and general shift away from other servers in terms of content and general atmosphere. I'm active during early hours to help people that join during that strange time and I love being a part of a community and I feel I fit in here. I would love additionally to continue my work here at the community at the next level and be an administrator. I've already shown I can be trusted with factions and general RP standards apart from a few minor issues, but these have only taught me the proper methods here and rather than moan about them in ticket centres, I took them in and continued to progress myself to be better. I believe this makes me qualified to be an administrator and I would love for you to see that too. If you choose me, you will have an experienced, mature and friendly member on your team.

If you choose me to be an administrator, I would love to reform how the legal system works, especially with the failure of the government faction and the issues with the SAPD. With being an administrator or not, I will continue to advise and help the administration both IC and OOC to improve the RP standards in these departments and hopefully even re-open the government faction as I believe it could be a great asset if used properly, unlike the ways it has been used in the past. Eventually, I would like a immersive and properly elected government, with opposition and legalisation debates, and I would like a realistic, properly ran SAPD, taking further the steps that Beatty has already taken in improving such.

I've ran communities online for pretty much my entire sentient life. I was a moderator at /r/AskReddit, a community that had 3 million members, for over a year in 2014-15.  I have owned a MTA server and been a head moderator on another. I know how administration works and how to be fair, proper and a representative of a community.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]In your own opinion, describe a problem you see on our server and a way you see to fix it, or at least feel like is a good solution. This can be anything from the Roleplay standards to how mapping looks on the server (minmium of 300 words).[/COLOR][/B]
As I said in my "goals" section, I believe a huge problem is how government factions are currently operating. Many times, the government factions could quickly ruin poorly ran illegal factions or become detrimental to their existence and force them to be underground, as they should be, rather than roaming the streets at 300kmh and evading police at all costs. I also believe that there is a future for the government faction, with elected officials from both side of the political compass with voting, where every move the government makes is scrutinised by the other side, therefore this will remove the corruption aspect or crazy power mode that people tend to go in when given charge of the government faction. The  government faction has a chance to be a dynamic, RP-heavy faction, and yet so far it is has been abused and corrupted. This can easily be changed and repaired with a little effort and a good figurehead. The government factions can be fixed, continuing on the great strides that Beatty has made with proper recruitment, proper and longer training and more scrutiny of the department, which I believe would come from an existence of the government faction as the government will be held responsible for failures within the SAPD. I believe that with heavier training and a stricter recruitment process, less people will abuse their roles in the SAPD and make themselves open to interrogation, proper arrest procedures, criminal justice procedures, such as courts, juries, etc. and overall make the SAPD more effective and diminishing the immense power of illegal factions. It was amazing how I can join pretty much any illegal faction just by realising that their illegal with their behaviour and advertisements, and then quickly join up and be in a v12 racing around Red County. A dynamic government will repair this issue.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1.[/COLOR][/B] Perhaps one of the most well-known but unfortunately most ignored rules, driving in terms of roleplay. People can crash, drive at 200kmh and basically treat the game as if they're on singleplayer and get away with it in some cases. This is against the rules and should have methods of properly combating this.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2.[/COLOR][/B] Provoking of the law - whereas in real life, even gangsters straight out of Compton would refuse to just joyride around police cruisers and basically shout explectives at officers, people in the server can sometimes think this is okay. This is a serious issue within the server and links in with my "server issue" answer.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3.[/COLOR][/B] Another abused rules - using weapons as a first resort, even watching mafia movies and things like that, they never use weapons as a first resort, even threats and things come before such. Weapons should only ideally be used in long confrontations or self defence.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]Now, take those three rules, and tell me what you would do if someone broke those rules. (These do no determine if you are admin or not, they simply determine your skill level)[/COLOR][/B]
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Verbal Warn, force them to RP and recon them driving during random intervals. Place them on a watch-list of sorts when on admin duty to ensure they are properly driving.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Force them to roleplay and, depending on the severity of the rulebreak, ajail them for a short duration of time.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]1. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Account warn and a longer jail.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Verbal warn, recon them while near the PD and respond to reports on them favouring the PD when they are non-rping, this is a huge sign of general poor RP and a RP school may be warranted.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 2nd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Give short term jail.
[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]2. 3rd Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Longer jail time and a warning.

[B][COLOR="#2F4F4F"]3. 1st Offense:[/COLOR][/B] Verbally warn and recon due to the severity of this rule, void the situation and item refund for victims, add to CHK.

I know there is a recent infraction on my account but I would like to ask you not to take issue with it as it was only a minor in-game issue that I didn't realise happened and was a misunderstanding on my part, the administration team was completely correct with their decision but I believe my intention was different to how it is perceived, but that is my fault for poor communication as such and I have learnt from this incident.

During your time being admin here, You understand that if you are suspected to be a "Regular" on another server as admin or not, you will be immediately asked to leave. Should you ever be removed from the admin team, You are still under this agreement. Sharing any information that you may have learned during being an admin will not be permitted to be released. You understand that breach of this agreement will mean that you are permanently blacklisted form this community and all your IP's and Serial's be placed on our ban list. Lieing on either this application will result in termination of your admin position, If you have provided us with any personal information (Such as Mobile Phone number) and it changes, you must inform us of this change. If we contact your mobile number and end up sharing confidential information to a stranger, you will be terminated.
