Cancel spells of A-Rank or below, no matter what High-Thaumaturgy it is. In practice, Saber is untouchable to modern magi. Ranks up to EX when Suzuka is targeted by any sort of mental magic, magecraft or ability that would attempt to 'restrict her choices'. For example, a compulsion that could control even Gods would fail on her.

Riding: B~EX
Most vehicles and animals can be handled with great skill, even vehicles that did not exist in the time period Saber was alive in, for they are no exception. However, Saber cannot ride the likes of Phantasmal Species such as Monstrous Beasts.
However, if she is truly determined to ride something, it becomes a possibility, no matter what her target is.

Personal Skills:

As the daughter of the Demon King of the Fourth Heaven, Saber possesses this skill at a very high rank... If she wants to.

Divine Power: B/A
The fraction of the power of a god in the ability to freely move and levitate objects without restriction, normally this skill would allow Saber to manipulate any and all objects, however, as a Servant, it has been ranked down slightly, only allowing her to manipulate things that she herself owns. Because of Determination of Self, she can access the full power of this skill should she want to.

Mystic Eyes: B+ (EX)
Mystic Eyes capable of charming men, arousing within them a great love for Saber. Men who meet her gaze and who are charmed through this skill would happily throw their lives away for her sake. Barely registers as even a blip when used on most woman, however, and can be resisted through the Magic Resistance skill or through having strong enough willpower.
Determination of Self allows her to replicate the effects of any Mystic Eyes of Jewel Rank or below that she has seen since gaining this skill.

Determination of Steel: EX
Through the concept of Self-Determination, this skill has been gained. This skill represents the Mental Determination that is required to make your own choices.
Representing the further empowered willpower of the woman who pretended to be another man's wife for years in order to weaken him enough so that she could kill him, all the while she was separated from the one she truly loved. This skill allows for a complete blockade of the sense of pain, allowing for a superhuman mind and body that is capable of withstanding ultra high-speed activities, including that of high speed thought. In combination with her Noble Phantasms, this skill increases her total calculatory power by a massive amount. This skill also combines the effects of the Valor and Calm and Collected skills. Despite having a higher raw calculatory ability though, without drawing on Blessing of Wisdom, she still acts the exact same, like a computer that has its hardware upgraded but still runs on the same software.

Determination of Self: EX
Through the concept of Self-Determination, this skill has been gained. This skill represents the Physical Determination that is required to make your own choices.
 Representing one who can determine exactly how they manifest. This skill allows for an almost unrestricted level of Shapeshifting, any form can be taken, height can be changed, as can weight, muscle density, the proportions of the body, hairstyle and color, etc.
Due to this skill switching between a true physical body and the body of a Servant is possible, as is removing and reacquiring something like Divinity at will and this skill can also be used to heal from nearly any wound simply through taking on an unwounded form.
Shapeshifting into opponents and copying them in almost every regard is possible but... "I'd much prefer staying me, kay? So don't expect me to start turning into other people!"

Noble Phantasms:

Heavenly Demon Rain: B+ Rank Anti-Army Noble Phantasm
The first Noble Phantasm of Suzuka Gozen. This Noble Phantasm is activated with her hairpin and her golden blade Daitsuuren. This Noble Phantasm causes the blade to be duplicated 250 times, before raining down on the entire area. The nature of this Noble Phantasm is very imprecise, but performance and accuracy is vastly improved when Blessing of Wisdom is activated.

Blessing of Wisdom: C rank Anti-Unit(Self) Noble Phantasm
The second Noble Phantasm of Suzuka Gozen, a blade of wisdom that once belonged to Manjushri. By wielding the silver sword Shoutouren, Suzuka's intelligence is vastly increased, to the point where her combat skill is on a completely different level. When this Noble Phantasm is activated, the performance of Heavenly Demon Rain is improved, and the usage of Trichiliocosm becomes possible.

Trichiliocosm: EX Rank Anti-Unit(Self) Noble Phantasm
The third and greatest Noble Phantasm of Suzuka Gozen, allowing for the wielder to effectively realize and observe any event they should wish from within the reflection of the sword through observing every potential world. and parallel world at the same time. If used for too long, her Heroic Spirit qualifications will be stripped from her, and she will be forcibly unsummoned. Through usage of this Noble Phantasm, a near unparalleled level of processing power is capable of being brought forth.
