  1. Original story saved for remembrance's sake
  2.
  3.
  4. >You are Anonymous
  5. >And you've probably never been this hung over in your entire life
  6. >If you had thought that you had experienced hell on earth before, then you were absolutely wrong.
  7. >Your head feels like its going to explode
  8. >At least you made it to a bed
  9. >Alone
  10. >tfw no gf
  11. >You'd settle for sluts
  12. >As you wake up you notice that your room is much brighter than usual
  13. >Did someone drunkely mangle your curtains?
  14. >And when did your bed get a canopy?
  15. >Or double in size?
  16. "Ugh...Fuc-!"
  17. >What the hell?!
  18. >Your voice is all fucked up; It sounds more than just a few octaves higher
  19. >like a girl
  20. >What the hell was in that jungle juice?
  21. >You try pushing the covers off to get out of bed, but your arms don't seem to be working
  22. >Something doesn't feel right
  23. >Not only is this not your room, but your arms have been replaced with green stumps
  24. >When you notice you cant help but hold them up and stare at them
  25. "Fuck me... someone must have dumped absinthe in that jug."
  26. >Or maybe some other freaky hallucinogen.
  27. >Because you're seein' shit
  28. >You're broken from your limb-observant trance by creaking door hinges
  29. >You look up to see a scaled purple creature entering the bedroom
  30. >And it's carrying a pink feather duster
  31. >And humming a tune
  32. >Your eyes meet
  33. >"O-oh! I didn't realize Twilight had company! S-sorry I barged in."
  34. >It hastily does an about face and closes the door behind it.
  35. >wat
  36.
  37. >what... or who was that?
  38. >where the hell are you?
  39. >you try getting out of the bed again, but with great difficulty
  40. >your arms and legs aren't working like they should
  41. >you're a bit mad at least
  42. >whoever spiked the punch with drugs is going to get it
  43. >fumbling to the edge of the bed, you're surprised at the height
  44. >why is it so high up?
  45. >you finally manage to get the covers off
  46. >you notice its not just your arms that are green
  47. >your whole body is
  48. >you glance at the vanity mirror on the other side of the room
  49. >and that's when you see it
  50. >and that's when you let out the girliest scream you could ever have mustered.
  51.
  52. >You usually stay away from the psychedelic drugs
  53. >You never imagined they would be this vivid
  54. >Here you are, a green horse in a crystalline bedroom
  55. >You managed to make it to the floor with a hard landing
  56. >Standing was difficult
  57. >You're definitely not used to being a quadruped
  58. >Now you're staring at yourself in the mirror
  59. >Its tall enough that you can see your reflection on the top
  60. >Apparently, you're a horse now.
  61. >Wouldn't you be able to tell if you were high?
  62. >Sure, you have a hangover, but you don't feel like you're on anything
  63. >Everything seems real
  64. >Different, but real
  65. >Cartoonishly large eyes stare back at you, smiting you with their cuteness
  66. >Is this really your reflection?
  67. >You're drawn from your internal monologue by the creaky hinges
  68. >Looking over to the door you see another horse
  69. >This one is purple, and it has wings and a horn
  70. >The scaled one from before stands behind it
  71. >"Hello."
  72. >A talking horse?
  73. >You reply instinctively
  74. "Hi."
  75. >"Can I ask you how you got in here?"
  76. >Obviously a she
  77. >She flashes you a grin
  78. "Hell if I know. Woke up after a night of being piss-drunk and now I'm seeing shit."
  79. >Her grin quickly dissipates.
  80. >You're still confused as fuck
  81. >You'll play along
  82. "Do you have any aspirin? This hangover is fucking killing me."
  83.
  84. >You learned the painful way how purple horse tolerates 'crude' language
  85. >being drug by your ear was painful
  86. >which was weird because she never actually touched you
  87. >there was this vibrant purple haze in your peripheral vision though
  88. >probably another side effect
  89. >and the threat of a soap filled gabber isn't too appealing either
  90. >purple horse is leading you to a room
  91. >it looks like a lounge
  92. >bookshelves encircle the ornate couches and tea table while the curtained windows on the far side give off a relaxing light
  93. >there is another less purple horse here
  94. >you've also notices they have marks on their ass
  95. >whatever those are for
  96. >purple 2 was sitting on one of the couches reading a book
  97. >the book is floating in the air around her, surrounded by a similar effect you noticed earlier
  98. >Its also on her horn
  99. >Is this some kind of magic?
  100. >purple horse 2 looks up when you all enter the room
  101. >"Oh, hey Twilight? Are we starting lessons early?"
  102. >"No, something has come up."
  103. >ok, the purple horse is called Twilight
  104. >she her head towards you
  105. >purple 2 glances at you
  106. >"Oh! You have a visitor?"
  107. >"In a manner of speaking. I thought you might have seen her enter the castle last night."
  108. >"Nope."
  109. >"Could you check the wards for me, Starlight?"
  110. >"For?"
  111. >"Spike found her sleeping in one of the guest bedrooms this morning. If she found her way in last night it should have triggered at least one of the wards."
  112. >"Uh, sure thing. I'll be right back."
  113. >Starlight rises from the couch and gives you a warm smile as she walks past you out the door.
  114.
  115. >wait
  116. >Why is Twilight calling you 'she?'
  117. >Last you checked, you had a twig and berries
  118. >You precautionarily check your nethers
  119. >FUCKFUCKFUCKFUCK
  120. >They're gone!
  121. >You start prodding around frantically with your new horse appendage where your crown jewels are supposed to be
  122. >"What are you doing?"
  123. >Twilight noticed your self-fondling session.
  124. "uh... nothing."
  125. >"Are you feeling alright? Please have a seat."
  126. >you oblige her while she takes a seat on a couch opposite of the tea table.
  127. >She takes a deep breath before beginning
  128. >"For starters, your parents must be worried sick about you. Whats your name?"
  129. "Anonymous"
  130. >"Hmm..."
  131. >She rubs her chin thoughfully with her hoof
  132. >"Interesting name. And how did you get into the castle?"
  133. "I don't know"
  134. >Her thoughtful look becomes an annoyed one
  135. >"oh come on, you cant pretend that you don't."
  136. >This is getting dumb, you should just fuck with her
  137. "But I don't. Getting shit-faced does that sometimes."
  138. >woops, you let a shit slip
  139. >oh well
  140. >"Watch that tounge, filly."
  141. "I'm not a filly."
  142. >"Oh? Fooled me."
  143. >she smirks
  144. "This is all just some elaborate ruse. As soon as these drugs wear off I'll be back in my room, browsing anime imageboards while fawning over pictures of my beautiful waifu."
  145. >She lookes at you confused for what seems like a minute, as if she's unsure of what to say
  146. >She magics a teapot from a far table you hadn't noticed before
  147. >and pours a glass
  148. >"Drink this. If there is anything effecting your conciousness this will clear it right up."
  149. "I hate tea."
  150. >"Too bad. Drink it"
  151. "No."
  152. >She's visibly angry
  153. >"Drink the tea. NOW!"
  154. >fucking she-beast
  155. >better not go too far
  156. "Fine. I'll drink your stupid tea."
  157.
  158. >Twilight pours herself a cup as well
  159. >You hate tea
  160. >But this tea is actually fucking delicious
  161. >You will never tell Twilight so
  162. >You fake disgust while taking a second sip
  163. >Before Twilight can ask you any more questions, Starlight returns
  164. >"All the wards are in perfect working order. None of them have been triggered."
  165. >"What!? How?!"
  166. >"I'm not sure. It seems our visitor has a natural gift for avoiding them."
  167. >The Purple she-beast is reemerging
  168. >"Alright Anonymous, You're going to tell me whats going on, and you're going to tell me right now. No more games."
  169. "No games. I've told you only the truth."
  170. >"LIAR! Theres no way you could just appear out of nowhere! You've managed to bypass some of the most powerful magical wards in all of Equestria!"
  171. >Starlight flinches at Twilight's outburst
  172. >"You have the mouth of a sailer and you're very rude! Disrespectful to your elders! Its unbecoming of a filly!"
  173. "Calm your tits, Purple Horse."
  174. >"MY NAME IS TWILIGHT!"
  175. >Boy, that escalated quickly
  176. >Her veins are practically bulging out of her forhead
  177. >Starlight walks up to Twilight and puts a hoof on her shoulder
  178. >"Twilight, she's just a filly. She's probably lost and confused waking up in a place she's never been before."
  179. >She looks at Starlight, becoming noticably calmer
  180. >Oh man, you're gonna have as much fun as you can with Twilight as long as this dreamworld lasts
  181. >With calmed nerves, Twilight speaks up
  182. >"I'm going to look up the latest missing pony reports and see if I can't find anything about her. Surely her parents have already reported her missing."
  183. >"Good idea, Twilight."
  184. >"I doubt she's willing to tell me who her parents are, or where she lives. Her missing pony report will tell me."
  185. >"What about today's friendship lesson?"
  186. >"I'm sorry Starlight, we'll have to postpone it for tomorrow. Or perhaps..."
  187. >Twilight looks back to you
  188. >"For your lesson today, you'll make friends with Anonymous here."
  189. >"Oh. Okay Twilight. This will be an easy one."
  190.
  191. >Starlight gives you another warm smile
  192. >You have no intentions of being friends with stupid fake horses
  193. >Twilight makes her way out of the lounge
  194. >She looks back and gives you a dirty look before closing the door behind her
  195. >what a cunt
  196. >You wonder what sinister force in your mind could create such a foul creature.
  197. >Starlight breaks the silence
  198. >"So... you're Anonymous?"
  199. "Yea. You can call me Anon for short."
  200. >"Okay, Anon. My name is Starlight Glimmer. You can call me Starlight."
  201. >You don't really care
  202. >Why do you talk to Twilight like that?"
  203. "Like what?"
  204. >This one might be harder to fuck with.
  205. >She's much more chill
  206. >"Well, the language for one. Plus, you seem to be purposfully antagonizing her."
  207. "You're a smart horse, I'll give you that."
  208. >She gives you a deadpan look
  209. "Because you're all not real. Plus, Purple is a cunt, and I enjoyed watching her frothing rage."
  210. >No reaction? Damn, this bitch good
  211. >"What do you mean we're not real? Are we all not sitting here? Having a wonderful tea on a beautiful mid-morning?"
  212. "It seems that way, but once this shit wears off I'll be back to my normal self."
  213. >You cross your forelegs and give her a sinister grin
  214. "You stupid horses are starting to bore me anyway."
  215. >She responds with a raised eyebrow, and turns her gaze to your now empty cup.
  216. >"This is an adeleum tea. If you were suffering any sort of simple ailment it would have been cured by now."
  217. >Yea thats bullshit
  218. >A curative tea?
  219. "You expect me to believe that shi-"
  220. >A thought interrupts your sentence
  221. >Your hangover is gone
  222. >You didn't even notice
  223. >Is she telling the truth?
  224.
  225. >No.
  226. >You refuse to believe this.
  227. >Talking Horses? Weird magic bullshit?
  228. >Also, you being a horse?
  229. >This is impossible, yet here you are.
  230. >You can only stare at the floor now.
  231. >You're clenching your teeth.
  232. >Your forelegs are trembling and your vision is going hazy.
  233. >"Anon?"
  234. "NO!"
  235. >You refuse to accept this.
  236. "This isn't happening! How can this even happen?! I'm so fucking lost right now!"
  237. >Anger overwhelms you.
  238. "This is FUCKING BULLSHIT!"
  239. >You don't want to cry.
  240. >Its certainly not your thing.
  241. >But the tears begin to fall.
  242. >You're powerless.
  243. >All you can do is sit here and sob.
  244. >You don't care anymore.
  245. >The tears are falling freely now.
  246. >Suddenly you feel a warmth next to you.
  247. >You know who it is and you don't care.
  248. >She wraps a hoof around you.
  249. >"Shh... It'll be ok."
  250. >The fuck does she know?
  251. >You bury your face into the warm embrace of her fluffy chest.
  252. >She rubs circles on your back as you continue your sobbing.
  253. >Wait.
  254. >Why are you crying like a little bitch?
  255. >You're a grown man!
  256. >You stop crying, and push yourself away from her chest.
  257. >"Feeling better?"
  258. >She moves to give you space, but you grab her and pull yourself back to her embrace.
  259. >Shit nigger, what are you doing?
  260. >You don't know why, but this is comfy as fuck.
  261. >And strangely comforting.
  262. >You cling to her chest and quietly sob until sleep takes you.
  263.
  264. >This is the most comfortable sleep you've had in ages.
  265. >You've never felt so calm and peaceful.
  266. >What is this feeling?
  267. >And why do you like it?
  268. >You blink your eyes open to find yourself snuggled with Starlight on the couch.
  269. >She still has her hooves around you, and she's levitating a book where she can read it.
  270. >You immediately jump away and compose yourself.
  271. "This never happened"
  272. >Starlight giggles and sets the book down.
  273. >"Oh, Anon. Its normal to cry every now and then. Nopony will think less of you."
  274. >Nopony?
  275. "You mean nobody?"
  276. >"Nopony"
  277. >You're too mentally exhausted to argue and hang your head in defeat.
  278. >"Are you hungry? You haven't eaten all day."
  279. >As if on queue, your stomach lets out a mighty rumble.
  280. >She giggles again.
  281. >Its kind of cute.
  282. >Stop thinking that shit, these are dumb horses.
  283. >"Lets find you something to eat."
  284.
  285.
  286. >Starlight said she was leading you to the kitchen.
  287. >You're not so sure because it looks like she's wandering like a lost puppy.
  288. >Doesn't she live here? Shouldn't she know where the kitchen is?
  289. >She opens the door to your right.
  290. >Its a bathroom.
  291. >The lizard thing from before is standing on a stool in front of the mirror.
  292. >You feel bad at his pathetic attempt to flex his non-existent muscles.
  293. >"Ah yea, check out these guns baby."
  294. >He turns around and looks at the two of you like a deer caught in headlights.
  295. >"Oh my gosh, I'm so sorry Spike!"
  296. >Starlight slams the door shut and hurriedly shuffles down the hallway.
  297. >You can hardly stifle your laughter.
  298. >Once you're further down the hall you can't hold it in any more.
  299.
  300.
  301. >You are Starlight Glimmer.
  302. >And you've had an interesting day.
  303. >This poor filly appears out of nowhere, lost and alone.
  304. >You did your best to comfort her.
  305. >Thank Celestia you finally made it to the kitchen.
  306. >You thought poor Anon was going to die of starvation.
  307. >She had grimaced at the though of eating a daffodil sandwich and hayfries, but had begrudgingly done so.
  308. >What filly doesn't love that?
  309. >She said she had wanted to be alone afterwards.
  310. >You had wanted to talk to her more, but you weren't going to force the issue.
  311. >Thankfully Spike had met you in the kitchen and led you to the room where she was sleeping.
  312. >You really need to figure out the castle layout.
  313. >Its kind of embarrassing being lost in your own home.
  314. >You were back in the reading lounge, muzzle deep into your book.
  315. >You hadn't been able to put it down for days.
  316. >At least only for important matters or essentials.
  317. >Like Anon.
  318. >You really did feel bad for her.
  319. >As you're starting to get to the juicy parts of the story, you're interrupted by somepony entering the room.
  320. >Of course its Twilight.
  321. >And she looks a bit disheveled.
  322. >You didn't think it would take this long for her to check the reports.
  323. "Gosh Twilight, you look beat."
  324. >"Yea..."
  325. "Did you find anything about Anon?"
  326. >She sighs before continuing.
  327. >"There's nothing."
  328. "Nothing? surely somepony is missing her."
  329. >"I've checked every single missing pony listing in the greater Equestrian region. There are no missing pony files that match her description."
  330. >Twilight makes her way to the opposite couch and unceremoniously takes a seat.
  331. >"I also checked every census record for every filly between the ages of 5 and 12."
  332. >That explains what took her so long.
  333. "And nothing?"
  334. >"Yes."
  335. >Another defeated sigh escapes her lips
  336. >"As far as anypony is concerned, she never existed."
  337.
  338.
  339. "Do you think she's..."
  340. >You hesitate.
  341. >"Feral?"
  342. >You weren't going to say it.
  343. >"No, I don't think so. It would explain a lot, but she's very well spoken for a filly her age. It doesn't add up."
  344. >You had noticed as well.
  345. >She was at the very least vocally articulate for her age.
  346. >But you don't know how old she is exactly.
  347. >"I suspect she has suffered some sort of mental trauma. It would explain a lot of her... behaviours."
  348. >You can't completely disagree.
  349. >But she seems mentally sound for the most part.
  350. >It's really strange, but you can't quite put your hoof on it.
  351. "I... I don't think thats true. Something really weird is going on."
  352. >"And I intend to get to the bottom of it, one way or another."
  353. >You're not sure if you should share your theory.
  354. >You decide to anyway.
  355. "What if what she said is true? That she's actually in a body that's not her own?"
  356. >"Very unlikely. The only thing in Equestria I could guess that has that sort of ability is Discord."
  357. "Perhaps he is involved?"
  358. >"Not if he doesn't want to become a lawn decoration."
  359. >She pauses in thought.
  360. >"Plus, I've never seen him outright put somepony into a completely new body. He usually resorts to illusion."
  361. >She's right.
  362. >Guess that theory is bunk.
  363. >Twilight yawns.
  364. >"As much as I want to stay up all night looking for answers, I really should get some sleep. You should too."
  365. >You look out the window and see the sun has long since retreaded behind the horizon.
  366. >You didn't realize just how late it was.
  367. "Yea, you're right. I'll see you tomorrow, Twilight."
  368. >You both share a courtsy before heading to your respective rooms.
  369. >As you're preparing for bed you can't get the situation out of your mind.
  370. >It dances in your thoughts as you lay in bed.
  371. >But finally, sleep comes.
  372.
  373. >Anonymous.
  374. >Thats you.
  375. >But you aren't really you anymore.
  376. >You're in alien body
  377. >You lost track of time since you've been sitting up here.
  378. >You've been watching the world play out through the window.
  379. >You saw ponies going about their day.
  380. >Interacting with one another.
  381. >Smiling.
  382. >Hugging.
  383. >You saw a few of them with wings flying around.
  384. >Honestly that didn't surprise you.
  385. >You watched the sun as it sank below the horizon, and the moon rose to take its place in the night sky.
  386. >The streets emptied, and the town became a sea of lanterns, sending its glow in retaliation to the stars above.
  387. >But no matter how hard the town tried, it could not overpower the burning light of the stars that gently illuminated the night.
  388. >It was serine; beautiful.
  389. >A small smile spreads across your lips.
  390. >You could have never seen a night sky like this at home.
  391. >Home.
  392. >Part of you used to hate it, but now you miss it more than ever.
  393. >Life wasn't always perfect.
  394. >But it was yours.
  395. >And now its gone.
  396.
  397. >And now you're a miniature talking horse.
  398. >And your mind is still playing tricks with you.
  399. >What drove you to become a teary mess and take such comfort from another?
  400. >Its completely unlike you.
  401. >You take reprise from your stargazing to look down below.
  402. >Its quite a ways up, at least several dozen feet.
  403. >A fall could be deadly.
  404. >Could you actually go through with it?
  405. >You could just jump.
  406. >End it all.
  407. >You wouldn't have to deal with this horse bullshit.
  408. >Maybe youd wake up in heaven.
  409. >Or Hell.
  410. >Either way, If you woke up as your normal self it would be an improvement.
  411. >Your hooves fumble with the window latch.
  412. >You clumsily manage to open the window.
  413. >The cool night breeze wafts the curtains, clearing your way to the ground below.
  414. >You step in into the window sill and hold on to the side.
  415. >Your forehooves are on the edge.
  416. >Just one jump.
  417. >Thats all it takes.
  418. >Gravity will do the work.
  419. >You lift one hoof in anticipation.
  420.
  421. >No one would miss you.
  422. >Especially that Purple bitch.
  423. >Wait.
  424. >What about Starlight?
  425. >She was actually kind of chill.
  426. >She probably would miss you.
  427. >Or at the very least be distraught to find you in a bloody mess on the ground.
  428. >What the fuck are you doing?
  429. >You push your self back from the window into the safety of the room and shut the window.
  430. >You're shivering
  431. >You can hardly believe you were about to go through with that
  432. >Sure, this situation is crap
  433. >But death?
  434. >A permanent solution to a temporary problem
  435. >This is it
  436. >The shit thats going on with your mind
  437. >It happened on the couch with Starlight, and it happened just now
  438. >It's like you're briefly becoming someone else
  439. >You dejectedly make your way to the bed and lie down.
  440. >You don't know how long you lie there, but it was a very long time
  441. >Sleep eventually takes you.
  442.
  443. >"Alright miss, can you tell me how old you are?"
  444. "27."
  445. >"Ah, a jokester. Care to give me your actual age?"
  446. "What's my age again?"
  447. >"I'm asking you!"
  448. "But I already told you."
  449. >"You look a little young to be 27, young lady."
  450. >God damnit, every time they call you a female it grinds your gears
  451. >But its technically true now
  452. "What can I say? I've been stunted."
  453. >Twilight is shaking her head
  454. >The Doctor is becoming frustrated
  455. >Twilight and Starlight insisted, rather commanded, you come to the doctor for a checkup
  456. >The only reason you agreed was due to boredom.
  457. >And you get to try fucking with other ponies
  458. >not that you're any good at it
  459. >You literally just tell them the truth
  460. >Oh yea, you realized they aren't horses, but ponies
  461. >Except the doctor, his name is actually Doctor Horse
  462. >"You know what? I'll just leave it blank for now. After the physical we'll be able to approximate you age anyway."
  463. >Damn
  464. >You win this time, doctor
  465. >He hands you a cup
  466. >You know what this is for
  467. >"For starters, we'll need a urine sample."
  468. "Yea, I know what this is for. The question is how am i supposed to get it in this cup?"
  469. >Doctor looks a mix between confused and embarassed
  470. >"You just go... and make sure to catch some in the cup"
  471. "Well, its hard to aim without my dic-"
  472. >Twilight's magic grabs your ear and yanks it
  473. "OW!"
  474. >"Just go and take the sample, Anon!"
  475. >God damn cunt
  476. "Fine, I'm going! Nobody watch!"
  477. >Doctor and Twilight reply in unison.
  478. >"Nopony!"
  479.
  480. >You are Twilight Sparkle, Princess of Friendship
  481. >And today your patience is facing the ultimate test
  482. >Why cant Anon just behave?
  483. >Or even just answer a question truthfully?
  484. >Does she not realize that you're trying to help her?
  485. >You have a mind to get a paddle
  486. >It took what felt like forever, but Doctor Horse was finally able to finish the physical
  487. >You had sent Anon to the play room while the Doctor prepared the results
  488. >After some time, the Doctor asks you to come back into his office
  489. >"Princess..."
  490. >He trails off
  491. "Yes? Whats the matter?"
  492. >"I... I've never seen anything like this."
  493. >He motions towards some reports and printouts on his desk
  494. >"Overall, she is a perfectly healthy little filly."
  495. >He takes a deep breath before continuing
  496. >"But, this is extremely unusual. Anon is exhibiting signs of late puberty, but based on her overall development, she can't be older than 7. Also, the rate at which it is manifesting is at least four times normal."
  497. >Wow
  498. >Ok, that is pretty unusual.
  499. >But then, everything about Anon is unusual
  500. >Add that to the list of strange things about Anon
  501. >"A filly entering puberty at this age is absolutely unprecedented. I would appreciate if you would bring her in at least weekly for checkups. I'm concerned about what this might mean for her overall psyche and health."
  502. "I can do that, Doctor."
  503. >He nods
  504. >"Good. Also make sure to keep a close eye on her. She may have wild and unpredictable mood swings which could lead to extremely irrational behavior and decisions."
  505. "Yea, I've already noticed that."
  506. >"I mean, other that that, she's healthy as an ox! As long as we handle this particular issue, then I don't suspect there to be any long term complications."
  507. "Thank you, Doctor."
  508.
  509. >"Also, I would like to submit this case to the Medical Institution of Canterlot. Anon could very well be part of science that helps improves the lives of ponykind. I'll need your permission, of course."
  510. "It shouldn't be a problem."
  511. >Doctor beams
  512. >"I'm glad you value science as much as I do, even if we're in different fields."
  513. "Science is science, after all."
  514. >"Yes, of course."
  515. >After you collect your copies of the paperwork, you bid farewell to Doctor and head back to the play room to pick up Anon.
  516. >You have a sinking feeling in your guy
  517. >She's probably up to some kind of mischief.
  518.
  519. >You are Anonymous
  520. >Emperor Anonymous, first of his name
  521. >Ruler of all the lands before you
  522. >From the north side of the play room to the south
  523. >From the east to the west
  524. >Every inch of this land lies in your domain
  525. >And every pony within is your subject
  526. >All of them have submitted to your awesome power and will.
  527. >You've set a particular group to work building your throne out of play blocks
  528. >The second group is working with the prentend grocery store, rationing out plastic food as needed
  529. >The last ones are building the wall to keep the riff raff out
  530. >You're making the empire great again
  531. >You've assigned certain fillies and colts to be guards, arming them with foam spears and having them patrol your lands
  532. >All to ensure peace and prosperity within the empire
  533. >You nod in approval as you watch the enslaved ponies construct your grand throne.
  534. >One of the colts comes up to your side
  535. >"Hey Anon? Maybe its somepony elses turn to play emperor?"
  536. >Oh hell no
  537. "Sorry, Kid. Thats not how it works."
  538. >"What do you mean Anon? We're supposed to take turns!"'
  539. >He pouts
  540. "Emperors don't take turns. Their rule ends when they die."
  541. >"B-but thats not fair!"
  542. "Who said anything about fair, faggot?"
  543. >Before you can let him reply, you notice that your slaves have finished building the throne
  544. >You begin your ascent to the top, but are stopped by tugging on your flank
  545. >Its this stupid complaining faggot
  546. >"Anon! It's not fair! I'm going to tell my Mom!"
  547. "Fuck your mom, and fuck you."
  548. >All the little ponies within range of the confrontation gasp
  549. >You jab at his chest as you speak
  550. "If you want my throne, you must challenge me to a duel to the death!"
  551. >Your bold statements elicit another gasp from the onlookers
  552. >Your would-be challenger is dazed
  553. "Well? Are you going to challenge me?"
  554.
  555. >Your furious and emboldened stance weakens his resolve.
  556. >"We're not supposed to fight! It's against the rules!"
  557. "I make the rules. I am the Emperor. Get fucked, nerd."
  558. >You're preparing to clobber this snot-nosed punk in his face, but he backs off long before you have the chance to.
  559. >Holding back tears, he makes his way to join the rest of your subjects
  560. "GG NO RE."
  561. >You garner no reply
  562. "Anyone else want to challenge my rule?"
  563. >again, no reply
  564. "That's what I thought."
  565. >You triumphantly ascend the steps to your new throne, and place yourself cerimoniously into the seat.
  566. >This shit is really uncomfortable, but you've got to play along.
  567. "Now! All bow before me and praise your Emperor! Long live Emperor Anonymous!"
  568. >The colts and fillies follow your command
  569. >"Long live Emperor Anonymous!"
  570. "Blessed be his rule!"
  571. >"Blessed be his rule!"
  572. >You're about to give them their next line, but abort
  573. >Purple horse is standing in the doorway, staring daggers into your soul.
  574. >You've got to act fast
  575. "Beware! The She-Devil invades our great empire! Arm yourselves and man the parapets!"
  576. >Twilight is not amused
  577. >The fillies and colts look in her direction
  578. >"Oh wow! It's Princess Twilight!"
  579. >"No way, really?"
  580. >"Yea!"
  581. >Your loyal subjects have suddenly become not so loyal
  582. "No! Disloyal curs! Attack!"
  583. >The commands fall on deaf ears as the ponies begin hoarding Twilight
  584. >She turns her attention to them and greets them with a welcoming smile
  585. >"Hello my little ponies, I'm here to take Anonymous home."
  586. >"Can you stay an play with us for a while princess?"
  587. >"I'm sorry. I really need to get Anon home. Maybe next time."
  588. >"Aawww..."
  589. >Twilight picks you up with her magic
  590. "Gah! Unhand me, vile beast!"
  591. >"Anon, Stop."
  592. "Nooo!!"
  593. >Twilight hastily carries you out of the room
  594. >Your Empire is lost
  595. >You shout to the room before Twilight carries you away
  596. "Avenge Me!"
  597.
  598. >You're back at the castle now
  599. >Twilight and Starlight are off talking about something
  600. >Probably about your hospital visit, since they're both going through the papers
  601. >Seems pretty serious
  602. >You wonder whats up with it
  603. >Since they're occupied, you've found yourself bored wandering through the castle
  604. >Learning the layout
  605. >Being horse still sucks, but you may as well make the best of it
  606. >Theres no garuntee you'll be one forever
  607. >If you could go from man to pony, surely theres a way to go from pony to man
  608. >Thats part of what keeps you going
  609. >That, and the shenanigans
  610. >Twilight gave you a lecture on being kind to other ponies on the way home
  611. >Guess she saw the part where you gave a verbal smackdown to that brat
  612. >You didn't really listen
  613. >You pass by a room that catches your attention
  614. >You quickly backtrack to get another look
  615. >Its a room full of vases
  616. >Fuck you really want to smash them
  617. >You decide against it and continue your journy
  618. >You turn the corner and bump into someone
  619. >Falling flat on your ass is painful
  620. "AH!"
  621. >"Oh, sorry Anon, didn't see you there."
  622. >Its Spike
  623. "Gah, its fine... I guess."
  624. >"So... whats up?"
  625. "Being bored."
  626. >"Oh."
  627. >Queue awkward silence
  628. >"Well, see ya around, I guess."
  629. "Ditto."
  630.
  631. >You watch Spike walk off when a moderately evil idea surfaces in your thoughts
  632. >You're going to spy on Spike
  633. >Do you have anything better to do?
  634. >No? Don't complain!
  635. >We evil today
  636. >You creep slowly behind him, careful not to clop your hooves on the hard floor
  637. >Sticking to the walls and shadows, you follow him through the castle
  638. >He turns to look behind, and you quickly dash behind a curtain
  639. >"Huh, hearing things."
  640. >Whew, that was a close one.
  641. >You continue tailing him when you feel its safe to do so
  642. >He's heading for the front door
  643. >Where is he going?
  644. >Once he's outside, you make your way to the door to follow
  645. >Wait, didn't Twilight say something about not leaving the castle?
  646. >Eh, fuck it
  647. >You struggle to reach the door handle, but barely make it
  648. >You wait a few seconds before pushing the door open to the outside
  649.
  650. >The warm summer atmosphere greets you as you leave the castle
  651. >Spike is making his way down the path to the town
  652. >You follow in persuit
  653. >Its much easier to tail him in the town then the castle halls
  654. >More places to hide, plus with other ponies around you blend in easier
  655. >A few ponies said hi but you ignored them
  656. >Spike finally makes it to his destination, and enters
  657. >A vibrant and colorful building, It almost looks like carousel
  658. >As you approach, you see a sign above the door that reads "Carousel Boutique"
  659. >Ha, clever
  660. >You're just tall enough on your hind legs that you can peer into one of the windows
  661. >You see spike
  662. >He's talking to a white unicorn
  663. >She looks like a bitch
  664. >Probably not as much of a bitch as Twilight though
  665. >They're talking, but you cant make out what they're saying
  666. >They move out of your sight
  667. >You think about going inside but you don't want to blow your cover
  668. >You're about to leave the window when they come back into view
  669. >Spike is following the marshmallow pony carrying several bundles of fabric
  670. >And that look in his eyes
  671. >Ha!
  672. >No way!
  673. >Spike is totally orbiting this one
  674. >He's definitely got the hots for her
  675. >More sinister ideas enter your mind as you leave the window and make your way to the door
  676.
  677. >A telltale jingling announces your presence as you push open the door to the boutique
  678. >A feminine voice eminates from the next room
  679. >"Coming!"
  680. >This place is interesting
  681. >Mannequins surround the room dressed in what must be considered fashionable apparel
  682. >Several vanity stations line the far wall
  683. >decorative curtains and mirrors hang from the walls
  684. >The white unicorn emerges from a doorway
  685. >"Welcome to Carousel Boutique! where every garment is chic, unique and magnifique."
  686. >Ha, she's kinda cute actually
  687. >You guess Spike could have chosen a worse crush
  688. >"You're here all by yourself, darling?"
  689. >you nod
  690. >"Well, was there something in particular you were looking for?"
  691. >Speaking of crushing, its time to crush
  692. "I was wondering what Spike's girlfriend looks like. You're very pretty."
  693. >Her marshmellow face turns crimson
  694. >"I-I, what?"
  695. >You're holding back laughter
  696. >"Hey Rarity? Where should I set these bolts down at? They're kind of heavy."
  697. >Rarity turns to the doorway
  698. >"Just put them anywhere, spikey."
  699. >Oh man, she's even got a nickname for him
  700. >This is just too rich
  701. "Oh my gosh! Its so cute!"
  702. >You start walking slow circles around the flustered mare
  703. "He's always talking about how great you are. How you're the most beautiful mare there ever was."
  704. >You lose your composure for a second, but thankfully it fits into the act
  705. "He was right."
  706. >"W-we haven't met before, darling. What's your name?"
  707. >of course she's trying to deflect
  708. >you'll just let it bounce back with full force
  709.
  710. "Oh! My name's Anon!"
  711. >You bounce around
  712. "And you're Rarity! what a pretty name. It suits you."
  713. >"So darling, what are you doing here?"
  714. >Spike walks into the room
  715. >"Hey Rarity, wha- oh. What are you doing here Anon?"
  716. >You beam
  717. "I just wanted to meet your girlfriend."
  718. >"M-my, girlfriend?"
  719. >he's sweating
  720. >you've got the brand right under his scaly bottom
  721. >"Spike, why would you tell her that I'm your girlfriend?"
  722. >Rarity gives him a stern look
  723. >"I didn't! I swear!"
  724. >He puts his arms up defensively
  725. >You cant take it anymore
  726. >You burst into a fit of rapturous laughter and roll on the floor
  727. "AHAHAHA! Oh my god, the looks on your faces!"
  728. >You're running out of breath
  729. >Rarity turns her stern look to you
  730. >"Darling, you shouldn't joke about personal matters like that."
  731. >like you give a fuck
  732. >"Spike is not my 'boyfriend.'"
  733. >Spike bows his head dejectedly
  734. >tears of amusement roll across your cheeks
  735. >Spike speaks up
  736. >"Didn't Twilight say you were supposed to stay at the castle?"
  737. "I think so, wasn't really listening."
  738. >Rarity chimes in
  739. >"What is going on, Spike?"
  740. >"Its kind of a long story. I know Twilight was planning on talking to everypony."
  741. >The boutique bell rings again
  742. >and speak of the devil
  743. >There she is
  744.
  745. >Twilight looks furious
  746. >probably mad about you leaving the castle
  747. >dumb bitch
  748. >She must think that you want to burn the whole town down
  749. >Though now that you think of it, that might be fun
  750. >"Well, its convenient that I find you here, Anon."
  751. >you shrug
  752. >"I was going to ask Spike to help me find you."
  753. "Cool story"
  754. >Rarity chimes in
  755. >"Twilight dear, what is going on?"
  756. >"I'll explain it later, Rarity. I need to meet with the girls as soon as possible. If you would go get Applejack and Fluttershy, I'll find Rainbow Dash and Pinkie Pie. Meet us at the castle as soon as possible."
  757. >"Of course."
  758. >Rarity flips the open sign to closed, and leaves the boutique
  759. >Twilight turns to follow her, and grabs you by the ear with her magic
  760. "Ow! That hurts!"
  761. >"If you would just behave, I wouldn't have to do this!"
  762. "Or you could, you know, just not do it."
  763.
  764. >Oh joy, more boring stuff!
  765. >Twilight had all her friends came over for a "super important" meeting
  766. >They're all around that map table that hangs under the tree ornament
  767. >What are they talking about?
  768. >Its probably about you given how you appeared out of the blue and like to piss off Twilight
  769. >You're sitting in the reading lounge with Spike standing by the door
  770. "Cmon, Spike. Just let me out."
  771. >"No can do, Anon. Twilight told me not to let you leave."
  772. >Fucking purple horse
  773. >How are you gonna do fun shit with Spike blocking you?
  774. "I wont leave the castle this time, I promise."
  775. >If you still had fingers you'd cross them behind your back
  776. >Spike shakes his head
  777. >"Nope."
  778. "Well shit, you're no fun."
  779. >"And you're not supposed to swear either."
  780. "Dude, do I look like I give a shit?"
  781. >"Twilight does."
  782. "Well fuck Purple Horse."
  783. >Spike rubs his temples
  784. >"Why are you like this Anon? Why are you so mean? What did we do to you?"
  785. "Being an asshole is how I cope."
  786. >"You know, Anon, I'm not sure what to make of you."
  787. >"You're so bizarre, Everypony thinks you're just acting out for attention or something."
  788. >You take a deep breath and hang your head
  789. "Whatever."
  790. >You lie down on the couch
  791. "I'm just going to sleep now, you've got me all depressed and shit."
  792. "Not like I have anything else worth doing."
  793.
  794. >You don't sleep
  795. >You just brood in thought
  796. >Is there some way you can actually convince them you aren't a child?
  797. >At least mentally
  798. >They must at least recognize that you aren't dumb
  799. >Do they think you're just some outlier child?
  800. >Any time you try to talk to them about being out of body, they just dismiss you
  801. >Like what you think doesn't matter
  802. >Its irrelevant
  803. >You're just a kid now
  804. >You're too stupid to understand the intricacies of adulthood
  805. >But thats not true
  806. >The contents of the book are much more aged then the cover
  807. >You start thinking back to all the stupid crazy shit you've done
  808. >The dumb things
  809. >Your first kiss
  810. >Your last day in school
  811. >Your first job
  812. >Its starting to all seem so distant now
  813. >The life you've lived is starting to become the fantasy, and this magical technicolor cartoon horse land is becoming the real one
  814. >You want to run away
  815. >Just run and never stop, never look back
  816. >Your sadness starts to envelop you
  817. >You bury your head into the cushions
  818. >You want to scream at the top of your lungs
  819. >You want to break the couch into a million pieces
  820. >Tear every page out of every book in this stupid room
  821. >The door opening pulls you from these thoughts
  822. >You pretend to stay asleep
  823. >"Hey Spike, thanks for watching over her. You can go now."
  824. >Its Starlight
  825. >"Whew, thanks! I was getting a bit tired."
  826. >"I really appreciate it. Tell you what, I've got an emerald with your name on it for being such a trooper."
  827. >"Really? Wow! Thanks, Starlight!"
  828. >"Mmmhmm!"
  829.
  830. >You listen to Spike leave the room
  831. >The clopping of hooves in your direction is unmistakable
  832. >You don't want to talk right now
  833. >She sits on the couch next to you
  834. >"Aww.. she's so cute when she's sleeping."
  835. >You're not cute
  836. "I'm not cute"
  837. >This startles the pony, leaving her a shade of slight crimson
  838. >"Oh, I didn't know you were awake!"
  839. "Meh"
  840. >You roll back over and pretend like you're asleep again
  841. >"Oh come on, Why are you such a downer?"
  842. "Well shit, I don't know. One day I wake up in a body that isn't my own in a fantasy world of talking horses."
  843. "I used to be a man, you know. Now I'm a tiny female horse."
  844. >Starlight gives you a raised eyebrow
  845. "Do you know what thats like? No, you don't. It's fucking depressing. It's frustrating, and it's humiliating."
  846. "Having the knowledge, experience, and wisdom of a mature mind but being treated like an insignificant child is probably the most horrifically diminishing experience I could ever think of."
  847. "I mean hell, my life wasn't perfect before, but god damnit it was mine."
  848. >Starlight replies with a quizzical expression
  849. >"Is that really true? Were you not always a pony?"
  850. "Yes. I was six feet stall and strikingly handsome with a beard to my belt."
  851. >It's a slightly embellished description of yourself, but you gotta roll with it now
  852. "Also, I had a dick and balls."
  853. >She chokes on a breath
  854. >"I'm not sure I can believe all of that."
  855. "Whatever. Didn't expect you to believe it anyway. Nobody does."
  856. >"Nopony."
  857. "Nopony, nobody, no fucking difference."
  858. >She puts a hoof on your shoulder
  859. >"Anon, please."
  860. "Leave me alone."
  861. >"Anon."
  862. "LEAVE ME ALONE!"
  863. >She retracts her hoof
  864. >"ok."
  865. >You bury your head back into the pillows
  866. >You feel her leave the couch
  867. >Fuck, why did you just pour your heart out like that?
  868. >And why are you so emotional?
  869.
  870. >Silence hangs over the room
  871. >You prefer it
  872. >Starlight breaks it to your chagrin
  873. >"Anon. I'm sorry."
  874. >What?
  875. >What is she sorry for
  876. >"I'm sorry. I should be a better friend."
  877. >This has your attention
  878. >You lift your head from the pillows and look at her
  879. >She's seated on the opposite couch
  880. "What do you mean?"
  881. >"You have something that is obviously troubling you, and I just dismiss it like it doesn't matter."
  882. >Her eyes are becoming watery
  883. >"Thats not what friends should do. Friends should help each other solve their problems."
  884. >Can you really say that you are friends?
  885. >You haven't been here long
  886. >But then, she's been the only one thats actually been real to you
  887. >Everyone else is pretty meh
  888. >But still, friends?
  889. >might be a stretch
  890. "Are we actually friends?"
  891. >"I..."
  892. >she chokes
  893. "I mean, I feel like a fucking prisoner to be brutally honest."
  894. >fuck
  895. >Now she's sobbing
  896. >Tears fall from her face and splash onto the cushion.
  897. >god damn it
  898. >You didn't want to make her cry
  899. >Sure, you're an ass
  900. >Just not that much of an ass
  901.
  902. >You get up from your couch and make your way to Starlight
  903. >You hop up next to her and try you best to wrap your arms around her in a hug
  904. "Hey, its ok. You didn't do anything wrong."
  905. >She tries to speak between sobs
  906. >"y-yes, I did. I shou-ld listen t-to you."
  907. >That would be nice
  908. >Too bad she's the only one that thinks so
  909. >You nuzzle her foreleg with your face
  910. "Hey, my story is pretty crazy, right? It must be pretty hard to believe."
  911. >She looks at you with teary and bloodshot eyes, and nods
  912. "Hell, I hardly believe it myself, but here I am."
  913. >You continue your efforts to comfort her
  914. >She puts a hoof around you
  915. >"I just wish you thought of me as a friend."
  916. >You know what?
  917. >Fuck it
  918. >You don't even have to think about the words
  919. >They come naturally
  920. "You are my friend."
  921. >You give her a boop on the nose
  922. >She smiles
  923. >Your heart melts just a little
  924. >she boops you back
  925. >whoa, what the fuck
  926. >that feels amazing!
  927. >you both start giggling
  928. >"I'm glad, but can you promise me something Anon?"
  929. "Sure"
  930. >"Can you tone down the language?"
  931. "But! It's a defining characteristic of my wonderful personality!"
  932. >"Ponies are less likely to take you seriously when you do."
  933. >Your face scrunches
  934. >"You are a cute little filly, you know."
  935. "No I'm not!"
  936. >"Yes you are!"
  937. "No!"
  938. >"Yes!"
  939.
  940. >You give up arguing it for now
  941. >"Tell you what Anon, If you stop swearing I'll make you a deal."
  942. >This could be interesting
  943. >"If you stop swearing, then I promise to give you cuddles."
  944. >what?
  945. >cuddles?
  946. >why would you want cuddles?
  947. >Starlight moves you closer into her embrace
  948. >You find your face buried in her chest fluff
  949. >oh
  950. >oh no
  951. >This is amazing
  952. >Why do you love this
  953. >Before you can enjoy the moment any longer, it is abruptly cut short as Starlight pushes you away
  954. >This is so unfair
  955. "N-no! It's not fair! This is cheating!"
  956. >"No, its simply business."
  957. >She gives you that warm smile again
  958. >God damnit
  959. >She's really got you by the balls right now
  960. >You really want those fucking cuddles
  961. >You would do just about anything for them
  962. >they're so heavenly
  963. "AAHHHH!!"
  964. >"So, is it a deal?"
  965. >Fuck it
  966. >You have nothing
  967. >Its all over
  968. "Fine. Its a deal."
  969. >She pulls you back into her embrace
  970. >You immediately savor the feeling
  971. >You could get used to this.
  972.
  973. >She really was cute
  974. >Especially when she was sleeping
  975. >Or anytime really
  976. >Sure, she might be a bit abrasive and have some deep seeded mental and emotional issues
  977. >Not to mention the physical ones
  978. >But at heart she was a sweet and innocent little filly
  979. >She just needed the right guidance and care
  980. >A mother
  981. >What happened to her parents?
  982. >And how did she end up here in the castle all alone?
  983. >With a craftsman's care, you gently pull the covers back from the bed
  984. >You lower the snoring figure into the sheets and tuck her in
  985. "Pleasant dreams, my angel."
  986. >You plant a loving kiss on her forehead
  987. >She weakly smiles and mutters something under her breath
  988. >You nuzzle her before silenty making your way out of the room
  989. >The realization hits you
  990. >Why are you acting so maternal?
  991. >You shouldn't be doing this
  992. >Surely she still has her parents
  993. >And they still love her
  994. >You shouldn't get too attached to her
  995. >She probably wont be staying much longer
  996. >You've never stopped to settle down and have a foal of your own
  997. >Never met the right stallion
  998. >The whole going evil, removing everyone's cutie marks and creating a utopian society fiasco got in the way of that
  999. >It wasn't even on your to do list at the time
1000. >But now, the thought of it warms your heart
1001. >A content smile spreads across your lips
  1002.
1003. >You love the way the late sunset reflects off the gems of the chandelier
1004. >How the miriad of colors coalece and give off a fantastic aura
1005. >A visual euphoria of the magic of friendship
1006. >"Twilight, I think you're just making a big deal out of nothing."
1007. >"Ah gotta agree with Dash on this one."
1008. >It looks like they're still at it
1009. >You figured they would have been done talking about it by now
  1010. >Leave it to Twilight
1011. >"You can't deny how strange it is. She literally just appeared out of thin air."
1012. >"Ahm sure she's from somewhere, Twi. We just gotta figure out where 'somewhere' is."
1013. >You pull up a chair from nearby and sit at the table with the rest of the girls
  1014. >Twilight turns to you
1015. >"Where's Anon? I was hoping to introduce her to the girls."
  1016. "She fell asleep."
1017. >This elicits 'dawws' from the girls
1018. >You look around at everypony
1019. "I mean, is Anon really that big of a deal?"
1020. >Rainbow Dash nods her head in agreement
1021. >"Yea! I thought there was a monster on the loose or something! Not some boring slice of life stuff."
1022. >"Ohh Ohh! I still need to put together an 'Its a day late but welcome to Ponyville!" party!'"
1023. >Pinkie is practically bouncing in her seat
1024. >"Well, after what she did at the boutique earlier I'm not sure she deserves one! It was rather uncouth."
1025. >"Oh come on, Rarity! It was just a prank! Plus, everypony deserves a party, especially welcome ones!"
1026. >Fluttershy mumbles something but you can't hear her
  1027. >You usually never do
1028. >Twilight takes control of the conversation
1029. >"Ok girls, the reason you're here is because I want your advice and input about what I should do with Anon."
  1030. >This gets your attention
1031. >"The nearest childrens home is in Canterlot, and I think it will be a great place for her to be."
  1032. >Oh no
  1033. >Please no Twilight
1034. >"Some medical professionals are already taking an interest in her condition, so I have full confidence she will be well cared for."
  1035. >You cant believe this
1036. >You feel a lump in your throat
1037. >The other ponies all express their agreement
  1038.
1039. >"In that case I'll prepare for her to depart tomorrow morning."
  1040. >She stops herself for a moment
  1041. >"What about you, Starlight?"
  1042. "Huh?"
  1043. >"What do you think?"
  1044. >What do you think?
  1045. >You don't want Anon to go
  1046. "I... I don't think its a good idea."
  1047. >"Huh? why not?"
  1048. >Twilight's expression is perplexed
1049. "Well... her and I are getting along well. She seems much more calm and normal with me. I think I'm a source of comfort for her, and I don't want her to lose that."
1050. >Everypony looks to eachother for rebuttals
  1051. >Applejack speaks up
1052. >"Are ya sure you can handle her? She sure sounds like a hoof-full."
  1053. "I think so."
1054. >"I have noticed how well you two are together, but wont this cut into your friendship studies?"
1055. >You turn back to Twilight
1056. "No, It wont. I'll just have to work harder."
1057. >You'll do it for Anon
  1058. >She deserves as much
1059. >"Are you saying you're willing to... adopt?"
1060. >You can read the genuine concern in her eyes
1061. >you try your hardest to muster the courage to say it
  1062. "Yes."
  1063.
1064. >You decided to wait in the room for her to finish her shower
1065. >You're surprised she is up this early
1066. >but then she did fall asleep early
1067. >You sit on the bed and hum a tune
1068. >It is rather nifty that all the rooms have their own private bathroom
  1069. >You've got a surprise for her
1070. >She's definitely not going to like it
1071. >You're drawn from your thoughts by a banging noise coming from the bathroom
1072. >Did she slip and fall?
1073. >You rush over to the bathroom door as fast as you can
  1074. >Its locked
  1075. "Anon! Are you ok?"
1076. >You hear some more shuffling and banging
  1077. >"Y-yea! everyt-things f-fine-ah!"
  1078. "Are you sure?"
  1079. >"Yes!"
1080. >You can't shake the feeling that she is irreversibly maimed
1081. >You mosey back to the bed and wait for her to finish
1082. >After some time, she comes out of the bathroom with a towel draped over her torso, and another over her head
1083. >Why is her face so flush?
  1084. >And she's walking a little strange
1085. "Are you sure you're ok?"
  1086. >"Yea... just a... really hot shower."
  1087. >you give her a tough look
1088. "You should be careful, you could burn yourself."
1089. >"I know how to work the temperature, Glim Glam."
  1090. >She gave you a nickname!
  1091. >How cute
  1092. >You whinny
1093. >"So... why are you in my room? Isn't this an invasion of privacy or something?"
  1094. >Probably
  1095. >Oh well, too late.
  1096. "I have a surprise for you!"
1097. >You magic the box from behind you and levitate it to Anon.
1098. >She looks at you with a raised eyebrow before fumbling the box open.
1099. >Gingerly, she removes the white blouse and plaid skirt
1100. >"Sorry, Catholic school girl isn't my fetish."
  1101.
  1102. >What?
1103. >Why would she think that?
  1104. >Let alone say it?
1105. "N-no, its not for that!"
1106. >you feel your face flush red
  1107. >She gives you a dry look
1108. "I thought you would want something nice to wear for your first day of school."
1109. >The dry look transforms to one of dread
1110. >"Oh no. Thats not going to happen Glim."
  1111. >She doesn't have a choice in the matter
  1112. "Yes it is."
  1113. >She shakes her head
1114. >"Nope. Nope. No. Nope. No way. Not happening."
1115. "I'll drag you there myself if I have to. You can even pass on wearing the dress if you'd like, but I think it would make you look even more cute than usual."
  1116. >"I'm not cute!"
  1117. "Yes you are!"
  1118. >"No!"
1119. "Yes, and you're going to school. End of discussion."
  1120. >"You cant make me."
  1121. >Challenge accepted
1122. "I'll brush your mane every day if you go to school."
1123. >"What? thats dumb. Why would I agree to that? Plus, I don't want it brushed anyway."
  1124. >It really needs it
1125. >Even under that towel you can tell its a mangled mess
1126. >You magic a brush from the vanity
1127. >You simultaneously remove the towel and move the brush through her mane
1128. >"Stop! No! This is child abuse! I'll..."
1129. >She stops mid sentence and leans a bit into the brush
  1130. >"Mmm... GAH! No!"
  1131. >She takes a defensive stance
  1132. >"Not again!"
  1133. >You giggle
1134. "Oh come on, you know you like it. Come sit with me and we'll brush your mane."
1135. >She grumbles and makes her way over to the bed, and hops up with you
  1136. >"You drive a hard bargain."
1137. >You smile and resume brushing
1138. >"Be wise. You'll soon run out of ammunition to use on me. Then I'll be a hellion for sure."
1139. >You roll your eyes, and quickly nuzzle her before going back to brushing.
  1140.
  1141. >You are Anon
1142. >The walk to school was largely uneventful
1143. >Ponies offered greetings along the walk, and Starlight retured them
  1144. >But you ignored them
1145. >You weren't exactly in the best mood
1146. >You're in a frilly dress and you're being led to school
1147. >It's hard to determine which is worse
1148. >The schoolhouse comes into view
1149. >It looks like it is strait off a box tops for education
1150. >You'd figured it would be larger, considering the size of the town
1151. >Maybe an actual school building with multiple classrooms and such
1152. >Upon entering, you see that there is only one classroom and a restroom
1153. >You were hoping you would be able to ditch classes and hide, but that seems unlikely now
1154. >The room is adorned with various charts and diagrams
1155. >There's only one pony who you presume the teacher is here
  1156. >Looks like you're early
1157. >She's humming a tune to herself while writing something on the chalkboard
1158. >The roseate pony turns as you and Starlight enter the schoolhouse
1159. >"Oh! Good morning Starlight? What brings you here today?"
1160. >"Morning Cheerilee, I have a new student for your class." Starlight says while motioning her head toward you
  1161. >"Oh! She's a cutie!"
  1162. "I'm not cute."
1163. >Both Starlight and Cheerilee giggle
1164. >They must think its cute when you object, you should probably stop feeding the flame
  1165. >"What's your name, dear?"
  1166. "Anonymous. Anon for short."
1167. >"Well, class will be starting in about ten minutes, pick any desk you like. They're first come, first serve."
1168. >You pick a desk at random and sit in it
1169. >Starlight sets the saddle bags she was wearing next to your desk
1170. >You just notice the question mark printed on the sides
1171. >It matches the brand on your ass
1172. >"I almost forgot to give you your bags. You should have all the supplies you need as well as a lunch."
  1173. >How thoughtful
1174. >"I'll see you after school!"
  1175. "Yea, cya"
1176. >You rest your head on the desk, not paying attention to her leaving
1177. >God damn, its going to be a really boring day
  1178.
  1179. >"Good morning, everypony!"
1180. >The class responds in unison
  1181. >"Good morning, Miss Cheerilee!"
  1182. >Cheerilee beams
1183. >"Today we have a new pony joining our class. Anon?"
  1184. >Oh, thats you
  1185. >You weren't really paying attention
  1186. >"Hi!"
  1187. >"Hello!"
  1188. "Mmmm."
1189. >"Why don't you come up introduce yourself to the class?"
  1190. >Ugh
1191. >You begrudgingly leave your desk and make your way to the front of the room
1192. >Standing in front of the class, you deliver your forced introduction.
1193. "I'm Anon, and I'm a twenty seven year old man stuck in a cartoon horse body."
1194. >The small ponies give you perplexed looks before breaking out into rupturous laughter
  1195. >"ppffft!"
  1196. >"Oh wow, good one!"
  1197. >"ha ha!"
  1198. >You don't think it's funny
1199. >Being turned into a filly is serious business
1200. >"Oh, you're quite the comedian." Cheerilee smirks.
1201. >"Its too bad your cutie mark isn't in comedy." a young colt remarks
1202. >"What is her cutie mark supposed to be anyway? How lame is a question for cutie mark?"
1203. >Ok, this pink filly is definately a bitch, no question
1204. >So thats what they call these ass tattoos
  1205. >you shrug
1206. >"Diamond Tiara!" Cheerilee reprimands her
  1207. "Can I sit now?"
  1208. >"Yes, of course."
1209. >You nonchalantly return to your seat.
  1210. >Cheerilee continues
1211. >"Now then class, today we'll be learning about addition and subtraction."
  1212. >Oh man
1213. >You're sure gonna get a lot of knowledge today
  1214. >Sarcasm.png
1215. >You sigh and rest your chin on your hoof
1216. >You're not really looking at anything or particular
  1217. >Or listening
1218. >You still cant believe that Starlight's ruse worked
1219. >Brushing your mane? who would have thought
1220. >You regret making that deal now
1221. >School is still as boring as you remember
1222. >Now that you think about it, Starlight has been acting kind of weird
1223. >Like she is trying to be your mom
1224. >She's trying to be extra attentive to you
  1225. >Make sure you're ok
1226. >Hell, she even packed you a lunch
1227. >The flower sandwich is assembled with immaculate care
1228. >How should you feel about this?
  1229.
  1230. >"Anon?"
  1231. >Wha
1232. >You jerk your head up
  1233. >You've fallen asleep
1234. >"Sleeping in class is not allowed!"
1235. >You move to rest your head again
1236. "Meh, I already know this stuff."
  1237. >Cheerilee eyes you crossly
1238. >"Is that so? Why don't you come up here and solve the problems on the board then?"
1239. >You look up at the board
  1240. >Oh man, dis gun b gud
1241. >6+7, what ever shall you do?
1242. >You make your way up to the chalkboard will all eyes upon you
1243. >The problems are all really simple, and you fill out the answers as fast as your hooves can move
1244. >Once you finish them, you extend your hoof towards the class and carelessly drop the chalk on the floor
  1245. >mic drop preschool style
1246. >your classmates gasp in shock
  1247. >"She, she didn't!"
1248. >You make your way back to your desk and sit down
1249. >Cheerilee's shocked expression draws an amused sigh from you
  1250. >She looks furious
1251. >You think she was going to make an example of you
1252. >Her plan didn't work when you knew all the answers
1253. >She would have to do much better than that to stump you
1254. >Instead of reprimanding you, she just continues her lesson
1255. >You rest your head again and return to the realm of daydreams
  1256. >This really sucks
1257. >You're really going to be stuck as a pony forever, aren't you?
1258. >You don't want to give up hope, but hope becomes harder and harder to find
1259. >Maybe you should just give into it
1260. >Is this a second chance at life?
1261. >A chance to do everything over the right way?
1262. >Sure, you'd made plenty of mistakes that you regretted in your youth
  1263. >Perhaps a clean slate wasn't a bad idea
  1264.
1265. >The ringing bell draws your attention
1266. >The other students begin scrambling out of the schoolhouse
1267. >Some fresh air could be good
1268. >You slowly move to join them, but Cheerilee blocks you
1269. >"Oh, not you. You're staying in for recess."
  1270. >God damnit
1271. >"Please, come up to my desk so we can have a little chat."
1272. >Her stern glare bores into your soul
1273. >Probably the same look a snake gives its prey before devouring it whole
1274. >You drearily make your way to her desk
1275. >She takes a seat and turns her attention to you
1276. >"You really shouldn't be sleeping in class, but I think I can understand why you're doing so. You seem to already know quite a bit. Have you had any schooling before?"
  1277. "Yes."
  1278. >"How much? A year or two?"
1279. >She takes a sip of water from a cup
1280. "I have a bachelors degree, if that means anything here."
  1281. >She spits her water
  1282. >thankfully it misses you
  1283. >"A bachelors? what?"
  1284. "Thats what I said."
  1285. >She shakes her head
1286. >"You're definately too young to have a degree in anything, let alone finish primary education."
1287. "You assume that I am young."
  1288. >She eyes you suspiciously
1289. "My body may be young, but my mind is not."
  1290. >"What do you mean?"
1291. "Like I said, I'm a twenty seven year old man stuck in a cartoon horse body."
  1292. >she shakes her head
1293. >"That's nonsense. What is a man anyway?"
1294. "You don't believe me either? not surprising."
  1295. >"Hmm..."
  1296. >Oh great, she's thinking
  1297. >You hope her idea isn't stupid
1298. >"Even if by some miracle that was true, you still need to pay attention and participate in class. I'd rather not have to take further disciplinary action."
  1299. >Not like you care
1300. >So far, living is a disciplinary action
1301. >"You can either follow the rules, or you can break them and get in trouble. I'll leave that choice up to you."
1302. >Care levels are critically low
1303. >"That's all for now, you're free to go outside and play for the rest of recess."
  1304.
  1305. >Recess
1306. >When you were a young lad, you would be reveling this moment
1307. >But now? There's no difference between being inside and out
1308. >You spot an empty bench on the far end of the playground
1309. >Decrepit with untended weeds hugging the supports
1310. >A perfect place to skulk
1311. >"Hey Anon! Come play with us!"
1312. >Some of the fillies are trying to get your attention
1313. >One of them is holding a ball
1314. >You ignore them and keep on your path towards your chosen bench
1315. >You test the bench with hoof
1316. >Its probably going to collapse if you sit on it
  1317. >You look around
1318. >All the other ponies are in the other parts of the playground
  1319. >Nice and quiet
1320. >To your surprise, the bench holds when you hop up onto it
  1321. >Alright, honesty time
1322. >What the hell are you doing?
1323. >Why are you putting up with this bullshit?
1324. >Part of you wants to fight, kick and scream
1325. >You just want to be back home
1326. >playing vidya and shitposting on imageboards
1327. >But, another part of you wants to conform
1328. >For the most part, this place is actually pretty comfy
1329. >No cops or traffic lights
1330. >Some unseen force is tugging at your soul
1331. >Telling you that you should conform
1332. >Just give in, enjoy yourself
  1333. >Be a filly
  1334.
  1335. >No!
  1336. >You can't forget who you are
1337. >You are Anon the Human
1338. >And you're going to find a way to fix this
1339. >Even if it kills you
1340. >"Well, well, well, look at this. The loser is sitting all by herself."
1341. >You look up and meet eyes with the pink bitch horse from earlier
1342. >Another grey filly is tailing her
1343. >They share an obnoxious laugh
  1344. "Fuck off."
1345. >The pink pony gives you a condescending smirk
1346. >"Quite the mouth you have there, would be a shame if something happened to it."
1347. "You don't have the balls to try shit, cunt."
1348. >The condescending look is replaced with shock and contempt
1349. >She didn't expect you to stand up for yourself
1350. >"N-nobody calls Diamond Tiara that!"
1351. "I just did. Deal with it, cunt."
  1352. >She's fuming now
1353. >She looks like she's about to hit you
  1354. >Fucking bring it bitch
1355. >"Oh, you're going to get whats coming. I can promise you that!"
1356. >She turns her nose up to you
1357. >"I'm the alpha mare around here, and you would do well to remember that!"
1358. >She turns around to leave
  1359. >"Come on, Silver Spoon."
1360. "Yes, hurry. Don't want to keep your master waiting, dog."
1361. >Silver Spoon glares at you before joining Diamond Tiara
  1362. >Thank god
1363. >You didn't really want to fight a child horse
1364. >You would smash her shit
  1365.
  1366. >Arts and crafts?
1367. >Its an improvement from learning shit you already know
1368. >Various colts and fillies are drawing pictures or gluing random things together
1369. >One is even making some origami
  1370. >You?
  1371. >You're drawing a Pepe
1372. >At least you can say its rare
1373. >You drop your crayons on the desk in bored frustration
1374. >But then you have a mischievous idea
1375. >You grab a pencil from your bag
1376. >With a fresh sheet of paper you start drawing
  1377. >You're going to draw a dick
  1378. >Not some silly stick figure-esque one
  1379. >But well drawn
1380. >With juicy veins, pubes and everything
1381. >With a bit of practice you've gotten the hang of using your mouth to move the pencil
1382. >Using care and precision, you create a picture of an amazingly detailed man sausage
1383. >You stifle a few chuckles as you bring the graphite genitalia to life
1384. >You are surprised that you can still draw anything at all
1385. >As you're adding some shading and the finishing touches, Cheerilee speaks up
1386. >"Alright class, It's time to show your work with the rest of the class."
  1387. >oh fuck
  1388. >You didn't completely think this through
1389. >Well, it could be pretty funny
1390. >But are you comfortable with showing a picture of a dick to small children?
1391. >You could give up your rare pepe
  1392. >But fuck it
1393. >It's not a horse dick and if anyone figures out what it is the reaction will be priceless
1394. >"Make sure you write your name on your project so we know which one is yours. Once you're done pass them to the end of your row"
1395. >The fillies and colts start passing them down
1396. >When you get the stack you make sure yours isn't on top
  1397.
1398. >Cheerilee begins showing off the various art projects to the class
1399. >Mostly what you'd expect from a class of kids
1400. >Various terrible drawings with parents or something simple
1401. >You're practically squirming in your seat waiting
  1402. >And there it is
1403. >The expanded dong in all its glory for the entire class to behold
  1404. >"And this is... a..."
1405. >She's studying the picture dutifully
1406. >You're trying your hardest not to laugh
1407. >"Anon! Is this what I think it is?"
  1408. >The dam bursts
1409. >You're slamming your hoof on the desk as the laughs bellow from your chest
1410. >You're wheezing, trying to catch your breath
1411. >You almost fall onto the floor
  1412. >"ANONYMOUS!"
  1413. >Yea, she's mad
1414. >Her stance has become rigid and she's giving you an angry glare
  1415. >totally worth it
  1416.
1417. >Its much harder to sleep when you don't have a desk to lean on
1418. >You're in the corner sitting on a stool, forced to face the wall
1419. >The dunce cap adorns your head with an alien sort of pride
1420. >You've been counting the lines in the wall while Cherilee gives her lesson to the class
1421. >You actually ended up learning some bullshit about equestrian history
1422. >But everything else was well below your challenge level
1423. >You can see the clock from your seat
1424. >The hands taunt you as you watch the time
1425. >You watch the hands move slowly on the clock until they finally reach the end of the school day
1426. >The second hand moves painstakingly in circles
1427. >The minute hand slowly moves closer and closer to the top of the hour
1428. >Just a few more minutes and you will be free
  1429. >Hopefully after school detention isn't a thing
1430. >At long last, the time finally comes
  1431. >The bell rings
1432. >You hastily grab your saddle bags from your desk
1433. >You run to the door as fast as your legs can take you
  1434. >Sonic would be proud
  1435. >"Anonymous?"
1436. >Fuck, what do you want teacher?
  1437. >"The cap stays here."
1438. "Nah, I should keep it. It's rather stylish if I say so myself."
  1439. >she face-palms, or is it a facehoof? hoofpalm?
1440. >You take off the cap and set it on Cheerilee's desk
1441. >You just want to get the fuck out of here
1442. >"Oh, before you go Anon, please give this to Starlight."
  1443. >Its a letter
1444. >"And don't you think about opening it."
  1445. >You weren't, but now you are
1446. >You wonder whats in the envelope
  1447. "Ok."
1448. >You make a break for the exit, hoping that nothing else hinders you
  1449.
1450. >Starlight is waiting for you outside
  1451. >She would be
  1452. >What an autist
1453. "Uh... you know I'm perfectly capable of making it home on my own, right?"
  1454. >She blushes
  1455. >"Oh, well, yea. I guess."
1456. >You pull the letter from your bag
  1457. >"This is from Cheerliee."
  1458. >"Oh, whats this for?"
  1459. "I don't know."
1460. >The both of you begin the walk home
1461. >"So how was your first day of school?"
  1462. "Dreadful."
  1463. >She nudges you
1464. >"Come on, it couldn't have been that bad! Is learning so bad?"
  1465. "I didn't learn anything."
  1466. >"How come?"
  1467. >You take a deep breath
1468. "Because they failed to provide any educational material that I would consider challenging."
  1469. >"Oh, a smarty pants huh?"
1470. "No, just a man in a cartoon horse body."
1471. >"Hmm... so why would Cheerilee be giving me this."
1472. >she waves the letter as realization hit her
  1473. >"You didn't antagonize her, did you?"
1474. >Your mischevious grin rivals the cheshire cat
1475. "You said I had to go to school. There was no mention of playing along."
  1476. >"Anon!"
1477. "Hey! The dunce cap is pretty stylish. Its a shame she wouldn't let me keep it!"
  1478. >"Ugh, I can't believe you!"
  1479. >You shrug
1480. >"What am I going to do with you?"
1481. "Nothing, probably. I'll just laugh at your pathetic attempts to discipline me."
1482. >"You know, I'm pretty sure Twilight has a paddle somewhere."
  1483. "She's a kinky one, isn't she?"
1484. >Starlight remains silent, a sign of defeat
1485. "Speaking of Purple, are you two, like, lesbians or something?"
  1486.
1487. >Starlight nearly trips on herself
  1488. >"W-what!?"
1489. "I mean, it would explain your intimate knowledge of Purple's paddle."
1490. >her face is a dubious blend of shocked and horrified
1491. "Plus, it just makes sense. Two lonely mares living together."
  1492. >"N-no! we aren't a couple! We're friends!"
1493. "Uh huh, sure. Friends with benefits."
  1494. >"ANON!"
  1495. >Oh shit
1496. >"You're on the fast track to losing some cuddles, young lady."
  1497. >fuck
  1498. >Time to kiss ass
  1499. "Sorry. I'll stop now."
  1500. >"Good, and don't try it again."
1501. >She's probably going to use that as the end all to any argument
1502. >Why do you want her cuddles so bad?
1503. >"Now come on. Lets drop off your things at the castle."
1504. "Drop off? are we going somewhere?"
  1505. >"Yes, we're stopping by Sugarcube Corner."
1506. >You're not sure what that is, but it beats sitting in the castle bored
1507. >"Hopefully you can behave for the rest of the day."
1508. >You're not going to make any promises
1509. >Only Starlight has any leverage on you
  1510.
1511. >You were glad to get that schoolgirl outfit off
  1512. >It was kinda hot
  1513. >As in temperature hot
1514. >Ok, maybe in both ways
1515. >It made you look cute
  1516. >You didn't want to look cute
1517. >You were supposed to be a man, remember?
1518. >Not some stupid sexy filly
  1519. >Ponyville is a confusing place
1520. >It seems there was no grid plan in place when ponies first built it
1521. >Streets wind and bend, and buildings seem placed at random
1522. >Its a mystery how anypony can find their way around
1523. >Did you just think anypony?
  1524. >You meant anyone
1525. >Starlight said you were going to some place called 'Sugarcube Corner'
1526. >Whatever that is supposed to mean
  1527. >You're pretty sure you're there though
1528. >This building looks like its made out of sugar
  1529. "So... this is it?"
  1530. >"Yep!"
1531. "And... why are we here again?"
  1532. >"You'll see!"
1533. >Starlight nudges your rump up the steps with her muzzle
  1534. "H-hey! I have legs! I can walk!"
1535. >She giggles and keeps pushing you
1536. >Her magic opens the door and you both enter
1537. >Why is it so dark?
1538. >Starlight closes the door behind her
  1539. >Its pitch black
  1540. >fuck
1541. >You hope you're not about to get raped
  1542.
1543. "Glim Glam? Whats going on? Am I going to get ra-"
  1544. >"SURPRISE!"
  1545. >NO! You don't want surprise buttsecks
  1546. >The lights come on
1547. >Party horns are going off and there is confetti everywhere
  1548. >And a lot of ponies cheering
  1549. >Oh thank god
  1550. >At least its not
  1551. >rape
1552. >The banner hanging from the ceiling says "Welcome to Ponyville Anon!"
1553. >In small and terrible handwriting next the 'Welcome' is the word 'late'
1554. "JESUS CHRIST! You scared me!"
  1555. >You lightly smack Starlight's leg with a hoof
  1556. >"Who?"
  1557. "Nevermind."
1558. >So all these ponies threw a party just for you?
  1559. >Thats kinda nice
1560. >A very pink pony with a crazy mane bounces to you from the crowd of ponies
1561. >"Hi! I'm Pinkie Pie and I threw this party just for you!"
1562. >Her wide grin defies reality
  1563. "Uh, thanks."
1564. >"Come on! You've got to meet everypony! I know everypony is dying to meet you! Especially me!"
1565. >She grabs you by the abdomen and starts hauling you around
1566. >You reach for Starlight as you're hauled off by pink horse against your will
  1567. >She laughs
  1568. >God damn it
  1569.
1570. >Pinkie Pie is introducing you to lots of ponies
  1571. >Honestly there's a lot, you've already forgot most of them
1572. >You wont forget Pinkie Pie though
  1573. >She's fucking crazy
1574. >after more greetings then you could possibly keep track of, you see ponies are starting to play some party games
1575. >Pin the tail on the pony?
  1576. >Pass
  1577. >The music is alright
1578. >Ponies who aren't playing games are hanging out around tables talking
  1579. >This is a pretty tame party
1580. >Once you're able to slip away from Pinkie you make your way the refreshments table
  1581. >Chips... Salsa... Punch.
1582. >You pour yourself a cup and drink
  1583. >Fuck, no booze
1584. >You're not drunk enough for this
1585. >You internally cry a song of defeat and settle for a glass of chocolate milk
1586. >If you can't get drunk, may as well settle for something creamy and tasty
1587. >You sit down at a table and start drinking your milk
1588. >This milk is really fucking good actually
  1589. >"Oh hi Anon!"
  1590. "Hello again, Pinkie."
1591. >"Do you like the chocolate milk? I made it myself! Then again I made everything!"
  1592. >Huh
  1593. >You hesitate
1594. >You hope she only made the chocolate part
1595. >"I only made the chocolate part."
  1596. >what the fuck?
  1597. >does she read minds?
1598. "You must be a professional party pony or something."
1599. >She stands strait on her hind legs on top of the table and puffs her chest out
1600. >"The Best! You know it!"
1601. "The balloons on your butt gave it away."
  1602. >She giggles cutely
1603. >The current song ends and a new catchy one picks up
1604. >"Oh! Come on Anon! Its time to dance!"
1605. >Before you can protest you are carried away by
1606. >Its going to be a long night
  1607.
  1608. >You couldn't even dance as human
  1609. >let alone as a pony
1610. >Sure, you can keep a beat but you dont actually know any moves
1611. >You end up just flailing your limbs around carelessly
1612. >Nobody else seems to mind
1613. >Everybody else is dancing having a good time
1614. >Pinkie is doing some weird dance move
  1615. >But its definately impressive
1616. >You begin to wonder if she is a wizard or something
1617. >You really start getting into the music
  1618. >You're moving like a madman!
1619. >The ponies give you space and start cheering you on
  1620. >"Yea go Anon!"
1621. >You really start to get into it
  1622. >You try doing a hand stand
1623. >Your front legs go weak and you fall on your face
1624. >Some nearby ponies help you up and you all share a laugh
  1625. >Maybe this party isn't so bad
1626. >Feeling beat, you decide you want to finish your milk
1627. >better get it before it gets warm
1628. >As you're heading back to your table Twilight is walking past it
1629. >Her wing brushes against the glass
1630. >You watch in horror as it tips and spills all over the table
  1631. >No
  1632. >god damnit purple
1633. >she gasps in surprise once she notices the unfoldin events
1634. >"Oh, my! Looks like my wings are still getting in the way."
1635. >You walk up to her and poke her in the chest
1636. "You spilled my milk, Purple."
  1637. >She laughs
1638. >"My name is Twilight, and I'm sorry. I can get you another one."
1639. "No, its fine. I'll get it myself."
1640. >You wear a grumpy expression as you move back to the refreshment table
1641. >You try to pour yourself another glass, but there is no more milk in the pitcher.
  1642. >god damnit purple
  1643.
  1644. >Not all is lost
  1645. >You have an idea
1646. >Maybe they have more milk in the fridge
1647. >You're pretty sure the door behind the refreshment table is the kitchen
1648. >You make your way over to the door and look over your shoulder
1649. >When you're sure nobody is paying attention you push the door open
1650. >You check one last time before disappering into the kitchen
  1651. >Wow, what a kitchen
1652. >Everything is spotless, the floors are immaculate
1653. >You wonder what sorts of delicious foods usually come out of this kitchen
1654. >You spot the fridges on the far wall
1655. >You tip toe your way over, careful not to make any noise
1656. >Maybe you should have just asked Pinkie Pie for milk
  1657. >meh, too late
1658. >You tug on the bottom of the door until you manage to get the door open
1659. >plenty of foods here, most of them in plastic containers with expiry dates
  1660. >Unfortunately, you don't spot any milk
1661. >You're about to close the door in sadness when something catches your eye
1662. >Its a bottle, but not any bottle
1663. >The letters on the label are in a fancy script
1664. >But you know the word
  1665. >Chardonnay
1666. >You cry a single tear of joy
  1667.
  1668. >You hate wine
  1669. >Its absolute trash
1670. >But with your current dry spell you'd drink just about anything
1671. >fortunately it has already been opened
1672. >You manage to pull the cork out with your teeth with relative ease
1673. >you spit the cork out to the side and prepare yourself
  1674. >bottoms up
1675. >You put the bottle to your lips and tilt it to the ceiling
1676. >You chug the wine for several seconds before bringing the bottle back down
1677. >Yea, you're supposed to sip on wine, but you're also not supposed to get stupid drunk off it either
1678. >You're trying to get drunk
1679. >You wipe your lips with your foreleg
1680. >Your throat and stomach feel warm
  1681. >And wow
  1682. >shit fuck balls
  1683. >Everything is spinning now
1684. >you can barely focus your vision
1685. >You forgot to account for the fact that you're a filly
  1686. >Much less alcohol tolerance
1687. >hopefully you don't damage your kid body
  1688. >oh well, too late
1689. >You manage to work the cork back into the bottle without falling over
1690. >Placing the bottle back in the fridge was a challenge, but you managed
1691. >you close the fridge and make your way to the exit
  1692. >fuck
1693. >you fall over a few times before making it to the door
1694. >This party is about to get a lot more fun
  1695.
  1696. >You are Starlight Glimmer
  1697. >And you're finding yourself among friends
1698. >Enjoying another one of Pinkie Pie's fabulous parties
1699. >You're all sitting at one of the tables after a fun evening of dancing and playing games
1700. "Pinkie really knows how to throw a party."
1701. >"Ha! Yea she does." Rainbow boisterously proclaims
1702. >"Well we are talking about Pinkie Pie." Rarity adds while idly stirring her straw in a cup of punch
1703. "Speaking of Pinkie, where is she?"
1704. >The three of you look around the room
1705. >"YEAA!!! GO PINK HORSE WOOO!!!"
1706. >Your attention is drawn to the outburst
  1707. >And there she is
1708. >Anon is riding on her back
1709. >She has one hoof around Pinkie's neck and is waving the other about wildly in the air
1710. >Pinkie Pie is bouncing about giggling like a madmare
1711. >You and your friends share an amused laugh
  1712. "By Celestia, thats cute."
1713. >"It's almost no surprise the two get along. Then again, It's still Pinkie Pie we're talking about."
1714. "Well, I'm glad Anon is making some friends. She's very... abraisive sometimes."
1715. >"Oh, you need not remind me, darling."
1716. >"Bah, you're just a bunch of softies!" Rainbow snorts
1717. >"Oh come, Dash. There is a time for everything, And I'm sure Anon will get her jab at you before long." Rarity retorts
1718. >"Ha. I can handle it. I am the best prankster in Ponyville after all."
  1719. >"We know."
1720. >"So whats up with Anon anyway? Why is she so weird?" Rainbow asks
1721. "Well, I'm not entirely sure."
1722. >You think carefully before continuing
1723. "I guess its just part of her personality. Maybe something happened to her when she got here, like some memory loss or something. It's happened before - ponies waking up with a new identity."
  1724. >Rainbow and Rarity nod
1725. "We're betting on her finding herself at home in Ponyville and hopefully her wilder side will tame a bit. She's still very rambunctious but she's been getting better."
1726. >"Well if you need help, I'm your mare!"
1727. >"I suppose I could offer my assistance with her too, If need be." Rarity adds
  1728. "Thanks girls"
1729. >You take a sip of your drink
  1730.
1731. >Rainbow stretches her wings and leans back in her chair, putting her hind hooves on the table
  1732. >"Man, I can't wait for the after party!"
1733. >You know the after party
1734. >You remember the first after party you attended
1735. >Well, parts of it anyway
1736. >The next parties were much more fun
  1737. "Yea, they're always a riot."
1738. >"Rainbow dear, please move your hooves off the table. Its dirty!" Rarity chides
1739. >Rainbow sticks her tongue out at Rarity before complying
1740. >"Ah yea, I've got a keg of AJ's finest hard cider with my name on it!"
1741. >Your conversation is interrupted by Pinkie Pie trotting up to the table
  1742. >She is wearing a saddle and a bridle
1743. >Anon is still on her back in the saddle, with her front hooves holding the bridle and her back hooves in the stirrups
  1744. >weird
1745. >You'd never imagined a saddle being used this way
1746. >"SooOOO what do you think of my horse? Isn't she pretty?"
1747. >The three of you at the table stifle laughter
  1748. >"Yes darling, She's very pretty."
1749. >Anon grabs pinkie by the back of the neck and tries to shake her
1750. >"OH MY GOD PINK HORSE DID YOU HEAR THAT!!!"
  1751. >"Yea Anon! They think I'm pretty!"
1752. >"Don't call me that," Anon wildly tips an imaginary hat. "Call me The Duke."
1753. >She almost slips off the saddle but you catch her with your magic
1754. >"Nowwwww.... onward pretty horse! The Wild West calls!"
  1755. >"Okie Dokie The Duke!"
1756. >Anon kicks the stirrups and Pinkie Pie bounds off with a giggle
  1757. >Once they're gone, Rainbow speaks up
  1758. >"Wow, that's really something."
1759. >The three of you share another round of laughs
1760. >And later you'll share rounds of drinks
  1761.
1762. >It isn't long before its time to wrap up the party
1763. >Anon is really having a blast playing with Pinkie
1764. >She has been very well behaved for the most part
1765. >Except when she was running around trying to stab red ponies with a plastic knife
  1766. >Something about killing redskins
1767. >You should let the two play together often
1768. >It would be really great for Anon
1769. >You're walking out of Sugarcube Corner with Anon in tow
  1770. >She's wobbling a bit
1771. >She must be exhausted from all the fun
1772. >Pikie Pie is at the door saying goodbye to everypony as they leave
1773. "Anon, say goodbye to Pinkie."
  1774. >"Goodbye to Pinkie!"
  1775. >She gives Pinkie a warm hug
1776. >"Come back and play some more Anon!"
  1777. >"Oh I probably will..."
1778. >Anon trails off and stumbles out the door
  1779. >You follow
1780. >Is something wrong with Anon?
1781. >Rainbow Dash is hanging around outside
  1782. >"Hey Starlight, you're coming back, right?"
1783. "Yea, I just need to take Anon home first, Its almost her bed time."
  1784. >"Gotcha."
1785. >Anon walks up to Rainbow Dash and hangs onto her leg
1786. >"Hey babe, wanna come back to my plll..."
1787. >Her vocal thought is interuppted as she turns her head towards the bushes and a stream of vomit spews from her mouth
1788. >Rainbow lifts her free hoof and looks at the filly with a shocked expression
  1789. "Oh Celestia! Anon!"
1790. >You rush over to Anon and hold her mane back as another wave of vomit comes forth
  1791. >She's coughing and wheezing
1792. "Oh you poor thing, lets get you home."
1793. >Was there something in the chocolate milk?
1794. >How did she get sick?
1795. >Did she pick up something from school?
1796. >"Yea... uh... good luck with that."
1797. >Rainbow Dash bolts into the air with amazing speed
  1798.
1799. >Holding Anon in your magical grip, you start running towards the castle
  1800. >Wait, why don't you just teleport?
1801. >You charge the spell and cast
1802. >In an instant, You and Anon are in the main hall of the castle
  1803. >"Fffuck mee."
1804. >Normally you would reprimand her
1805. >But right now you'll make an exception
1806. >You barrel down the halls as fast as your hooves can move
1807. >You reach her bedroom and almost pull the doors off the hinges
1808. >She's starting to gag again
1809. >You quickly move into the bathroom and place her in front of the toilet
1810. >Another torrent of her stomach contents pours into the toilet bowl as she clutches the base
1811. >You seat yourself next to her and rub her back with a hoof
1812. "There there, just let it all out."
  1813. >She groans
  1814. >"T-thanks, you're a pal."
1815. >You knead her back in reasurrance
1816. >She seems to be done
1817. >She has a bit left on her mouth
1818. "Lets get you cleaned up."
1819. >You grab a washcloth from a cupboard and wet it before dabbing her mouth
1820. >She probably isn't feeling well enough to brush
1821. >You lift her with your magic and flush the toilet as you leave the bathroom
  1822. >"Uggghhh...flying."
1823. >You roll your eyes and remove the covers from her bed
1824. >You place her in the bed and tuck her in
1825. >She curls in a ball clutching the blankets
  1826. >So cute
1827. >You walk up to the bed and give her a warm nuzzle
1828. >She grabs you by the neck and pulls her face into you
1829. >You stroke her mane with a hoof and try to pull her away, but she wont let go
  1830. >"Mommy, don't leave me."
  1831. >You freeze
1832. >Did she just say that?
  1833. >Your heart melts
  1834. "I wont."
1835. >You lift the covers and scoot Anon over as you hop into the bed
1836. >Anon immediately snuggles up to you as close as she can
1837. >She paws at your abdomen with her hooves, trying to melt into you
  1838. >"Mmmm... Mommy."
1839. >Your heart jumps again when she says it
1840. >You wrap your hooves around her and keep her close
1841. >You were really looking forward to that party
  1842. >But you have a filly now
1843. >A filly that is your daughter
1844. >A filly that called you mommy
1845. >And you will be the best mommy that you can
  1846.
1847. >You have to admit that Anon makes a good snuggle partner
1848. >It felt good to wake up beside her
1849. >To shield her from all the woes of the world
1850. >As you come to, you move to stroke her mane
1851. >Except its not her mane
  1852. >Its a pillow
1853. >You jump in surprise as you realize you were cuddling a pillow and not Anon
1854. >Did she wake up early?
1855. >That's not like her at all
1856. >Plus she must still not be feeling well
  1857. >You hope she's ok
1858. >You make your way to the kitchen
1859. >still no sign of Anon
  1860. >Twilight is making coffee
1861. >Of course she is, she practically lives off of it
1862. "Hey Twilight, have you seen Anon?"
  1863. >"What? Who?"
  1864. "Uhh... Anon? You know."
1865. >"No. I've never met anypony named Anon. Thats a strange name."
  1866. >What?
  1867. >"Are you feeling ok?"
  1868. >Not really
1869. >You're kind of freaked out right now
  1870. >What is going on?
1871. "I need to find Anon!"
1872. >Twilight looks as confused as you do
  1873. >"Starlight..."
  1874. "No Time!"
1875. >You start running through the castle
1876. >Hoping that she just wandered off somewhere
1877. >How could Twilight forget about Anon?
  1878.
  1879. >This doesn't make any sense
  1880. >You search every room
1881. >No sign of Anon anywhere
1882. >How did she just disappear?
  1883. >You're fighting back tears
1884. >You don't understand what is going on
1885. >How could this even happen?
1886. >How could somepony just vanish into thin air
1887. >Maybe that's how she ended up here in the first place
1888. >She just vanished from somewhere
  1889. >And now she's gone back
  1890. >And now...
  1891. >She's gone
1892. >You collapse in the hallway
1893. >The stone floor is cold and hard
  1894. >You don't care
1895. >You just want Anon back
1896. >To watch her laugh and play
1897. >To be there to put a band-aid on her scrape when she falls
1898. >To kiss it better, and to see her smile afterwards
1899. >So you can hug her tight
1900. >And to tell her that everything will be ok
1901. >You want her to love you
1902. >To call you her 'mommy'
  1903. >To be her mom
  1904. >But you can't anymore
1905. >You feel like a thousand steel needles have been jammed into your chest
1906. >You heave and cry in a sobbing mess on the floor
  1907.
1908. >You look up, and you are surrounded by ponies
1909. >They're all the ponies that live in ponyville
1910. >And they're looking at you with stiff and sour expressions
  1911. >"Anon isn't real."
  1912. >"Let her go."
  1913. >"She isn't worth raising."
  1914. >"You can't take care of her."
  1915. >"E-nope."
  1916. >"She isn't yours."
1917. >Why would they say these things?
1918. >You start crying even harder
1919. >You scream as loud as your lungs allow you to
1920. >Your shrill cries fall on deaf ears as the ponies all ignore your sorrow
1921. >But its to no avail
1922. >Anon is gone, and she isn't coming back
  1923. "Why!? WHY!?!?! WHY!?!?!"
1924. >You cry the mournful cry of a mother over her killed child
1925. >A hoof on your back interuppts your sorrow
1926. >You feel an instant wave of calm and relief
1927. >You look up and the world has all turned to white
1928. >You spin your head to look at who is touching you
  1929. >It's Princess Luna
  1930. "I-its a nightmare?"
  1931. >"Yes."
1932. >Your breathing is irregular and you can barely move
  1933. "Thank you."
1934. >"There is no need to thank us. It is our duty to ease the nightmares of our subjects."
1935. >Luna begins channeling magic into you, and you feel your strength returning and your nerves calming
1936. >You stand and turn to face Luna
1937. >Before you can say anything, she speaks up
1938. >"Anonymous is quite an interesting filly to us. She is very active in the realm of dreams, and it seems that activity is passing on to you."
1939. >One more thing to the bucket list
1940. "Do you know whats going on with Anon, Princess?"
1941. >"Nay, we do not, but we would wish to know. We would like to meet Anonymous for ourselves.
1942. >Maybe the princesses will be able to figure out the truth about Anon
1943. >"We will make the arrangements with Princess Twilight Sparkle so that it can be so."
1944. "Thank you again, Princess Luna."
1945. >"Think little of it, my little pony. Please enjoy the rest of your dream. We will see you on the morrow."
1946. >Within an instant, she is gone.
1947. >You have much more pleasant dreams for the rest of the night
  1948.
  1949. >You are Anonymous
1950. >And you've probably never been this hung over in your entire life
1951. >If you had thought that you had experienced hell on earth before, then you were absolutely wrong.
  1952. >Oh wait, you have
  1953. >You're still a little green filly
1954. >Your head feels like its going to explode
1955. >At least you made it to a bed
  1956. >deja vu
1957. >You really wish you would have woken up as a human
  1958. >Too bad
1959. >Part of you had hoped that copious drinking was the key to pony-human transformation
  1960. >But this time you're not alone
1961. >As you open your eyes, you are greeted by pink fur
1962. >You feel a pair of hooves wrapped around you
1963. >Why is Starlight in your bed?
1964. >Did you get laid last night?
1965. >Your memory is patchy after Twilight spilled your milk
1966. >How the hell did you end up drunk?
1967. >You nuzzle your face into Starlights chest, and grab onto her as best as you can with your hooves
1968. >She is comfy as fuck
1969. >You'd be ok sitting like this all day
1970. >A content sigh escapes your lips
1971. >You lay there for what at least feels like an hour before Starlight stirrs
1972. >she nuzzles your head to wake you up
  1973. >"Wake up, sweetie."
1974. "I am awake. Also, I'm not Sweetie. I'm Anon."
  1975. >She giggles
  1976. >"Glad to see you're feeling better."
1977. >Does she know what you did?
  1978. >You better tread carefully
  1979. "Mmmm... kinda."
1980. >Starlight moves to get up, but you hold onto her
  1981. "No. Stay."
  1982. >She sighs
1983. >"Come on Anon, I can't sit in bed with you all day."
1984. "Yes you can. Did you know it actually requires less effort?"
  1985.
1986. >Starlight pushes you playfully with a hoof
1987. >"We have places to be today."
  1988. >Fuck
1989. >You don't want to go to school
  1990. "But I'm sick! I can't go to school!"
  1991. >"Its saturday."
1992. >She smiles and nuzzles your face
  1993. >You nuzzle her back
1994. >A heart aching warmth assaults your breast
  1995. "But I don't wanna"
  1996. >"But we need to."
  1997. "Pwwease?"
1998. >You give her a pouty lip and large eyes
1999. >"Cute, but its not working, Come on, lets get up."
2000. >She gets out of the bed, leaving an empty space
2001. >Man, you were really enjoying that
2002. "What is so important that we have to get up on a saturday?"
2003. >She makes her way to the door
  2004. >"We're going to Canterlot."
  2005. >Canterlot?
  2006. "Whats a Canterlot?"
  2007. >"It's a place, and we're going."
2008. >You pull the covers over your head
2009. >You don't want to leave the bed
2010. >Even if you aren't getting cuddles, you aren't moving
2011. >Before you can protest any further, Starlight lifts you out of the bed with her magic
  2012. "Noo!"
2013. >"Yes. Now get ready, we're leaving soon."
2014. >Her aura drags you over to the bathroom
2015. >You sigh and hang your head in defeat
  2016.
  2017. >You don't want to go anywhere
  2018. >Or do anything
2019. >But on the plus side, Starlight is brushing your mane
  2020. >It feels so good
2021. >You close your eyes and lean into the brush
2022. >You love it when she brushes your mane
2023. >The bristles pulling out the tangles and gently massaging your scalp
2024. >Your mane is particularly unruly
2025. >While brushing helps, it still retains some of its wild shape
2026. >Maybe you should cut it off
2027. >Long hair was a pain in the ass to maintain
2028. >If you did that then you wouldn't get it brushed
2029. >You quickly dismiss the idea
2030. >Why do you like it so much anyway?
  2031. >Is it a pony thing?
2032. >Is your mind being influenced by your pony body?
2033. >Even if that's the case, you don't mind it too much
2034. >You really want your human body back
  2035. >Hands are useful
2036. >And not being a kid is great too
2037. >But then, being a pony isn't so bad either
  2038. "Mmm..."
2039. >You are interrupted from your moment of tranquility by the knocking on the door
  2040. >"Come in!"
  2041. >Twilight enters the room
  2042. >fuck
  2043. >Way to ruin a good moment
  2044.
2045. >"Morning girls. Are you feeling better Anon?"
2046. "Yes, Purple. What do you want?"
  2047. >Twilight frowns
2048. >"Luna came to my dreams last night, and told me that she wanted to see us."
2049. >"Yes, she visited mine as well." Starlight replies
2050. >Isn't that the blue one from your dream?
  2051. >Thats kinda creepy
2052. >You hope she didn't watch all your dreams
2053. >Some of them might have been a teeny tiny bit lewd.
2054. >"Well, the next train for Canterlot leaves in an hour."
2055. >"Don't worry Twilight, we'll be ready long before then."
  2056. >Twilight smiles
2057. >"Well then, meet me in the main hall in 45 minutes. Not a second later."
  2058. >Wait, Purple is coming?
  2059. >God damn double nigger
  2060. >"Alright, see you!"
2061. >Twilight nods before leaving the room
2062. >Even worse, Starlight stopped brushing your mane
  2063. "No! Brushie!"
2064. >"Your mane can't get any more perfect!"
  2065. >you pout
2066. "Fine. I guess I'll prepare myself for the inevitable suffering that will be Canterlot."
  2067. >"Oh come on, don't be such a party-pooper, we're going to have fun."
  2068. "Fun? With Purple?"
2069. >"Oh come on, Twilight isn't that bad."
  2070. "Water isn't wet."
  2071. >"And you aren't cute."
  2072. >You grumble
2073. >"Now come on, we've got a train to catch."
  2074.
2075. >God this train is slow
  2076. >And its so boring
  2077. >And you've only been riding for 30 minutes
2078. >Its supposed to be several hours
2079. >In a world without gameboys and music players, it is unbearable
2080. >You huff and look back out the window
2081. >The quaint countryside rolls by slowly
2082. >Every now and then you pass by a barn or a small country house
2083. >You were kind of interested in the world outside of Ponyville
2084. >And you had to admit
2085. >Canterlot had piqued your interest
2086. >What would the capitol of horse land be like?
2087. >What is the blue princess like?
2088. >Will she believe that you aren't actually a horse?
2089. >If only somepony would just believe you
2090. >You look over to your two companions
2091. >Starlight is sitting next to you, and Twilight is on the opposite bench
  2092. >They're both reading
  2093. >Nerds
2094. >You have the train car all to yourselves
2095. >Canterlot must not get many visitors
2096. >You scoot away from the window and nuzzle up to Starlight
2097. >She is surprised at first, but embraces the gesture
  2098. "Mommy, I'm bored."
2099. >Starlights looks away from her book to you
2100. >"Want me to read to you?"
  2101. "Sure."
2102. >Starlight grabs another book from her bags and starts reading it to you
2103. >You wrap a hoof around her leg as her soothing voice reads the story
2104. >It's about a princess being held in a castle by an evil witch
2105. >You imagine the princess looks like Starlight, and the witch is Twilight
2106. >Wait, did you just call her mommy?
  2107. >kinda weird
  2108. >She didn't seem to mind
2109. >And even more strangely, neither did you
  2110.
2111. >You're back to looking out the window
2112. >The view from the cliffs is spectacular
  2113. >And kind of scary
2114. >You can see a lot of ground from this high up
2115. >Its almost like being on an airplane
2116. >Farmlands and forests litter the landscape
2117. >You can see the silhouette of Ponyville in the distance
2118. >And far off you think you can see what looks like a city in the clouds
2119. >You have to admit, this world and its magic impresses you
2120. >What kinds of things are possible with magic?
2121. >Does it completely replace technology?
2122. >Hopefully there's some magic somewhere that will change you back
2123. >Maybe the not bitchy princess will be able to change you back
2124. >Your view of Equestria is blocked as the train passes under a massive gateway
  2125. >You must be here
2126. >Its impressive how an entire city could be built on the side of a mountain
2127. >The train slow lurches up to the train station
2128. >When the train is stopped you merrily make your way to the exit
2129. >"Hey Anon! Wait for us!"
  2130. >Purple pls go
2131. >You're moving full speed out of this accursed train with two mares in tow
  2132.
2133. Canterlot was much different than Ponyville
2134. >The small but decorative buildings hug each other closely while wrapping themselves around the terrain
2135. >The narrow streets are filled with all sorts of ponies
2136. >Craftsponies, families, merchants, and even nobles fill the streets
2137. >There were even other creatures that were not ponies
2138. >There were what looked like gryphons, and even a minotaur
2139. >Is this world just teeming with life you had only imagined in fantasy?
2140. >The place is bustling with life
2141. >Definitely a contrast from the quiet and serene Ponyfille
2142. >The castle rises above the rooftops of the city in a majestic glory
2143. >Its golden spires pierce the sky as it looms over the city
2144. >You were about to run to the castle from the train station, but you realized you didn't know the way
2145. >You had to follow Twilight there
2146. >You almost lost her a few times just taking the city in
  2147. >It was amazing
2148. >Part of you didn't want to leave
  2149. >Ponyville be damned
2150. >The quiet town life had its perks
2151. >But so did the city
2152. >You passed by restaurants, shops and stalls selling all kinds of wares, and street performers
2153. >"Anon! come on! We can explore later."
2154. >You get back on track as Starlight calls back to you.
  2155.
2156. >After winding through the streets of Canterlot, you make it to the castle
2157. >The gardens serve as a shield from the city, separating the two
  2158. >"Princess Twilight."
2159. >The two stoic guards at the entrance nod at Twilight before letting your group pass
2160. >Your trio enters the gardens through the decorative golden archway
2161. >The path leads directly to the castle, and various shrubberies adorn the edges
2162. >Various statues of historical figures line the path, a testament to the perseverance and might of the Equestrian nation
2163. >The beauty draws you in
2164. >The three of you pass through the main entrance into the grand hall
2165. >The checkered floor and red carpets pave your way
2166. >Tapestries with ornate patterns hang over the gold accented walls
2167. >Doors lead off the sides to various other areas of the castle
2168. >The staircase leads up towards a beautiful stained glass window before splitting off to the sides
2169. >One side of the window depicts the sun and day
2170. >The other the moon and the night
2171. >Twilight makes her way up the stairs
2172. >"The throne room is this way. We may not be able to see the Princesses just yet. Day court is still in session."
  2173. >princesses?
  2174. >as in plural?
  2175. "Wait, there's more?"
2176. >Twilight raises an eyebrow at you
2177. >"Uh, yea. Have you been living under a rock?"
2178. "No, I've been living in another universe."
  2179. >She sighs
2180. >"Are you ever going to quit with the whole 'I'm not me' charade?"
2181. "No, because I am in fact not me."
  2182. >She groans
  2183. >Starlight looks away
2184. >"Just... try to behave, ok? You'll be in the presence of royalty."
2185. "Hopefully they aren't a royal pain like you."
  2186. >"By Celestia..."
2187. >Twilight trails off as she leads you to the throne room
  2188. >Fucking she-demon bitch
2189. >Why can't she just consider the fact that you just might be telling the truth?
2190. >Is it really so farfetched?
  2191.
2192. >You all reach the entrance to the throne room, and there is a line of ponies waiting
2193. >Guards stand unwaivering at the doors, letting in ponies one at a time
2194. >Twilight walks up to one of the guards
2195. >"Please inform Princess Celestia of our arrival, we'll be waiting in the Sunrise Hall."
  2196. >"Yes, Princess."
2197. >The guard ducks into the throne room while the rest of you leave.
  2198. >Huh, a Princess Celestia
  2199. >She must be a sun pony
2200. >Cause the blue one is a moon pony
2201. >You laugh to yourself at the sheer simplicity
2202. >Twilight leads you down the halls to a set of double doors adorned with a sun creeping over a horizon
2203. >She pushes them open with her magic and leads your group inside
2204. >The massive room draws you in
2205. >Tall windows line the far wall, half draped with shimmering curtains but still giving a vew of the city below, and of the eastern horizon.
2206. >A decorative door leads out to a balcony
2207. >The walls are lined with bookshelves filled to the brim with tomes, as well as various plants and statues
2208. >Various spiral ladders lead up to thin walkways that bend around the bookshelves, giving access to the upper shelves and across various parts of the hall
2209. >a half dozen large sprawling couches adorn the center of the room, laiden with extravagent pillows
2210. >You could easily use one them as a bed for several ponies
2211. >Small tables are placed next to the couches, presumably for refreshments
2212. >It reminds you of the lounge in the Friendship Castle, but much larger
2213. >Twilight makes herself at home on one of the couches
  2214. >"And now, we wait."
  2215. >what, waiting?
2216. >You had to wait all day on the damn train, and now you have to wait more?
2217. >You seriously doubt this room will keep you entertained for long
2218. "Ugh, more waiting. You're driving me crazy, Purple Horse."
  2219. >"My name is Twilight."
  2220. "Ok, Purple."
  2221. >Starlight snickers
  2222. >"Don't encourage her!"
  2223. >"S-sorry." Starlight stammers
  2224. >like you need encouragement
  2225.
2226. >You wander the room for a bit before the decor bores you
2227. >Its nice, and interesting, but not for long
2228. >You have jack all to do so you're going to antagonize the purple bitch
  2229. >She's reading a book again
2230. >You sneak up behind her and wrap your hooves around her neck
  2231. >She gasps in surprise
  2232. "Hey, Purple. Whatcha readin'?"
  2233. >She hesitates
  2234. >"A... book."
  2235. "About what?"
2236. >"About transmuting inanimate objects into other inanimate objects."
2237. "So you can spin straw into gold?"
2238. >"Actually, yes. Theres a spell for that."
2239. >You can tell you're making her feel very awkward
2240. "So why hasn't anypony done that and struck it rich?"
2241. >"Well, transmutation in general is an advanced form of magic. Very few unicorns can actually perform it. A spell like this is really only used if there's a shortage."
2242. >Its actually kind of fascinating
2243. "Can you cast the spell?"
  2244. >"Yes."
2245. >You want to know more
2246. >plus your inquiries will probably annoy her
2247. "What other kind of stuff can you do? Water to Wine?"
2248. >"Probably. I'd have to look in the index for specific substances and the magical components required for the transmutation."
2249. "Thats actually kinda cool, and intriguing."
2250. >"You think so? I didn't think an earth pony would be so interested in the nuances of focused magic."
2251. "Well, I'm also from a world without magic so theres that."
  2252. >She glares
2253. "What? Its fascinating to me."
2254. >"So you know nothing about magic or how it works?"
  2255. "Not really, no."
2256. >Twilight ends up talking to you for hours about the basics of magic
2257. >How every living thing in Equestria is tied to the magical weave
2258. >The weave flows through all things, connecting them
2259. >All ponies have an innate magic
2260. >Pegasi are able to fly and manipulate the clouds and weather
2261. >Earth ponies are attuned with the magic of earth and nature
2262. >And Unicorns are able to directly access magic in the form of spells and rituals.
  2263. >Unicorns were kinda op
  2264. >You wish you were a unicorn
  2265.
2266. >"...So after creating the fire and water elements, combining them with a fusion effect will result in a steam element."
  2267. "Hot water."
2268. >"Yes. It can be very convenient, especially if you aren't near a water source."
2269. "An easy way to make coffee."
  2270. >"I can't say I haven't done that before."
  2271. >Twilight giggles
2272. "Wish I could cast spells."
2273. >"Don't worry, Earth Ponies possess a magic of their own."
2274. "Still not as cool as casting spells."
2275. >"Earth pony magic is just as necessary as any magic, perhaps even more so."
2276. >You were thinking of a witty reply when the opening door interrupts you
2277. >An elegant and tall white pony with a striped sherbet mane makes it way into the room
2278. >her warm smile draws you in
2279. >Her eyes shine with ancient wisdom
2280. >This must be the princess
  2281. >"Princess Celestia!"
2282. >Twilight makes her way to Celestia and they share a hug
2283. >Starlight and you join Twilight
  2284. >Starlight bows before her
  2285. >"Princess."
2286. >"Please rise, there is no need."
  2287. >You get a look at Celestia's cutie mark
2288. >Her cutie mark is a sun, how pleasantly ironic
  2289. "Hey Sunbutt."
2290. >Starlight gasps and Twilight gives you a look of death
  2291. >"ANONYMOUS!"
2292. >Twilight looks like she's about to berate you further, but is interrupted by laughter
2293. >Celestia holds a hoof to her mouth in an attempt to control her snickering
  2294. >"She's observant, and blunt."
  2295. >She soon composes herself
2296. >"It is a pleasure to meet you, Anonymous."
2297. "You must be Princess Celestia. Charmed."
2298. >You give her an embellished curtsy
  2299. >"You don't already know of me?"
  2300. "Nope."
  2301. >"Hmm..."
2302. >She shows no emotion or surprise
2303. >It makes the guards look like emotional pansies
2304. >"My sister should be along at any moment, let us relax in the meantime."
  2305.
2306. >A servant enters the room behind Celestia pushing the cart
2307. >A pot of tea and various pastries adorn the cart
2308. >"Thank you, Sunbeam. You may leave us."
2309. >The servant nods to Celestia before leaving.
2310. >Everypony makes themselves comfortable on the couches
2311. >You sit next to Starlight and idly munch on the snacks
2312. >Celestia and Twilight talk about the past few days
2313. >How you ended up in her castle one morning
  2314. >And your adventures
2315. >And how you annoy Twilight
2316. >Starlight adding in at times
2317. >The conversation is cut by the opening door
2318. >You recoginze the newcomer from your dream
  2319. >Its Princess Luna
2320. >She speaks with clarity and authority
  2321. >"Salutations, ponies."
  2322. >"Afternoon, sister."
2323. >You all rise to welcome Luna
  2324. "Hey Moonbutt."
  2325. >Starlight facehoofs
  2326. >Luna scowls at you
2327. >"Gah! Such disrespect towards us!"
  2328. >Celestia snorts
2329. >"Oh come sister, she is quite an endearing filly."
2330. >You all return to your seats
2331. >Luna makes her way to the couch Celestia is resting on, and sits next to her.
2332. >"Now then, since Luna is here we can get to business."
  2333. >Celestia turns to you
2334. >"Before we start, what we discuss here today must not leave this room. Is that understood?"
  2335. >You all nod
2336. >You may end up sharing anyway, depending on how juicy the gossip is
2337. >"While we wanted to meet you Anonymous, that is not the main reason we asked you to visit us."
2338. >She looks at Luna and then back to you before continuing.
2339. >"We want to know where you learned of humans."
  2340.
  2341. >Is this real?
2342. >Do they know what you really are?
2343. >You realize your mouth is hanging open
  2344. "How... did you?"
  2345. >"Humans?" Twilight asks
  2346. >Celestia ignores Twilight
2347. >"Anonymous, you have intricate knowledge of the human species, and we wish to know how."
2348. >She clears her throat before continuing
2349. >"You are taking the form of a human in your dreams, and this can't be a mere coincidence."
2350. >Will she actually believe you?
  2351. "Because... I am human."
  2352. >She studies you
2353. >"How can that be so?"
2354. "I don't know. Somehow I was transformed or something, and ended up here."
2355. >Celestia and Luna begin whispering to each other
2356. >You feel a lump in your throat
2357. >It seems they don't believe you either
2358. >Celestia turns back to you
2359. >"I hope for your sake you aren't trying to trick us."
  2360. >You tense
2361. "I-I'm not. I wish I could prove it somehow, but nopony believes me."
  2362. >You start breathing heavily
2363. "I just wake up one day in an alien body, Everyone thinks I'm just a kid. Do you have any idea how frustrating this is?!"
2364. >You start to lose composure
2365. "And now you're just taunting me with what I lost? Is that it?"
  2366. >Celestia remains impassive
2367. "What? Not going to gloat? Put me in my place?"
  2368. >You take on a mocking tone
2369. "Blah blah blah! So unbecoming of a filly?!?! Blah blah blah! Learn some manners!"
  2370. >you lose it
  2371. "Well FUCK YOU ALL!"
2372. >You practically leap off the couch and stomp towards door
2373. "I'm sick of this shit."
  2374.
2375. >You try to push the door open but it wont budge
2376. >They must be holding it closed somehow
2377. "God damnit, let me out now!"
  2378. >"Anonymous." Celestia beckons
  2379. "NO!"
2380. >The tears start flowing as you pound the door in vain
  2381. "LET ME OUT!"
2382. >You feel a hoof on your back
2383. >You turn to swipe it away, but stop when you realize its Starlight
2384. >She looks into your eyes, sadness overtaking her features
2385. >The rest of the ponies remain seated on the couches, watching the scene unfold
2386. "Just... just let me go. Please."
  2387. >"No."
  2388. "I... just..."
2389. >You collapse on the floor
2390. >Starlight joins you on the floor and takes you into a hug
2391. >You cling to her and cry until there are no more tears
2392. >She hums a soothing tune into your ear
2393. >The familiar comfort of her embrace calms you
2394. >You hear the clopping of horseshoes on the floor approaching you
  2395. >"Anonymous."
2396. >You look up at Celestia with red eyes
  2397. "I don't care."
2398. >"I want to give you the chance to prove what you say is true."
  2399. >Is she serious?
2400. "How am I supposed to do that?"
  2401. >"Come with me."
2402. >She turns back to Twilight and Luna
  2403. >"Everypony."
  2404.
2405. >The group makes its way through the decorative halls of the palace with Celestia at the lead
2406. >You had worn yourself out trying to beat down the door, so you were lying on Starlight's back
2407. >It was really nice of her to carry you
2408. >You turn down a flight of stairs, and begin the descent
2409. >As you descend, the smooth brick walls become rough and uneven
2410. >Dim torches sparsly light the way
2411. >You must be inside the mountain itself
2412. >At the bottom of the stairs, there is nothing
  2413. >Just a plain wall
2414. >Celestia stops at the wall, and begins channeling a spell
2415. >A section of the wall dissipates into nothing, revealing a hallway beyond
2416. >Celestia makes her way through the doorway, and you all follow.
2417. >It closes as you all pass through
2418. >"The... Royal vault." Starlight gasps in amazement
2419. >"Only the Princesses of Equestria are allowed access, with guests of course." Celestia adds.
2420. >The hallway briefly ends and opens up into a massive cave
2421. >Gargantuan stalactites greet you from the ceiling
2422. >Various stalgmites rise from the floor in an attempt to meet their hanging twins
2423. >Floors have been carved into the cave surface, and are littered with furniature, shelves, and display cases
2424. >The architecture compliments the natural formations of the cave in a decorative manner
2425. >Ancient bookshelves filled with dusty tomes circle the cave
2426. >There are small passageways and doors that appear to lead to other parts of the cave
2427. >Celestia leads your entourage through the caves and stops at a door.
2428. >She opens the door, and enters the room with the rest of you in tow
2429. >Its pitch black, but candles on the rough stone walls are soon ignited with magical flame
2430. >Tables and shelves line the room
2431. >They are filled with objects and trinkets
2432. >But not just any old junk
2433. >You recognize some of them
  2434.
2435. >A red standard with the letters "SPQR" wrapped in laurels with a golden eagle resting on the top
2436. >A massive mace made of gold, a lawn mower, a car engine, and a monopoly board game
2437. >This room was filled with various artifacts from throughout human history
2438. >How did they end up here?
2439. >Is this some sort of alternate universe?
2440. >In what way is this even possible?
2441. >Your mind is boggled just trying to understand
2442. >You hop off Starlight's back and begin inspecting the items
2443. >"Do you recognize any of this?" Celestia asks
2444. "Yes. These are all from my world."
2445. >A certain object catches your eye
2446. >It brings back a lot of memories
  2447. >Its a Nintendo 64 console
2448. >You look at the game cartridge still in the slot
  2449. >Pokemon Stadium
  2450. >You shed a single tear
2451. >Celestia walks up to you
2452. >"What is this? What is its significance?"
2453. >You think carefully before continuing
2454. "This is a Nintendo 64. A video game console. It's kind of hard to explain."
  2455. >"Please try."
2456. "The game console is connected to a television that displays pictures. You are able in influence and interact with the pictures using the controls."
2457. >You look around for the controllers
2458. "The controls usually plug into the front here, but they are missing."
2459. >"And you have used this device before?"
2460. "Yes, but it's been a while. This is a classic."
  2461. >"Interesting."
2462. >You spend some time telling Celestia about the objects
2463. >There are plenty you don't recognize, but some you do
2464. >You give Celestia as much details about them as you can
2465. >Though its starting to make you feel depressed and homesick
2466. >You are about to pick up a pair of brass knuckles when Celestia stops you
  2467.
  2468. >"That's enough."
  2469. >You turn to her
2470. >"Your knowledge of these items isn't something you could simply read or study anywhere. Its very personal and dear to you. I can see it in your eyes."
2471. >She looks over the items briefly, then back to you
  2472. >"Either you're telling the truth, or you're a great actor."
  2473. >She gives you a pleasant smile
2474. >"And I'm willing to give you the benefit of the doubt."
  2475. >You can't believe it
2476. >An immense wave of relief washes over you
2477. >Without thinking you wrap your hooves around her leg in a hug
  2478. "Thank you."
2479. >"You're welcome, my little pony."
2480. >You look up to her
  2481. "Pony?"
2482. >You stop momentarily before continuing
2483. "Yea, I guess so, at least for now."
2484. >"Come then, we can browse this collection later."
2485. >Celestia leads you and the others back to the Sunrise lounge
2486. >You spend the next few hours talking to Celestia about your life
2487. >Life before you woke up in Equestria
2488. >About what you used to do, your family, places you lived, things you owned
2489. >She listened intently, and was keeping notes on a scroll.
2490. >Luna was also keeping notes
2491. >Twilight and Starlight listened on in fascination
2492. >After a few hours, Celestia stops you
2493. >"We can continue later, it is time to lower the sun."
  2494. >wait, lower the sun?
2495. "What? What do you mean?"
2496. >Celestia leaves her seat, and makes her way to the balcony door
  2497. >"Join me, and I'll show you."
  2498.
2499. >You follow her out onto the balcony
2500. >The view of the city below is fantastic
2501. >You can see the silouettes of ponies finishing up their work for the day
2502. >Packing up their wares and bringing them indoors
2503. >Celestia lifts herself up into the air with a few deliberate strokes of her wings
2504. >The telltale glow of magic surrounds her horn
2505. >The sun begins to slowly descend
2506. >You watch as it drops below the horizon
2507. >The moon begins to rise to take its place
  2508. >You can't believe this
2509. >Did she just move the sun?
2510. >You notice Luna standing on a balcony farther off
2511. >Does she raise the moon?
2512. >Its so bizarre, but makes sense in a way
2513. >Celestia, Princess of the sun
2514. >Luna, Princess of the moon
  2515. "Wow."
2516. >"It is something, Isn't it? Even after countless sunrises and sunsets, the magesty of the sun never ceases to amaze."
2517. >Her hooves return to the balcony, and she turns to you
2518. >"Come, let us retire for the night."
2519. >You oblige and follow her indoors
2520. >"Now, I would like to ask you to stay in Canterlot for a while. I would like to know as much about humans as you can possibly tell me."
  2521. >That doesn't sound unreasonable to you
2522. >Plus, its a good reason to stay in Canterlot
  2523. >You like it here
2524. >but a question is knawing at your mind
2525. "How do you know about humans?"
2526. >"I will tell you all I know, but not today."
2527. >Darn, its going to eat at you
2528. >How are the two worlds connected?
2529. >Is that even how it works?
2530. >"But I must remind you not to speak of anypony about what we discuss. You must not reveal your origins to anypony."
  2531. "Why not?"
2532. >"I would rather not risk such knowledge being known, at least for now. I feel somepony could be able to use it for nefarious purposes."
  2533. >That kinda makes sense
2534. >But what kind of purposes?
2535. >"Come, I will arrange for accomidations for everypony."
  2536.
2537. >You've been laying in bed for a while now
  2538. >You can't sleep
2539. >So much has happened today
2540. >The trip here to Canterlot
  2541. >Meeting the princesses
2542. >All of that stuff down in the vault
  2543. >Its a lot to take in
2544. >Even if at least one pony believes you are what you are
2545. >That should bring at least a little peace
2546. >But Celestia wants you to keep quiet about it
  2547. >Just pretend you're actually a pony
2548. >Is that really what you want to do?
2549. >Celestia is the first pony to actually believe you anyway
2550. >And probably the only one that ever will
2551. >There has to be some way to change back into a human
  2552. >That is your goal
2553. >You will find a way to become human again
2554. >Your mind is metaphorically bouncing in your skull
2555. >You can't get comfortable, and toss and turn
  2556. "Fucking hell."
2557. >You get out of the bed and make your way out of the room to the hall.
2558. >You remember which room Starlight took
  2559. >You don't even knock
2560. >You make your way to her bed
  2561. >She's already asleep
2562. >You quietly hop into the bed and try not to wake her
2563. >You lay down in front of her and slowly inch closer
2564. >Her eyes pop open and she gasps, almost leaping out of the bed
  2565. "Relax, its just me."
2566. >"By Celestia, you scared me!"
  2567. "Sorry. I couldn't sleep."
2568. >She calms, and moves closer to you
  2569. >"Aww, my poor baby."
  2570. "I'm not a baby."
2571. >"Regardless of whatever has happened, you're a filly now."
2572. "Fine. Just cuddle me already."
2573. >Thankfully she obliges, and you savor the feeling of her embrace
2574. >Her hooves wrapped protectively around you
2575. >Her soft fur brushing against your muzzle
2576. >You clasp to her breast with your hooves
  2577. >Sleep takes you quickly
  2578.
2579. >Daylight breaks through the curtains, stirring you from your sleep
2580. >Starlight is sprawled on her back, and you're wrapped tightly around her hind leg
2581. >You have no intentions letting go
2582. >It isn't long before she stirs awake
  2583. >"Morning, my angel."
  2584. "Name's Anon, remember?"
2585. >She coos and strokes your mane
2586. >"You're not going to let go, are you?"
  2587. "Not a chance."
2588. >She sighs and pulls you off her leg with her magic
2589. >You reach your front legs towards her in a futile attempt to hold onto her
2590. "It's your fault for being so comfy."
2591. >She rolls her eyes and gets out of bed before setting you down
2592. >You snuggle back into the bed, drawing in her scent
2593. "You can't drag me out of bed today."
2594. >She walks over to the door before looking back at you smugly
2595. >"Oh, well. I guess I'll have to tour Canterlot all by myself today."
  2596. "WAIT FOR ME!"
2597. >You bolt out of the bed with lightning speed and make a dash for the door
2598. >You burst through the door into the hallway
2599. >"Wait! What about breakfast?!" Starlight calls out to you
  2600.
  2601. >You are Twilight Sparkle
2602. >And you missed having breakfast with Celestia
2603. >Its great to come back to Canterlot every now and then to catch up
2604. >Your old friends, your parents, the princess
2605. >Normally your brother as well, but he's with Cadence in the Crystal Empire
2606. >You and Celestia are enjoying breakfast together in the dining room
2607. >Of course, the both of you are early
2608. >Starlight and Anon should be around soon
2609. >You munch on a piece of jelly toast while Celestia tastes a banana
2610. >Something has really been bugging you about the whole Anon incident
2611. >You really want to ask her
  2612. "Princess?"
  2613. >Celestia looks to you
2614. "Do you think Anon came through the portal?"
2615. >Celestia looks down to her food
  2616. >"It is possible."
2617. "It would make sense. When I went through the portal I was changed into a human, and I become a pony again when I came back."
2618. >"Yes. If Anon is from that world then traveling here would have presumably transformed her."
2619. >She takes a bite of banana, thoughtfully chewing and swallowing before continuing
2620. >"But, the pieces don't all fit the puzzle."
  2621. "They don't?"
2622. >"No. Unless the portal has gone haywire, It wont be open for another week. How could Anon have used it? And if Anon really was a male before, how would the journey have changed her gender?"
2623. "Well, as far as we know only ponies have used the portal, not the other way around. The effects could be different for residents of the other side."
2624. >"Also, the Portal is under guard at all times since the incident with Sunset. Surely somepony would have noticed it being used."
  2625. >She has a point
2626. "True. In any case, I'll be writing Sunset Shimmer as soon as I return to Ponyville. Maybe she knows of an Anonymous on the other side, and can help us get to the bottom of this."
2627. >"Good thinking. I'm glad you're still as smart as ever."
  2628. >You beam
  2629. >You're still a glutton for Celestia's praise
  2630.
2631. >Before you can discuss the topic any further, Starlight and Anon are led in by one of the maids
2632. >They must have been lost
  2633. >How cute
2634. >"Sorry we're late, we got lost." Starlight says as her and Anon join you at the table
  2635. >"Its 110% Glim Glam's fault."
  2636. >You roll your eyes
2637. "I suppose its time we told them the plan, Celestia?"
  2638. >"God Purple, can't a horse eat first?"
2639. >Celestia picks up a banana from a plate on the table, and moves it to Anon
  2640. >"Do you like bananas?"
  2641. >"I love them."
2642. >Anon takes the banana from Celestia's magical grip and begins devouring it
  2643. >You have to admit she's a cute filly
2644. >Shes kinda growing on you
  2645. >Even if she was a pain
  2646. >And was actually human
2647. >You're still not completely convinced
2648. >But as more and more of the picture comes together, the more it makes sense
2649. >Starlight grabs a peice of toast and begins eating
2650. >"So, what is this plan?"
  2651. >Celestia turns to Starlight
2652. >"The plan is for Anonymous to stay here in Canterlot, at least for the time being. I need her contribution to our collective knowledge of humans, and I would like to help find out how she got here."
2653. >"I'm ok with this." Anon perks up
2654. >"I will see to it that Anonymous' needs are taken care of. The two of you can return to Ponyville at your convenience."
2655. >You'll probably head home this evening
2656. >"So... Starlight has to go home?" Anon asks dejectedly
  2657. >Wow, the poor thing
2658. >She's really getting attached to Starlight, isn't she?
2659. "Starlight can stay. That shouldn't be a problem."
  2660. >Starlight looks to you
  2661. >"Are you sure, Twilight?"
2662. "Yes. If Anon wants you to stay then I see no reason why you shouldn't."
2663. >"What about my friendship studies?"
2664. "Think of it as a vacation of sorts."
2665. >"Well, I don't mind the vacation, and Anon certainly enjoys my company."
  2666. >She gives anon a noogie
  2667. >"Glimmy, don't embarass me!"
2668. >"Oh, they don't know about your addiction to cuddles, do they?"
  2669. >"Stahp!"
2670. >Celestia and you share a laugh at Starlight and Anon's antics
  2671.
  2672. >You are Anonymous
  2673. >And you want a sword
  2674. "I want a sword."
2675. >The rough looking blacksmith looks over his table, and down to you
  2676. >"Kid, you're too young for a sword."
  2677. >You pout
2678. "Mommy, buy me a sword."
2679. >Starlight grabs you by the tail with her magic, and starts dragging you off.
2680. >"I'm not buying you a sword. Come on."
  2681. "But I need one!"
  2682. >"What for?"
  2683. "For fighting, of course."
  2684. >"No."
  2685. >Damn, it was worth a shot
2686. >After breakfast, Starlight was awesome and decided to let you tour Canterlot
  2687. >Canterlot was a really cool place
2688. >Ponies everywhere, all kinds of cool stuff to look at
2689. >The various stalls and shops beckoning you in
2690. >All the jewels, trinkets, supplies, and weaponry
2691. >And anything else you could think of
2692. >The restauraunts assault the street with the smell of culinary perfection
2693. >You can almost see the delicous wafts seeping out the doors
2694. >You take in all you can while staying as close to Starlight as possible
  2695. >You don't want to get lost
2696. >You're trying your best to learn the layout of the city
2697. >The roads wind around the face of the mountain haphazardly
2698. >But you're starting to get your bearings of the place
2699. >You're looking at some boring flowers when a sign catches your eye
2700. >The sign has an object you would recognize anywhere
  2701. >The twenty-sided die
  2702.
  2703. >No way
  2704. >Does it exist here?
2705. >A few doors down, the shop sign proudly displays the twenty-sided die over its title 'Excalibur Games.'
2706. "Glimmy! Lets check this out!"
2707. >You grab her hoof and start excitedly dragging her to the store
2708. >"Jeeze, Anon? Whats the deal?"
2709. >You ignore her protest and push the door open
2710. >The jingling bell announces your presence
2711. >And it is exactly what you were hoping
2712. >Shelves line the walls with tabletop games
2713. >A table in the center displays dice and figurines
2714. >The weathered wooden floorboards, dark walls and slow spinning ceiling fans give the shop rustic feel
  2715. >There must be a god
  2716. >and he loves you
2717. >You start looking at the books on the shelves, hoping to find Dungeons and Dragons
  2718. >Ogres and Oubliettes?
2719. >They must have a different name for it here in horse land
2720. >"Uh... are you really into this stuff Anon?"
  2721. "Yes."
2722. >"You really are a nerd." Starlight smirks
  2723. "Hi pot, meet kettle."
2724. >You browse the titles for a few minutes before a masculine voice startles you
2725. >"Lookin for somethin in particular?"
2726. >Behind a desk piled with trading cards and figurines is a purple stallion with a black mane
2727. "I was just browsing. No use having the game if I have nopony to play with."
2728. >"Nopony to play with? Well, theres a group in the game room right now."
2729. >He points his hoof over to an archway leading to another room
2730. >You can see a few empty tables, and a group occupying one of the tables.
2731. >Do you really want to try and make friends?
2732. >If it means getting in a session of DnD in, then hell yes
  2733.
2734. >You make your way into the game room and approach the table
2735. >"And you're about to the entrance of the dungeon, and... hello?"
2736. >The table is occupied by a group of colts
2737. >The one speaking is obviously the dungeon master, as his white mane pokes out from the top of his screen
  2738. "Hi. Can I play?"
  2739. >"Uh... this is a boys game."
2740. "Are you saying I'm incapable?"
2741. >The dungeon master looks quickly at his players before continuing
  2742. >"No! I mean, its just... you're a girl."
  2743. "And?"
2744. >"You really want to play?"
  2745. "Yes."
2746. >"Anon, did you forget that I'm here?" Starlight interrupts
2747. "But mommy! I want to play! Its been so long, I need this! Please?!"
2748. >You give her puppy dog eyes
  2749. >"And what about me?"
2750. >Ah shit, you did forget her
  2751. >She probably doesn't want to play
2752. >She turns to the dungeon master
2753. >"How long will you be playing for?"
  2754. >"A few hours, ma'am."
2755. >"You know what? why not. I've got some things I wouldn't mind doing. I'll be back in a few hours then, and I expect you to behave Anon... and to be here until I get back."
2756. >What really? She's just gonna let you stay here?
  2757. >Fuck yes!
  2758. >No complaints from you
2759. >You wrap your hooves around her neck in a hug
  2760. "Thank you!"
  2761. >"You're welcome, sweetie."
2762. >Starlight gives you a kiss on the forehead and leaves you to your game
2763. >You joyfully grab a chair and pull up to the table
2764. >The colts whisper among each other
2765. "I'm Anon, by the way."
2766. >the dungeon master peeks his head over the screen
  2767. >"Name's Ivory Buster."
2768. >The other colts take turns naming themselves
  2769. >"Marble Mark."
  2770. >"Cobalt."
  2771. >"Rapid Gust."
2772. >Alright, time to get your /tg/ on
  2773.
2774. >"So, your mom follows you everywhere?"
2775. "Yea, its part of being amazing."
2776. >Ivory rolls his eyes and hands you a set of rule sheets
2777. >"Alright then, You know how to play?"
  2778. >You skim it quickly
2779. >Its a direct copy of Dungeons and Dragons 3.5
  2780. "Yes."
2781. >"Alright then, What class do you want to play?"
  2782. "Wizard."
2783. >"Alright... go ahead and make a spell list."
2784. >You start writing down your list of spells
  2785. >You smile to yourself
2786. >These nerds are in for a surprise
2787. >You hand Ivory a copy of your spell list
2788. >He skims the list before looking up to you
2789. >"Uh... Are you sure you know how to play?"
  2790. >You raise an eyebrow
2791. "Yes, why would you say that?"
2792. >"Your spells, theres no damage spells."
  2793. "And?"
2794. >"What good is a wizard without damage spells?"
  2795. >Rapid Gust interjects
2796. >"Whatever Ivory, lets play. We'll just have to carry her I guess."
  2797. >So they think
  2798.
  2799. >You are God.
2800. >Well, thats your character's name at least.
2801. >You are joined by your companions: Sir Marble Mark, Deacon Cobalt, and Rapid Gust the Slippery
2802. >Or as you call them: Big Stupid Fighter, Healbot, and Skillmonkey
2803. >Your party is standing at the base of the high reaching staircase in a snaking chasm
2804. >What idiot put no handrails on these stairs?
2805. >Is this the cave of wonders?
  2806. >You hope there's a genie's lamp at the top
2807. >Big Stupid Fighter speaks up
2808. >"The entrance to the evil mage's dungeon is at the top of these stairs."
2809. "Well, start climbing. You're first."
2810. >"Scared to be in front?"
2811. "No, its just your job."
2812. >"Very well, The honorable and noble Sir Marble shall lead the way!"
2813. > hooves echo on the rough stone steps as you all make the ascent
2814. >You look over the side of the stairs, and the long drop sends shivers down your spine
2815. >As you're nearing the top, the stairs meet the cavern wall and a large ornate door
2816. >"Alright, this is the entrance, we just have to.."
2817. >BSF is interrupted by shouts from behind
2818. >"Its the intruders! Get them!"
2819. >wicked looking armor-clad soldiers are following you up the steps
2820. >Oh boy, here we go.
2821. >"Oh no, we must stand our ground and fight toe to toe without falling to our deaths! They must have waited for this moment to attack!"
2822. >And this is why you call him Big Stupid Fighter
  2823.
2824. >As BSF readies his sword and board to meet the oncomming attackers, you gently move him to the side
2825. "Good lord just stop already, I got this."
2826. >You mutter the incantation of the spell as you channel it
2827. >Several balls of grease materialize over the stairs below
2828. >They soon fall, bathing the steps in a slick covering
2829. >As your would-be attackers climb, they slip and fall on the now greasy stairs and fall off the sides, and back into eachother
2830. >As your group stands with mouths agape watching the carnage, you grab the torch from BSF's shield hoof with your unicorn magic, and toss it into the grease
2831. >The stairs are now bathed in a layer of flames, preventing any more attackers from reaching you
2832. "Come on Skillmonkey, be useful and open this door. I could do it myself but then you'd have nothing to do."
  2833. >He stutters
  2834. >"I... Uh... Okay."
  2835.
2836. >Your party made its way through the lair with relative ease
2837. >Rooms and cooridors filled with the evil mage's minions put up stiff resistance
2838. >They were no match for your superior arcane abilities though
  2839. >Sure, your group helped
2840. >Big Stupid Fighter soaked in all the damage
2841. >Skill monkey poked things in the back
  2842. >Healbot kept them healed
2843. >You didn't need healing because you were too amazing to take damage
  2844. >A little bit
2845. >Honestly, they would probably would be dead if it wasn't for you ability to alter reality
2846. >They would often celebrate their victory over your foes with rowdy cheers
2847. >Let the mortals have their fun
2848. >They would pick through the bodies after the carnage, taking whatever they thought was valuable
2849. >You weren't really that interested beyond the gold pieces
2850. >You were more interested in finding the mage's library
2851. >Maybe he has some neato spells that you havent come across yet
2852. >More spells in the book is never a bad thing
2853. >But still, no sign of the mage himself, or his library
2854. >You're all back in the entrance hall of the dungeon
2855. >A large staircase leads up to the second floor from the center, and various doors and hallways lead to other areas in the labrynth
2856. >You're beginning to get dissapointed
2857. >"So the mage is supposed to be here somewhere."
  2858. >No shit BSF
2859. "There's no question he is here, the question is where."
2860. >"Perhaps there is some sort of ritual somewhere. It wouldn't be surprising if he has interdimensional refuges." Healbot adds
  2861. >Very likely, actually
2862. >At least Healbot is sort of smart
2863. >BSF leans on the stair railing, and it shifts to the side before returning to its place
2864. >You hear a deep rumbling of stone as the floor opens up into a descending staircase
2865. "Aw man, really? We could have just skipped the whole crawl and got to the good bits."
2866. >BSF leads the way as you all make the descent
2867. >This mage guy really likes stairs
  2868.
2869. >The descent leads you into a large circular room with runes carved into the walls
2870. >On the far end of the room is a door
2871. >And there is a unicorn standing in front of the door
  2872. >Robes, wizard hat, check.
2873. >You're pretty sure its Mr. Evil Mage Dude
2874. >"You dare defile my sanctuary?" The mage shouts from the other end of the room
2875. "Yep. I want your stuff."
  2876. >He scoffs
2877. >"Think you can just pilfer me? Think again!"
2878. >He pulls a vase from his pocket and smashes it on the ground.
2879. >The walls start to rumble as hulking creatures made of stone pull themselves out
  2880. >Stone golems? what a noob
2881. >Your party readies itself against the lumbering stones
2882. "Get them all bunched up nicely, and I'll make short work of them."
2883. >"How? Aren't they immune to spells?" Healbot queries
  2884. "Not exactly."
  2885. >"Alright, I hope you know what you're doing."
2886. "I am god, after all."
  2887. >You turn to Skillmonkey
2888. "See if you can't get close to the douchebag, make him sweat a bit."
2889. >"What about the golems?!" He scoffs
2890. "We'll handle them, just make Mr. Mage poo his pants."
2891. >Your team moves up to meet the advancing stones while you turn your attention to the mage
  2892. >he's smiling a stupid smile
2893. >and you're going to wipe it off his face
2894. >You were prepared to deal with him today
  2895. >He begins an incantation
2896. >Some stupid worthless spell no doubt
2897. >You've already got a counterspell ready for him
2898. >As the spell is released from his horn, your own spell is released and collides with his
2899. >As they spells collide they are both negated
2900. >You put on a shit-eating grin as you see his disgruntled expression
2901. >"H-how dare you! Nopony disrupts my spells!"
  2902. "Get fucked nerd."
  2903.
  2904. >"Anon!"
2905. >Big Stupid Fighter is shouting at you
2906. >Him and Healbot are taking heavy hits from the golems, but they're got their attention and they're all in a group
  2907. >Perfect
2908. >You channel your next spell and cast
2909. >The ground beneath the golems turns into corrosive acid
2910. >The hulking stone beasts begin sinking into the pool as their legs dissolve
2911. >Content with your work, you turn back to Mr. Mage
2912. >He's casting a spell, and its coming right for you!
2913. >The magical bolt hits you right in the chest and knocks you over
2914. >The world is still spinning as you try to get to your feet
  2915. >You're seeing spots
  2916. >That hurt a lot and you're probably bleeding
2917. >Lucky bastard actually got a spell off
2918. >It wont save him though
2919. >You turn to him in time to see Skill Monkey put a knife in his back
  2920. >Hey, he's actually somewhat useful
2921. >Better a Skill Monkey then a waste of space
2922. >The mage grunts in pain as he falls to the ground
2923. >Skill Monkey delivers the coup de grace and flexes triumphantly
2924. >"Ah yea, showed that mage who is the boss!"
2925. >Yea, let him have his moment
2926. >He wouldn't have had the chance if you weren't busy destroying everything
2927. >You shake off the spinning feeling and make your way over to him
2928. >Your other companions do the same as the golems are dissolved in the acid
2929. >"Yea! We're the best!" BSF and Skillmonkey cheer
2930. >Healbot is tending to you
2931. >"Hold still Anon, this will only take a moment."
2932. "Yea yea, just get it over with."
2933. >You feel the tingling sensation of the restorative magic wash over you
2934. >It clears your bruises and closes your cuts
2935. >Feels like nothing ever happened to you
2936. "Alright, lets see what this guy has. Hopefully some juicy loot."
  2937.
  2938. >You are Starlight Glimmer
2939. >And you love the spa in Canterlot
2940. >Sure, the Ponyville spa was amazing
2941. >But even it cant hold a candle to this
2942. >Hooficures, mudbaths, facials, the works
2943. >You haven't felt this great in a long time
2944. >Anon would have never agreed to this treatment
2945. >And the both of you would have missed out
  2946. >Such a stubborn little filly
  2947. >Stubborn but lovable
2948. >You hope leaving her alone wasn't a bad idea
2949. >Hopefully you don't go to get her only to find that she's gone
  2950. >Or she's done something bad
2951. >Knowing her, thats probably the case
2952. >And yet, it doesn't really bother you all that much
2953. >It definately drives Twilight crazy
2954. >And her friends too, at least a little bit
  2955. >Except for Pinkie Pie
  2956. >But why is that?
2957. >Why are you the one that has this bond with Anon?
  2958. >Not that you're complaining, It's just something you don't completely understand
  2959. >But maybe you don't need to
2960. "Thank you, It was absoultely wonderful."
2961. >"Glad you liked it, please come again soon!"
2962. >The attendent cheerfully takes your bits and you make your way to the front door
2963. >The game store is just a block away, so it shouldn't take you too long
2964. >Part of you is afraid to see the result of leaving Anon alone
  2965.
  2966.
2967. >A brisk walk later and you're standing at the door to Excalibur Games
  2968. >And you're really nervous
2969. >You pray to Celestia that nothing went wrong
2970. >Explaining it to the Princess would be hard
2971. >You take a deep breath and push open the door
2972. >The attendent from before looks up to you with smile, and nods his head towards the game room
2973. >You make your way over and peek inside
  2974. >And there she is
2975. >She's standing on her chair, with her front hooves on the table
  2976. >Grinning ear to ear
  2977. >Like she's genuinely happy
2978. >Your heart melts and flows out as a warm smile as you watch the cute scene unfold
2979. >"Alright, I got his spellbook. We got everything we want out of this place right?"
  2980. >The other colts nod
  2981. >"Well, lets go."
2982. >The colt behind the screen speaks up
  2983. >"Well, thats a wrap for today."
2984. >"What? No more?" Anon pouts
2985. >"Nah, I gotta get home soon. My mom will kill me if I stay too late."
  2986. >"You're killin' me Ivory."
2987. >Ivory starts packing the game
2988. >"Sorry Anon. We meet here every Sunday if you want to play next week."
2989. >"Damn right I want to play again!"
  2990. "Anon!"
2991. >She looks to you with wide eyes of sudden realization
  2992. >"S-sorry!"
2993. >You shake your head amusedly as you enter the room
  2994. "How was your game?"
2995. >Anon bounds off her chair to you
  2996. >"It was great!"
  2997. >She hugs your leg
  2998. >gods she's cute
  2999. "Ready to go then?"
  3000. >"Yea..."
  3001. >She pauses in thought
  3002. >"Can I come back next week?"
3003. "Of course, if thats alright with your new friends."
3004. >You look to the colts at the table and they nod
3005. >"Sure, Anon's welcome. Its always fun to have another player."
  3006. >Anon turns to them
3007. >"Thanks guys, I'll see you next week!"
3008. "Well come on then, we need to head back to the castle soon. You can tell me all about your game on the way."
  3009. >"Sure!"
  3010.
  3011. >You are Cobalt
3012. >You're watching Anon leave with her mom
3013. >She's practically attached to her leg
3014. >Telling the story of your latest game session with excitement and enthusiasm
3015. >The retelling is cut short for you before they leave the shop
3016. >And you are trying to wrap your head around what happened today
3017. >"Wow..." Ivory says as he sets the board in the box
3018. >"Yea, that was something. A filly that plays O&O?" Marble idly hoofs his figure
3019. >"Not only that, but she just strait up dominated the game!" Rapid exclaims
3020. "And she's going to the castle. She must be important too."
3021. >Your friends give each other an amused look before turning to you
  3022. >"And she's cute."
  3023. >Yea, she really is
3024. >"You should totally ask her out Cobalt."
  3025. >WHAT
3026. >You recoil and raise a hoof defensively
  3027. "What?! N-no! I couldn't!"
3028. >"Oh, come on!" Ivory puts another board in the box
3029. >"You're the only one here without a marefriend."
  3030. "B-but I cant!"
3031. >"Why not? Are you chicken?"
  3032. >yes
  3033. "No."
3034. >"Then do it." Marble laughs
3035. >"Its obvious you like her, You could barely take your eyes off her." Rapid chides you
3036. >Were you really checking her out that much?
  3037. >Was it so obvious?
  3038. >You hope she didn't notice
  3039. >She had a nice plot
3040. >You had watched her slight sway as she had left
3041. >"Hell man, I'd ask her out myself If I didn't have one already." Ivory adds as he puts the lid on the game box
  3042. >You cant
  3043. >You're too nervous
3044. >What if she said no?
3045. >It would make you look dumb
3046. >You don't think you could handle the embarrassment of being turned down
3047. "Shes out of my league."
3048. >"Nonsense. Tell you what: next week you ask her out, and we'll back you up."
  3049. >"If you don't we'll steal your cleric's holy symbol."
3050. >Your friends snicker and playfully punch each others shoulders
3051. >"And beat you up or something."
3052. >They weren't going to let you out of this
3053. >You sigh and hang your head in defeat
  3054. "Ok."
3055. >Your friends let out a whoop and brohoof you
3056. >"Cobalt's finally gonna get a marefriend! Next we'll have to make sure he gets laid!"
  3057. >wat
  3058.
  3059. "Laid!?! w-what?"
  3060. >You don't think you could
3061. >You've never even done that before
3062. >They laugh at your expense again
3063. >"Oh come on man! You're so nervous about asking a filly out, Just be yourself."
3064. >Easy for them to say
3065. >Ivory puts the game box in his saddle bag and makes his way to the door
3066. >"Well, see you guys at school tomorrow."
  3067. >"Yep, cya!"
  3068. "Later."
3069. >You and your friends leave the shop and go your separate ways
3070. >As you walk home you can't get Anon out of your mind
3071. >Just thinking about her leaves a burning sensation in your chest
3072. >She was the perfect mare
  3073. >Her smile
  3074. >Her beautiful green eyes
3075. >Her rugged but alluring mane
3076. >How her eyelashes flutter just a bit when she blinks
3077. >That determined look on her face when she was making a game play
3078. >The way she just tore Ivory's dungeon apart
3079. >She's so good at the game it wasn't even a challenge
3080. >You're pretty sure Ivory beefed it up on the fly too
3081. >And her plot, oh man
3082. >She must be the most perfect mare you've ever met
3083. >You're stomach is wrenching from nervousness
3084. >You can't believe you let your friends pressure you into asking her out
3085. >You're excited and you want to cry at the same time
3086. >Its going to be a long week of anticipation
  3087.
  3088. >You are Anonymous
  3089. >And you've had a pretty great day
3090. >You got to check out Canterlot and play a good session of O&O
3091. >So far, your best day in Equestria
  3092. >You've surprised yourself
3093. >It turns out you can have a good time as a horse
3094. >You happily trot alongside Starlight as the both of you make your way back to the castle
3095. >The late summer breeze brushing against your coat
3096. >The soft fluffy clouds lulling about in the sky
  3097. >You let out a content sigh
3098. >In all honesty, you haven't felt this good since you got here
  3099. >Nothing could go wrong
3100. >You have everything you could ever want here
3101. >An awesome and interesting place to live, at least temporarily
3102. >Some of the ponies get on your nerves, but they all seem to mean well
3103. >And of course there are those that you do like
  3104. >Like Starlight
3105. >You always want to be around her
  3106. >But why is that?
3107. >What is the true nature of your relationship?
3108. >At first the 'mom' thing kind of slipped, and you've been mostly rolling with it
3109. >It feels good, and she doesn't seem to mind
3110. >Actually now that yout think about it, she actually seems to like it
3111. >Does she want to be your mom?
3112. >Do you want to be her daughter?
3113. >Or is it not quite set in stone, and a bit more complicated?
3114. >You make your way to the castle and make your way up the steps in the main hall
  3115. >"Hey Starlight! Anon!"
3116. >You look to see Twilight poking her head out from the hallway
3117. >She makes her way towards you
3118. >She's got her saddlebags on, she's probably leaving soon
  3119. >awesome
  3120. >"Hey Twilight, leaving already?"
3121. >Twilight removed a wax-sealed scroll from her bags with her magic and hands it to Starlight
3122. >"Yep! But I've got a surprise for you and Anon."
  3123.
3124. >Knowing her its probably a book or something
  3125. "Oh boy."
3126. >Your reply drips with sarcasm, but she's either dense or ignored it
  3127. >She beams
3128. >"I've arranged for a private tutor just for Anon. That way she doesn't have to worry about school."
3129. >Isn't that pretty much the same thing?
  3130. "I don't need a tutor, or school."
3131. >"Oh don't be silly! of course you do."
  3132. "I'll pass."
3133. >She's not taking no for an answer
3134. >"The only passing you'll have to worry about is passing the tests."
3135. "Come on Purple, I was having a good day and now you're throwing off my groove."
  3136. >she harrumphs
  3137. >"My name is Twilight."
  3138. "I know, Purple."
3139. >She shakes her head in frustration
3140. >"Anon, If you're going to live here in Equestria then we need to ensure you have a proper education."
3141. "I don't want to live in Equestria. I want to go home."
3142. >Twilight and Starlight share a pained look
3143. >"Well, we don't know how you can even get home."
  3144. >you sigh
  3145. "Yea..."
3146. >"It's not so bad, You have ponies here who care about you!" Starlight says as she takes you into a light hug
3147. >You lean your face into her leg
  3148. >She is right
3149. >You take some comfort in that fact
3150. >"Well, the next train to Ponyville is leaving soon. This scroll has Anon's schedule as well as a list of everything else she'll need. I trust you to handle everything Starlight."
  3151. >Starlight nods
  3152. >"Of course. Thanks Twilight."
3153. >"Anytime! Hope to see you two in Ponyville again soon!"
3154. >Twilight makes her way out of the castle, and waves goodbye before exiting through the doors
3155. >After a moment, Starlight lifts your chin with a hoof so you're looking into her eyes
3156. >"Come on Anon, I'm sure the chefs have some ice cream. Lets get some and then I'll read you a story, ok?"
3157. >You loved when she read to you last
  3158. "I'd like that."
  3159.
3160. >Starlight's soft pink fur tickles your nose as you snuggle against her
3161. >The strands shifting and melding with your own green brand
3162. >You can feel the vibration of her voice as she reads the words of the story
3163. >Her soft and feminine voice bringing the words to life
3164. >You think this is what heaven really is
3165. >Being next to a mare that you really care about
3166. >Sharing every little precious moment that you can
3167. >You breathe contently and nuzzle her side every now and then
3168. >She gently squeezes you back in return
3169. >She adjusts her posture against the bed pillows, but you don't let go
3170. >She giggles a bit and continues reading
3171. >You can't think of anything that has ever made you so happy
3172. >The two of you enjoy the moment until the sun takes its reprise under the horizon
3173. >You could die right now and it would be ok
3174. >Because you know now for certain
3175. >It really hasn't been that long, but does it really need to be?
3176. >You know that you love her
  3177. "I love you mommy."
3178. >She bends down and kisses you on the top of the head
  3179. >"I love you too."
3180. >Her rhythmic breathing and alluring voice draw you closer and closer until sleep takes you
  3181.
3182. >Soft rays of sunlight batter your closed eyes through the thin curtains, pulling you from your sleep
3183. >You squint and stretch your legs
3184. >The familiar warmth of Starlight is missing
3185. >Your head shoots up in search of what you've lost
  3186. >She's not here
3187. >You're in your own room
3188. >Damn, she must have moved you in here when you fell asleep
3189. >You're a bit sad you don't get to wake up to a face full of pink fur, but its too late to cry now
3190. >You decide to lay in bed all day
3191. >Twilight ruined your good life with work
  3192. >Hopefully everyone will forget
3193. >Knocking on your door reminds you otherwise
  3194. >"Anon! Are you awake?"
3195. >You pull the covers over your head and try to hide
3196. >You hear the door knob click open and the soft clopping of hooves on the floor
3197. >"Come on Anon, time to wake up!"
  3198. "Glim Glam pls go."
3199. >The blankets are covered in a teal aura before they are pulled off you
3200. "No! You're in trouble for putting me in my room all alone with nopony to cuddle."
3201. >You look up to her with faux dejection
3202. "I could have died, you know."
3203. >She rolls her eyes and pickes you up with her magic
3204. >"Come on, We have lots to do today."
3205. >You flail your limbs in a futile effort to escape
  3206. "Gah! No!"
3207. >"Stop resisting!" She teases you
  3208. "Nope!"
3209. >"We need to get ready, eat breakfast, and go over your schedule and not be late!"
3210. "I'll be sure to take my time."
3211. >She floats you over to the washroom
  3212. >This is becoming a thing
3213. >"You wouldn't want to keep ponies waiting would you?"
3214. "A Wizard is never late."
3215. >She opens the door and sets you inside
3216. >"You've got thirty minutes. I'll drag you out sopping wet if you aren't done."
3217. >She laughs and closes the door
3218. >Today is going to suck
  3219.
3220. >The warm water flowing off your coat and mane soothes you
3221. >The hot steam invigorating your skin and muscles
3222. >Sometimes you never want to get out of the shower
3223. >You just want to stand in here all day
3224. >You finish rinsing the shampoo out of your mane with relative ease
3225. >You've gotten pretty used to being a pony
3226. >Even without magic you can move and manipulate things
3227. >You grab a bottle of coat shampoo and begin lathering it
3228. >You scrub your arms barrel, and make your way to your haunches
3229. >You carefully work your inner thighs
3230. >Gently, you make sure your marehood is clean
3231. >It feels really good when you rub your hoof along your lips
  3232. >You can't help it
3233. >Now that you've got one, its hard not to want to play with it a bit
3234. >Like several times before while showering, you continue gently stroking it
3235. >You should probably stop, you need to get out of the shower soon
3236. >But then, you can make it quick
3237. >You have plenty of time
  3238.
3239. >You re-position yourself in the tub so that the falling water will run off your slit
3240. >You lower your face and lean against the side of the bathtub
3241. >The soft sensation of droplets spur your arousal as you lift your tail
3242. >You can already feel the warmth building up between your legs
3243. >You're already winking in anticipation
3244. >You take your free hoof and trail slowly downwards along your belly
3245. >You caress a teat briefly before moving to the main attraction
3246. >Your marehood winks as you move your hoof, sending a wave of pleasure through you
3247. >You almost buck and fall over from the sensation
3248. >Your breathing become erratic and labored from pleasure
3249. >Vigorously, you begin to rub up and down on your slit
3250. >Your hips begin rocking with the motions
3251. >Fuck, this feels so good
  3252. "ohh... fff..."
3253. >Fluids of arousal leak out of you before being washed away by the running water
3254. >you make sure to stroke your clit each time you wink
3255. >Trembles overtake your body each time, driving you closer and closer to your climax
3256. >You clench your inner muscles on nothing, partially wishing there was something
3257. >Moans and squeaks of ecstasy escape your lips as you continue to pleasure yourself
3258. >As you feel the pressure building up, you start rubbing yourself faster
3259. >Pitched whines and whinnies escape your mouth as you feel yourself reaching orgasm
3260. "Ahh... Mmm... oh, fuck... AHHHOOOHH!"
3261. >The maregasm overtakes your senses as your eyes roll back in your head
3262. >Your backside trembles violently as the fluids flow from your marehood into the tub
3263. >You almost fall over but manage to keep your backside raised
3264. >As you come down from the high of orgasm, you begin idly rubbing yourself again
  3265. >You're still winking
3266. >And you really wouldn't mind going at it again
  3267.
3268. >With no warning, the bathroom door bursts open and you hear a pair of hooves clopping in
3269. >"Anon, its been thirty minutes! Whats taking you so l-"
  3270. >Oh fuck
3271. >You should have locked the door
3272. >In your surprise, you slip and fall onto your rear
3273. >After thumping your bum, you scramble on the edge of the tub to address Starlight
3274. >You see only the back of her tail as she makes a hasty exit
3275. >She pulls the door closed behind her, slamming it loudly
3276. >The shower curtain was open
3277. >She probably just saw what you were doing
3278. >You're not sure if self fondling is a common thing with horses
  3279. >Awkward
3280. >How exactly are you going to explain or bullshit your way out of this?
3281. >Its not something you've ever had to deal with
3282. >In the past you were pro enough to not be walked in on
3283. >Do ponies get in trouble for this kind of thing?
3284. >You quickly rinse yourself and turn off the shower
3285. >You had been hoping a quick flick would make the day suck less
3286. >but now it could very well suck more
  3287.
3288. >You dry yourself and wrap your mane in a dry towel
3289. >Before leaving the bathroom, you look at your reflection in the mirror
3290. >A cute face wearing a towel wrapped mane and big green eyes stare back at you
3291. >A face still flush with the moment and a hot shower
3292. >You leave the bathroom and find Starlight sitting on the edge your bed
3293. >Her head lowered in shame and embarassment
3294. >She's fidgeting with her hooves
  3295. "So..."
  3296. >"Sorry."
3297. "Yea... Shower time is my private time."
3298. >She idly swings one of her legs
3299. >You rub your neck with a hoof
3300. "Is that normal here? To just walk in on somepony in the shower?"
3301. >She looks up to you
3302. >"Well, no... I didn't realize you... gah, this is difficult. Can we just pretend that never happened?"
3303. >She buries her face in her hooves
  3304. >Poor girl
3305. >She's beating herself up over it
3306. >Come to think of it, you aren't really all that worked up over it
3307. >part of you wants to torment her
3308. >But this is Glim Glam
3309. >If it was another pony you wouldn't even think twice
3310. >But she's pretty based most of the time, so you'll let it slide
3311. "Sure. Next time just offer me a hoof, ok?"
3312. >She looks up to you with a half confused expression
  3313. >"I-uh, what?"
3314. >Well, maybe you'll mess with her just once
  3315. >You laugh
  3316. >"Anon!"
  3317. "God, I'm just kidding!"
3318. >She throws her hooves up exasperatedly
  3319. >"Thats not funny!"
  3320. "I respectfully disagree."
3321. >She shakes her head before hopping off the bed and walking to the desk in the room
3322. >She floats a scroll off the desk with her aura
3323. >You recognze it as the one Twilight gave her yesterday
3324. >She unravels the string keeping it bundled up, and the paper rolls open
3325. >"Lets move on, we need to go over your schedule quickly, you're already running late."
3326. >She's already trying to play it off, oh well.
3327. >You pull the towel off your head and toss it on the bed before sitting one of the comfy chairs that accent the room
3328. >Starlight sits in another chair next to you and starts reading the scroll
  3329.
3330. >"Alright... You'll need to go to the Canterlot library from 8 to 12 for your education."
3331. "Wait. Why do I need this exactly? I've already been educated."
3332. >"Because if you really are from some other world, then you know nothing about ours. If you're going to live here then you need at least a basic education."
3333. "Stop having good reasons for things I don't like."
  3334. >She giggles
3335. >"Lets see... after that you're free until 3. Your work with Celestia is from 3 to 6, and you'll meet her in the Sunrise Hall. You remember where that is?"
  3336. >You nod
  3337. >That doesn't bother you at all
  3338. >Celestia is pretty chill
3339. >Hanging out with here will be awesome
3340. >"...And thats pretty much it."
3341. "Well it sounds pretty alright except for the first part."
3342. >"If you'd like you can go to a regular school like the other fillies and colts."
3343. >Honestly that would probably be more interesting
3344. >More helpless targets for you to terrorize
3345. >"Well, you'd be very late as it is. School starts at 7 and ends at 2:30. I'm sure we could work that in if its your preference."
  3346. >god no
  3347. >You'll take the 4 hours over 7 and a half
  3348. "No."
  3349. >"I'm glad you're agreeable today."
3350. >She rolls up the scroll and places it back on the desk
3351. >"Now come on, we still need to eat breakfast."
  3352. >You begrudgingly comply
3353. >As much as you want to do nothing, you decide its best to please Starlight
3354. >After all, you wouldn't want to miss out on cuddles
  3355.
  3356.
3357. >One quick breakfast later and the two of you make your way to the Canterlot library
3358. >You're toting your saddlebags filled with any supplies you might need
3359. >Its not too far from the castle
  3360. >Not even a block away
3361. >As you round the corner you immediately discern your destination
3362. >You're almost surprised Starlight didn't get you both lost
3363. >You've never been to the library here, but it's hard not to recognize it as one
3364. >Solid Marble statues of two proud unicorns on raised platforms stand vigil to the hall of knowledge
3365. >The steps lead up between them to a brick building lined with tall glass panes
3366. >A gold-framed glass rotunda juts out from the center of the roof
3367. >An ornate plaque portraying an open book rests atop a veranda supported by spiraling pillars
3368. >Golden doors separate the house of reading from the outside world
3369. >After a brisk trot the two of you are through the front doors
3370. >You stare in wonder at the massive interior
3371. >Several floors worth of balconies circle the rotunda with each floor holding massive amounts of books
3372. >The center of the floor is lined with many reading desks, and most of them are occupied
3373. >"Alright, now we just need to find her. Twilight's list says her name is Strict Rules."
  3374. >What an ominous name
3375. >You briefly consider forgoing cuddles in favor of no schooling
3376. >You scan the library floor looking at the ponies
3377. >Most of them are just sitting reading or looking for books, but the yellow unicorn standing off to the side catches your eye
3378. >She's holding as sign with her magic that reads "Anon"
  3379. >10 bits says that's her
3380. >You nudge Starlight and point in her direction
3381. >"That must be her. Go on, and try not to cause too much mischief."
3382. "Oh come now, I'm a perfect little angel!"
3383. >You give Starlight big eyes and flutter your eyelashes
  3384. >"SSSHHH!!!!"
3385. >All the ponies in the hall shush you
  3386. "S-sorry."
  3387. >Starlight nuzzles you briefly
3388. >"I'll leave you to it, and I'll expect you back at the castle in time for lunch."
  3389. "Alright, cya."
  3390.
3391. >You make your way over to Strict Rules
3392. >Those thick glasses with a beaded chain
3393. >The mane in a tight brown bun
3394. >Could she be any more of a stereotypical teacher?
3395. >You stop in front of her and stand tall and proud
3396. >As tall as you can anyway, being a filly
  3397. "I'm Anon."
3398. >She looks down at you frowning
  3399. >"Yes, You're late. Follow me."
3400. "Sorry, we were caught up with... things."
3401. >Ignoring you, begins to make her way into the library
3402. >She leads you through rows of shelves that lead to more reading areas
3403. >You look at her cutie mark
  3404. >Three pencils
3405. "Three pencils for a cutie mark? Appropriate."
  3406. >She ignores you
3407. >Why is everypony's cutie mark so appropriate anyway?
3408. >Its like a badge of profession or talent, or something
3409. >You take a brief glance back at your own flank
3410. >What does yours mean exactly?
3411. >A few doors lead to what must be private study rooms
3412. >She opens one of the doors and beckons you in
  3413. >Inside is a barren classroom
3414. >The bookshelves and walls are empty, and the desks are collecting dust
3415. >The green chalkboard shows signs of heavy use in the past
3416. >Strict Rules walks to the desk that is front and center of the class and places a hoof on it
  3417. >"Sit here."
  3418. >You comply
3419. >As you sit down and take off your saddlebags, Strict Rules speaks up
3420. >"Now then, My name is Strict Rules, but you will address me as Mrs. Rules. Understood?"
  3421. "Sure."
3422. >"And no 'sures' or 'uhhuhs' will be allowed. You will answer a yes or no question with yes or no."
  3423. "Ok."
3424. >half of you wants to mess with her
3425. >But the other half says no
3426. >They probably don't call her Strict Rules for nothing
3427. >"Well then. We're going to start you off today by giving you a test."
  3428. >Aw man, tests already?
3429. >"This first test will the the Equestrian General Education Competency exam. Every student in Equestria is required to pass this test before they can graduate."
  3430. >Wait a second, an exit exam?
3431. >This is too good to be true!
3432. >All you have to do is pass it and then you wont have to do this boring shit
  3433.
3434. >"While I certainly don't expect you to pass given your age, Your results will give me a good idea of what you already know."
3435. >She pulls a thick stack of papers from her saddlebags and places them on your desk
  3436. >"You may begin now."
3437. >She trots over to the decrepit teachers desk and sits in the chair to read a book
3438. >Ha, this bitch is in for a surprise
3439. >You flip open the cover to the test booklet and examine the first problems
3440. >Math? should be a piece of cake
3441. >You weren't a huge fan of math in school but you should be able to handle this
3442. >The first problems are all very easy, basic stuff
3443. >By the time you work your way towards the end of the math section, you're refreshing your algebra skills
3444. >Fortunately they're all multiple choice, so figuring out the answers is easy
3445. >You feel pretty confident about your performance here.
3446. >You flip to the next section, and its Equish?
3447. >Must be the equivalent of English
3448. >After browsing the first few questions you aren't mistaken
3449. >They're questions about proper language and grammar use
3450. >You breeze through this section without issue
3451. >Not even the essay portion at the end will stop you
3452. >You look up at the clock
3453. >Its almost been almost 2 hours already, time flies when you're kicking ass
3454. >You flip over to the next section of the test
  3455. >Oh fuck
  3456. >Equestrian History
  3457. >Yea, you're fucking boned
3458. >You scan the first few questions, and you have no idea what the fuck they're about
3459. >Unification of Equestria? Hearthswarming Eve? Luna's banishment?
3460. >You just start filling in random bubbles, hoping to get them right
3461. >You remember the answers from one or two questions from you one day at the Ponyville schoolhouse, but its not enough
3462. >The section takes you a short time to breeze through
3463. >Your smile and optimism: gone
  3464.
3465. >The next section? Magical Theory
3466. >Amazing, a subject you know even less about
3467. >You guess on most of these questions too
3468. >They seem to be questions about the magic in the world and how it works
3469. >You thankfully remember some tidbits about it when talking to Twilight
3470. >Unfortunately, most of this is way over your head
  3471. >This really sucks
3472. >Hopefully you can score well enough on the test to get a passing grade
3473. >Before long you're finished with the test
  3474. "I'm done."
3475. >Strict Rules looks up at the clock
3476. >"So soon? Very well, lets have a look."
3477. >Magic engulfs the test packets as she moves them over to her desk
3478. >She starts reading over them
3479. >Should you just sit in the meantime?
3480. >You grab a piece of paper and start doodling while she looks at your test
3481. >After thirty minutes or so, she roughly slaps the booklets down
3482. >"You're excused early today. Be back tomorrow at 8am sharp."
3483. >You take a quick glance at the clock
  3484. >Its only 10am
3485. >You're curious as to why she's letting you off early, but you're not complaining
3486. "Ok. See you tomorrow, Mrs. Rules."
3487. >You pack up your things and leave the barren classroom
3488. >Since you have time, you decide to browse the library to see what they've got
3489. >You have a new goal now since you know what ponies are supposed to learn in school
3490. >One library card later and you're checking out 'Comprehensive Equestrian History' and 'Basic Magic Theory 12th Edition'
  3491. >And a few fiction novels too
3492. >This 'Daring Do' seems kinda interesting, It might stave off some boredom
3493. >God damn horses haven't invented video games yet it seems, you'll have to get some new hobbies
  3494.
  3495. >You are Strict Rules
  3496. >And you can't believe what you've just read
3497. >You dismissed Anon early because you have no idea how to handle this
  3498. >A 96% score on mathematics and a 98% in Equish?
  3499. >Scores for a filly this age?
  3500. >This is absolutely astounding!
3501. >Anon is quite the prodigy
3502. >It almost doesn't surprise you given Princess Twilight Sparkle sought you out personally
3503. >You're the best at what you do
3504. >The more surprising result were the history and magical theory scores
3505. >She missed practically every question
3506. >She obviously just guessed on the answers, and it explains how she had finished so fast
3507. >How is she so well versed in some subjects, but completely oblivious to others?
3508. >You put your elbows on the desk and lean into your hooves
3509. >Has Anon been living under a rock her whole life?
3510. >That can't be even remotely true, where would she learn math?
  3511. >This doesn't make any sense
3512. >For now, the best thing you can do is plan your lessons according to her knowledge
3513. >Ultimately it doesn't matter, you're getting paid a handsome sum of bits
3514. >You've got some time to kill, so you decide to clean up the room a bit with a conjured duster
3515. >This classroom hasn't been used in years
  3516.
3517. >Why does a sandwich with flowers in it taste so good?
  3518. >You are Anonymous
3519. >And you're having lunch with Starlight at some corner cafe
3520. >The outdoor patio was a perfect place to have a comfy meal
3521. >The lattice fencing and light shrubbery compliment the umbrella shaded fine white tables and chairs
3522. >Starlight sits across the round table from you while enjoying her own salad
3523. >"So, how was your first day?"
3524. "It was ok. Actually got off early"
3525. >"Really, Anon? What did you do this time?"
3526. >You put up a hoof in defense
3527. "I did nothing, I swear. She had me take some test and then let me leave after she looked at it."
  3528. >She gives you a questioning look
3529. "Its strange, I know. Decided to browse the library and pick up some books since I had the time."
3530. >You reach into your saddle bags and pull out the books to show her
  3531. >"Really? 'Comprehensive Equestrian History?' I didn't take you for a nerd."
3532. >You stick your tongue out at her
3533. "I'm no nerd. I just want to learn this stuff so I can pass the test and don't have to go to school."
  3534. >"Pass the test?"
3535. "She had me take some test, called it an exit exam."
3536. >You pause to take another bite of your sandwich
3537. >Priorities young pony, your stomach needs its food
  3538. >"Oh?"
3539. >You finish chewing before continuing
3540. "I'm pretty sure I didn't. Mrs. Rules didn't actually say if I did or not, but I'm pretty confident I didn't. The important thing is I know what I need to know in order to pass."
  3541. >Starlight eyes you contemplatively
3542. "I just hope I get another chance to take it soon."
3543. >"I think Twilight would be much more fond of you if she know how much of a nerd you were."
  3544. "I'm not a nerd!"
3545. >"Oh sure, Oubliettes and Ogres? And now history books? It's as plain as day."
  3546. >You pout
  3547. >Curses, she's got you in a corner
3548. >You take another bite of your sandwich and savor the flavor in an attempt to ignore the predicament she's put you in
  3549. >Confound these ponies
3550. >They drive you to drink
  3551.
  3552.
3553. >after lunch, the two of you return to the castle
3554. >You've got more time to kill so you decide to do some studying
3555. >You never really were the type to study in your free time
3556. >But you're convinced if you can learn this stuff quickly enough you can get out of this school nonsense
3557. >Then you can focus on finding out how you got here
3558. >And how to become human again
3559. >Your eyes move between the book and the clock every now and then
3560. >Idly checking on the clock
  3561. >1, 2, and almost 3
3562. >You've already knocked out a decent chunk of the book
3563. >In a week you could have this book read
3564. >It's actually kind of interesting
3565. >All new material about a world you've never known before
3566. >Right as the clock hits three, the door opens and Celestia enters the hall with several scrolls and an inkwell in her magical grip
  3567. >Her punctuality is uncanny
  3568. >"Good afternoon, Anonymous."
  3569. "Hey Sunbutt."
3570. >Your title for her elicits a warm laugh
3571. >"Do you always give ponies nicknames?"
3572. "Just the ones I like."
  3573. >You stop yourself
  3574. "Except for Purple."
  3575.
3576. >She takes a place on a nearby sofa and readies her tools
3577. >You place a bookmark in your book and stow it in your saddlebags
3578. >"Now I know we spoke briefly about yourself, but I'd like you to start again from the very beginning."
  3579. >The beginning?
3580. "What do you mean 'the beginning?' As in the beginning of me, or the beginning of time?"
  3581. >"Beginning of time?"
3582. "Well, the beginning of time as we know it."
3583. >If you didn't have her attention before, you sure did now
  3584. >"Fascinating. Go ahead then."
3585. >You don't remember everything about the subject, but you fill in as best as you can
3586. >You start telling her about what you know about the origin of the universe and the big bang theory
3587. >You talk about the life and death of stars, about how everyone is made of star stuff
3588. >You even manage to touch on abiogenesis
3589. >As you share your knowledge with Celestia she scribbles on the scroll with the quill
3590. >She only actually looks at the scroll every now and then
3591. >she must be able to write without looking
3592. >you're about to continue when she stops you
  3593. >"Alright, I think that's enough for today."
3594. >She points to the clock with her quill
  3595. >6pm exact
  3596. >Time must fly when you're having...
  3597. >was this fun?
3598. >"Its very intriguing how you have a theory for the origins of life and the universe. As much as I'd like to continue, it can wait till tomorrow."
  3599.
  3600. >You are Starlight Glimmer
  3601. >And you've had a long and exhausting day
3602. >The soft candlelight illuminates the study as you crush your way through this tome
3603. >Twilight isn't letting you off as easy as you thought
3604. >She's already stacking lessons on you
3605. >Between the friendship lessons and arcane studies, you've got a full plate
3606. >You've got to make two friends this week!
3607. >You don't even know anypony in Canterlot
3608. >It's hard enough making friends in ponyville
3609. >You sigh in desperation at the book in front of you
3610. >You tend to relax in a soft sofa when reading, but you settled for the desk today
3611. >You've really got to crack this one
  3612. >Transformation spells
3613. >Twilights been obsessed about them lately
  3614. >Thanks Anon
3615. >You laugh to yourself thinking about Anon
3616. >Such a cute little filly, even if she hasn't always been one
3617. >You just hope she's ok with being a filly forever
3618. >You're drawn from your thoughts by the door to your room opening with a low creak
  3619. >"Glim Glam?"
3620. >You turn to the door to see a cute little green head poking in
  3621. "Yes, Anon?"
3622. >"You didn't come to dinner, just making sure you aren't dead or something."
3623. "Oh no, I'm still alive. Come in."
3624. >She trots her way in and closes the door behind her
3625. "I just got lost in my work, completely spaced it."
3626. >She walks up to the desk next to you and pokes your book with a hoof
3627. >"Skipping food? Can't say I would ever do that over a book."
  3628. "Well, sorta"
3629. >You point to the empty vanilla ice cream bucket
3630. >"Ice cream for dinner? No fair! I'm having ice cream for dinner tomorrow!"
  3631. "No you're not."
  3632. >"Try and stop me!"
3633. >The both of you giggle as she prentents to make a break for the door
3634. >You hop into her path, and she turns around to run
3635. >Her escape is faltered as you playfully catch her
  3636.
3637. >You scoop her up into your front leg and trot over to the bed
3638. >You plop you plot on the edge of the bed still laughing while holding Anon like a baby
  3639. >"H-hey! I'm not a baby!"
  3640. "You're my baby."
  3641. >You give her a gentle nuzzle
  3642. >"NNNNUUUUUuuuuuu...."
3643. >Her resistance is cut short as she gives in and returns your gesture
3644. >Your face feels warm as you share the embrace
3645. >The two of you share breath as you gently rock her
3646. >She paws at you with her little front hooves
  3647. >god thats cute
  3648. >You love these moments
3649. >Sharing a special time with somepony else
3650. >Its something you never got to experience much in life before
  3651. >Feeling love for somepony
3652. >Its not a romantic love, something more along the lines of familial or maternal
3653. >It's the greatest feeling in the world and you wouldn't trade it for anything.
3654. >Anon looks at you with heavy eyes
  3655. >"Mommy..."
  3656. "Yes, baby?"
  3657. >"You're making me sleepy..."
3658. >You boop her on the muzzle and her face scrunches
3659. "Yep, you're my sleepy baby."
  3660. >"Curse you."
  3661. >You boop her again
  3662. >She starts figiting
3663. >"Come on mom, its not that late yet."
  3664. "But you're so cute, I can't help it."
  3665. >"Ugh! I'm not cute!"
  3666. "Yes you are."
  3667.
3668. >She huffs as you let her down on the bed
3669. >You let yourself fall back into the bedding as it tries to swallow you
  3670. >Anon lets out a load groan
  3671. >"Why do I call you mommy?"
3672. >That takes you by surprise, but its also a very legitimate question
3673. "I... don't know. You just started and I went along with it."
3674. >Anon curls up next to you, resting her head on your chest
3675. >"Sorry, it just slips out. I'll try to stop."
  3676. "Its ok, I don't mind."
  3677. >You put a hoof around her
  3678. "Actually, I like it."
  3679. >"Oh..."
3680. >You haven't actually talked to her about adoption or anything like that
3681. >With her dealing with what she has, you've put it on the back burner
3682. >Now actually seems like a good time
  3683. "Anon?"
  3684. >"Yea?"
3685. "I was wondering if... uh..."
3686. >You have trouble finding the rights words
3687. >She lifts her head and looks at you quizzically
  3688. "... I could be your mom?"
3689. >That sounded weird, and felt weird too
3690. >"uh... what do you mean, like adoption or something?"
  3691. >you nervously nod
3692. >She blinks a few times and looks down at your chest in contemplation
3693. >She drops herself on you and hugs you
3694. >"Yes. I can't explain it, but it just feels right."
3695. >Relief washes over you as you return the hug
3696. >It feels truly official now, even without paperwork
3697. >You drift off to a happy sleep with wide grin and tears of joy in your eyes as anon gently nuzzles your chest
  3698.
  3699. >Anonymous the green filly
  3700. >That's you
3701. >Cursed ponies try to add "cute" to your description but you reject that notion every time
3702. >Your week went by pretty smoothly
3703. >school in the morning, working with Celestia in the evening
3704. >Somewhat boring, but you were trying to pull in as much knowledge as you could
3705. >You really didn't have anything better to do anyway
3706. >Living without vidya is pain
3707. >But at least you have your weekly oubliettes and ogres coming up
  3708. >Unfortunately, that's not until tomorrow
3709. >Today is Saturday, and today you aren't doing shit
3710. >Somepony usually shows up to drag you out of bed, but not today
3711. >You aint gettin' out of bed today
3712. >you've piled up your blankets on top of yourself to protect from intrusion
  3713. >not even cuddles
3714. >you let out a content sigh as you draw the covers as close to you as possible
3715. >Its getting a little hard to breath, but it keeps the light out
  3716. >so comfy
3717. >You begin reminiscing on the past 2 or so weeks
3718. >Waking up as a filly was a bit jarring, but overall, it hasn't been so bad
3719. >It's been a lot of mixed emotions
3720. >You usually aren't the emotional type, so that alone has been alien
3721. >It hasn't been that long, but you're feeling more comfortable with your new self every day
3722. >It didn't take long for you to master moving around in your new form
3723. >Or to learn to manipulate objects with your hooves and mouth
3724. >You'll never understand how you're able to grab things without fingers
3725. >It really helps that ponies are looking out for you
3726. >Even Purple, as much as you hate to admit
3727. >Why do you hate Purple again?
  3728.
3729. >A knocking at the door draws your attention
3730. "I don't wanna take the doggie for a walk."
3731. >You hear a stifled giggle at the door
3732. >"Anon, its me. Can I come in?"
  3733. >Princess Celestia?
3734. >What is she doing here?
3735. >Any other pony you would say no to, even Starlight
3736. >You don't say no to this horse
  3737. "Yes."
3738. >The door creaks as Celestia's regalia clops on the marble tiles
3739. >Somepony really should oil those hinges
3740. >"Are you going get out of bed today?"
3741. "I don't wanna look at naked chicks and drink beer."
3742. >She nudges you with a hoof through the covers
3743. >"Come on Anon, I have something important to show you."
  3744. "Show me?"
3745. >"Yes, you may find it very interesting."
3746. "Is it as interesting as sleeping?"
  3747. >She nudges you again
  3748. >"More so."
  3749. "I don't wanna spank the monkey."
  3750. >"do what?"
3751. "I aint gettin' out of bed today"
3752. >Her hoofs start clopping away, probably back to the door
3753. >"Fine. I was just going to show you the portal to take you back to your world, but I guess I'll just let you sleep instead."
  3754. >WHAT
  3755. >NO FUCKING WAY
3756. >You couldn't have lept out of that bed faster if it was on fire and full of cockroaches
3757. >You land in a dishevled and speak in an exhasperated manner
  3758. "WHAT?! YOU'RE SERIOUS?!?"
3759. >She looks back to you nods in amusement
3760. "HOLY SHIT LETS GO NOW!"
3761. >"Not yet! A Princess needs her breakfast you know... and young fillies too!"
3762. >God damnit, you need to see this shit right fucking now
  3763.
3764. >After a quick shower and breakfast you were walking through the castle halls with Celestia
3765. >You were a bit skeptical of there actually being a portal, but you were keeping your hopes up
3766. >You also wonder how long Celestia has known about it
  3767. >"In here."
3768. >Celestia opens the door and beckons you into the room
3769. >This is the sunrise hall, how could the portal be here?
3770. >The couches have been pushed out of the center of the room, and a strange circle has been drawn on the floor
3771. >You weren't a magic expert, but you've played enough dungeons and dragons to know this is some kind of ritual
3772. >Twilight is standing over the circle facing away from you, with various chalks and a tome in her magical grip
3773. >When did she get here?
  3774. >Fuckin' harpy
3775. >She turns to you and Celestia as you enter the room
  3776. >"Princess! Anon!"
3777. >"Good to see you, Twilight. Thank you for showing up on such short notice."
  3778. >"Don't mention it."
3779. >Celestia and Twilight give each other a heartfelt hug
  3780. >Sorta cute
3781. >You're still confused though, you were promised a portal back to Earth
3782. "What is going on? Why is Purple here?"
3783. >Twilight turns to you and rolls her eyes
  3784. >"Endearing as ever, aren't you Anon?"
3785. "Of course, Purple horse. What is going on? I was trying to have a good weekend you know."
  3786. >Celestia interrupts your banter
3787. >"This is a circle of teleportation. It will allow us to travel great distances instantaneously."
3788. "So... enough to send me home?"
3789. >"Indirectly, yes. Normally we would take the train to our destination, but this is a short notice trip and time is valuable."
  3790. "Train... what?"
  3791. >Now you're even more confused
3792. >How does a train take you home?
  3793.
3794. >"I'll explain, for now we need to get going. Step into the center of the circle."
3795. >You oblige, and Celestia and Twilight step into the circle with you
3796. >The two unicorns begin charging magic from their horns and channel it into the spellbook
3797. >A beam of magical energy bursts from the book onto the floor drawing, and the chalk begins to illumate
3798. >The world explodes in a bright flash of light
3799. >You close your eyes in reaction to the flash to find your vision replaced with a broad spectrum of colors
3800. >It feels like your feet have been swept from under you, hurtling your body at a million miles an hour
3801. >Your entire body is spinning
3802. >Before you can comprehend the sensation, its over
3803. >You slump onto the floor at your new destination
3804. >Your stomach protests as your breakfast threatens your taste buds with another helping
3805. >You curl up in a ball trying to process the surreal sensations you're experiencing
3806. >"Don't worry, the first time is always the worst."
3807. >Celestia and Twilight try to pick you up, but you push them away
  3808. "J..just g-give me a sec."
3809. >Once you got your bearings, you managed to open your eyes
3810. >The floor had remenants of a chalk circle, much like the one you had been standing in before
  3811. >But you're obviously in a different place
3812. >The air feels cool, but refreshing
3813. >The floor feels cold and hard as diamonds
3814. >looking up, you take in the crystalline room
3815. >Whats with all the crystal stuff and these ponies? some sort of fetish or fascination?
3816. >Celestia and Twilight look at you with concern, and there are other ponies with them
3817. >One is a pink alicorn with a candy mane, and the other is a white stallion with a blue striped mane
3818. >You blink your eyes hard, trying to adjust
3819. >You eventually fight off the sick feeling and make it to your feet
  3820. "I'm good."
  3821. >Celestia beams
  3822. >"Excellent."
  3823.
3824. >She turns to the unfamilar ponies
3825. >"Thank you for having us on such short notice."
3826. >They nod, and the pink princess speaks up
3827. >"Of course. This must be Anonymous."
3828. >She walks over to you with the stallion in tow
3829. >"I am Princess Mi Amore Cadenza, but you call call me Cadance. This is my husband, Prince Shining Armor."
3830. >The stallion extends a hoof to you
  3831. >Is this a handshake? hoofshake
  3832. >"It's a pleasure."
3833. >You touch his hoof your own and exchange an awkward shake
  3834. >Guess its a shake then
  3835. "So... about that portal..."
3836. >Cadence looks over to Celestia
  3837. >"Oh, you've already told her then?"
  3838. >Celestia chuckles
3839. >"It was the only way I could get her out of bed."
  3840. >You scrunch your face
3841. "Yea, it was a dirty trick cause I don't see a portal here!"
  3842. >Everypony dawws
  3843. >"Oh, she's so cute!"
  3844. >You scrunch harder
  3845. "I'm not cute!"
  3846.
3847. >After an unsuccessful bout to convince them of your not cuteness, you all begin making your way through the crystal palace
3848. >hopefully to that damn portal you were promised
3849. >Twilight and Cadance are chatting it up like high school girls while Celestia and Shining make casual conversation
3850. >You tag along, brooding in a contemplative silence
3851. >Are they really just pulling your strings, or do they really have a portal?
3852. >And why this sudden trip? Why didn't Celestia say anything about this sooner?
3853. >Why didn't she bring you here right away?
  3854. >"Anon?"
3855. >Twilight's voice breaks you from your thoughts
  3856. "Yea?"
  3857. >"You ok?"
  3858. "Yea."
3859. >"You sure? If somethings bothering you, you can talk to me about it."
  3860. "Well, actually..."
  3861. >"Oh, this is it."
3862. >The group pushes through a large set of dark doors
3863. >You enter a room filled with an assortment of odd ends and trinkets
3864. >Various displays of ornate pottery and statues grab your attention
3865. >But the masterpiece of the room is obviously the large ornate mirror against the far wall
3866. >Its base is lined with horse shoe engravings, and the edge of the mirror is adorned with brilliant purple gemstones
3867. >It makes Celestia look short, it must be at least seven feet tall
3868. >The group leads you over to the mirror
  3869.
  3870. >"This is it."
  3871. "What?"
  3872. >Celestia gives you a comforting look
3873. >"This mirror is a gateway to another world. A world we presume is your own."
  3874. >So they weren't fibbing you
  3875. >This shits real
3876. >You can't help but let an abmormally large grin take over your face
3877. "So I can just walk through and go home?"
  3878. >Celestia nods
  3879. >"Yes..."
3880. >She looks over to Twilight who chimes in
3881. >"Based on what you've been discussing with Celestia over the past week and my own experiences on the other side, we are 97.49% certain that it is your home."
  3882. >hol up
3883. >Twilight has been to Earth?
  3884. >What a bitch
3885. "You mean you've been to Earth, and you thought I was just full of shit, and you didn't mention this portal at all to me."
3886. >You've taken her by surprise, and her shocked expression betrays it
3887. "So here I've been being manic depressive since I've got here, and you've just kept this secret from me."
3888. >You feel a seething rage burning inside of you, but you do your best to remain calm and collected
3889. "Just letting me suffer when the solution was right here the whole time."
3890. >You turn towards the mirror
  3891. "Fuck you, Purple."
3892. >You dash towards the portal mirror
3893. >Your mind briefly darts to thoughts of Starlight
3894. >You didn't even get to say goodbye
3895. >A pang of crushing guilt hits you as you leap into the portal mirror
  3896.
3897. >As you hit the mirror, your instincts expect a hard surface
3898. >Instead it feels like jumping into a pool
3899. >Only that pool is standing on its side
3900. >And its a pool of acid tearing at your flesh
3901. >Even so, its surprisingly painless yet thrilling
3902. >Your vision is taken over by a swirling myriad of colors
3903. >Your body feels like its falling apart and being put back together
3904. >As soon as the sensation began, it ends and you find yourself tumbling forward
3905. >You immediately fall right into concrete
3906. >You move your hands to catch yourself and they scrape on the rough walkway
  3907. >Wait a second
  3908. >Hands!
  3909. >You're human again!
3910. >And your whole body, it feels so familiar but different
3911. >Your eyes glisten as your joy is openly displayed on your lips
3912. >You blink hard to adjust to the old feeling as small breeze gusts over you
3913. >you rock back your weight onto your knees to inspect the damage to your hands, but something isn't right
3914. >For starters, your nails are painted, and your hands are small and delicate
3915. >A long strand of black hair falls over your face
  3916. >Oh no
3917. >No no no no no no
  3918. >This can't be real
  3919. "God fucking damnit."
3920. >Your high pitched voice confirms it, you're a female
3921. >Your jaw hangs open as you sit in flabbergasted contemplation while staring at your bleeding hands
3922. >This is not a problem you expected
3923. >How will you explain this shit to your friends and family?
3924. >You get to your feet and examine yourself
3925. >A collared short green dress with a red scarf
3926. >Thank god, at least you aren't fat
  3927. >You pat your chest
3928. >It's a shame that you're part of the itty bitty titty committee though
  3929.
3930. >You decide against copping a feel of yourself for now
3931. >You look back to where the portal here presumably was
3932. >It seems you came through the base of the statue, but the statue is missing.
3933. >The backdrop of quaint homes and a lightly clouded blue sky piques your interest though
3934. >With the soft rolling hills in the distance, they look almost cartoonish, almost too serine to be realistic.
  3935. >Where are you?
3936. >behind you is a large maroon brick building with tall glass windows
3937. >The white accents give it a nice touch
  3938. >Is this a school?
3939. >Before you can look around much more, the statue base ripples with color and a figure emerges from it.
3940. >She's very cute, and very... purple
  3941. >Purple hair, purple skirt
  3942. >Purple... skin?
  3943. >"Anon!"
3944. >Ok, this shit is pretty fucking weird
3945. >You're still a girl, and Twilight has purple skin
3946. >She stands several inches taller than you, but you're used to her towering over you
3947. >Your instinct urges you to cuss her out some more, but morbid curiosity quells it.
3948. >You scratch your head bewilderdly
  3949. "Why are you purple?"
3950. >She blinks twice and gives you a confused look
  3951. >"What do you mean?"
  3952. >You squint
  3953. "You're... Purple."
  3954. >You poke her arm
3955. >She rubs the spot where you poked her
3956. >"Uh... yea. You call me that all the time."
3957. "No, I mean your skin. Thats not normal."
3958. >She starts anxiously grabbing her arms, gently pulling on her skin.
  3959. >"Really? Are you sure?"
3960. >Something is definately off with this place
3961. >You're about to tell Twilight she should go to the hospital when a voice interrupts you
  3962. >"No, Twilight. Its normal, I promise."
3963. >A girl wearing a leather jacket steps out from behind the statue towards you
3964. >For some strange reason, her hair reminds you of bacon
3965. >Waving in the breeze like sizzling strips on a skillet
  3966. >"Sunset!"
3967. >Twilight turns back to the eavesdropper and throws her arms around her
3968. >Sunset returns the gesture and they share a friendly hug
  3969.
3970. >"Its good to see you Twilight." Sunset laughs
3971. >You fold your arms and frown
3972. >Sunset looks over to you after breaking the hug with Twilight
  3973. >"You must be Anon?"
3974. >Her knowing your name takes you by surprise
3975. "Uh... how do you know my name?"
3976. >Twilight and Sunset look at each other and giggle
3977. >"We keep in contact." Twilight says as she puts a hand on your shoulder
3978. >Sunset folds her arms and gives you a smile
3979. >"You could say I'm an expert on this place."
  3980. "This place?"
  3981. >She nods
3982. >She starts walking towards the large brick building, and motions for you and Twilight to follow
3983. >you comply while taking in more of your surroundings
3984. "And where exactly is 'this place?'"
3985. >Sunset gestures to the large building with open arms
  3986. >"Welcome to Canterlot High!"
  3987. >Hold the fuck up
3988. "Canterlot... High? As in a high school?"
  3989. >What the fuck?
3990. >Why are things here named after things in Equestria?
3991. >Why do people here have pony names and colors?
3992. >Sunset looks away from the building back to you with a half grin
3993. >"Yep, It sure is something. We definitely have to have a party for our newest freshmen."
  3994. >Oh fuck no
3995. >Part of you was expecting something like this
3996. >You have absolutely no intention of ever entering a high school ever again
3997. >You stop walking, cross your arms, and deeply frown in response.
3998. >"Normally I'd offer a tour, but it is Saturday..."
  3999.
4000. >She stops and turns to you when she realizes you aren't following
  4001. >"Are you alright?"
4002. >You glance at the school before looking back to her.
  4003. "Nope."
4004. >You start tapping your foot on the ground
4005. "I step into this shithole the wrong gender, Purple is literally purple, this place looks like a fucking comic book world, and I'm in High School now?"
4006. >Sunset takes a rigid posture, her face displaying bewilderment
4007. "This isn't my old home... I have a feeling I'll never see it again. My home is with Starlight."
4008. >You shake your head in dejection and turn back towards the statue
4009. >You defiantly walk back to the statue base and look back to the two girls
4010. >They're just staring at you with their jaws practically on the pavement
  4011. >"Anon?"
4012. >anger takes over your features
  4013. "Fuck this gay earth."
4014. >You give the sky of this stupid world the middle finger before stepping back through the portal
  4015.
  4016.
4017. >Another short session of the acid trip and you're stepping back into the crystal palace
  4018. >As a filly
4019. >Celestia is still in the room, and she's sitting at a small table eating a piece of cake
  4020. >what a fatty
4021. >Your entrance startles her and she almost chokes on a mouthful
  4022. >"Anon?! You're back?"
4023. >You sigh and walk back over to her
  4024. "Yea..."
4025. >You nuzzle her leg and she wraps a wing around you
  4026. >"Not what you expected?"
4027. "Yea, and I don't want to talk about it. Can we go home?"
  4028. >She nuzzles your cheek
4029. >"Of course, my little pony."
  4030.
4031. >You are still Anonymous, the peculiar green filly.
4032. >You watch the sun through the tall glass panes as it lazily droops towards the horizon in the far distance.
4033. >You aren't looking, but you know the moon will soon rise take its place in the east.
4034. >The concept of interstellar bodies being manipulated by ponies is still obscenely fascinating to you.
4035. >You rest your elbow on the desk and your face on hoof in lazy contemplation, but accidentally knock over your ink pot.
4036. >You react by pulling back and make a pitiful attempt to catch it before it drops.
4037. >It bounces off the floor and paints you, the desk, and the floor like a dalmatian
  4038. "Shit."
4039. >You sorely hop off the bench to pick up the ink pot
4040. >Your left hoof ended up in a spill and now you're leaving black hoofprints across the ornate carpet
  4041. >Hopefully Celestia doesn't give a shit
  4042. >Probably
  4043. >Hopefully
4044. >You grab a few blank sheets of parchment off the desk and start dabbing the ink spots
4045. >As you're dabbing a spot on the carpet, the sound of the large door swinging open startles you
4046. >You jump like a scared cat and fall on your rump
  4047. >"Oh...My..."
4048. >You look to the doorway to see Starlight standing there, with a hoof covering her mouth.
4049. >She's trying her best to hold laughter, but it noisily escapes through the corners.
  4050. "S-shut up!"
  4051. >You pout
4052. >"By Celestia... this is cute."
  4053. "NO!"
4054. >You defiantly hop to your hooves and take a determined stance
  4055. "Not cute! Never!"
4056. >She shakes her head while laughing, trotting over to you while doing so
4057. >"You're still trying to debate this? It's been settled already."
4058. >Her horn lights up in its telltale glow aura
4059. >Magical pink sparkles begin gently sprouting from the ink spots
4060. >Within seconds, all the ink spots have magically disappeared
4061. >As her spell finishes, she walks up next to you and nuzzles you
4062. >You easily falter and return her affection
4063. >"So where have you been all day? I didn't see you anywhere."
4064. "Oh... yea. I was helping the Princess with something"
  4065. >"Oh?"
4066. >She tilts her head to the side
  4067. >"With what?"
4068. "Can't say. Super Secret Princess stuff."
4069. >"Aww... come on, Can't even tell me a little bit?"
  4070. >You shake your head
  4071. "Nope. Princess orders."
  4072. >Her grin starts manifesting
4073. "And don't even think about it. She made me pinkie promise."
  4074. >"Oh.. drat!"
4075. >Its her turn to pout now
4076. >You turn to examine your posterior that is now void of spots
  4077. "Magic is cool."
  4078. >"Yea..."
4079. >Starlight looks at your desk, specifically to the book you were reading
  4080. >"Bright Horn's Guide to Evocation, Volume 3."
4081. >She looks back to you
4082. >"You have a strange fascination with applied magic, you know."
  4083. "Yep."
4084. >You hop back onto the bench and Starlight takes a seat next to you.
4085. "Considering I lived my life without any magic whatsover, and I'm a huge nerd and find fantasy concepts incredibly interesting. It's not a surprise that I'm naturally drawn to it."
  4086. >"...Fantasy?"
4087. >Oh, right. What is fantasy for you is reality for them
4088. "I'm from a world without magic, remember?"
4089. >"I can't imagine living without it. How did you cope?"
4090. >A periphial glance out the window reminds you that the sun is making its final descent behind the distance
4091. >As darkness attempts to envelop the study hall, the braziers on the walls immediately light themselves
4092. "Ah, a perfect example! The lights here light themselves automatically when its dark, yes?"
  4093. >she nods
4094. "With the use of magic?"
  4095. >she nods again
4096. "Well, we have inventions with a similar function. Mainly the lightbulb and electricity. I've seen lightbulbs here, but not electricity in the traditional sense. It makes sense though, why invent electricity when you have a highly functional system already in place?"
4097. >Now she just look confused
  4098. >"Electricity? Yep, I'm lost."
4099. "Its alright. I'm not the best at explaining things. Electricity is basically charged particles used to provide energy to things. Mundane compared to magic, but very effective. I've touched on it briefly with Celestia and her reaction was pretty much the same."
  4100. >you sigh
4101. "And honestly I feel too strung out to really have that sort of conversation right now."
4102. >you turn back to the window and gaze out with hopelessness
4103. >you will never have electricity again
4104. >sure, magic is pretty dandy, but it isn't what you know
  4105. >it isn't home
4106. >Looking down on the urban landscape of canterlot, you spot a few ponies dancing and celebrating
4107. >you hear the faint sounds of singing and music
  4108. >"Are you alright?"
4109. >You watch and the ponies dance in circles with hooked arms
4110. >The dance finishes, and the two partners share first a hug, then a kiss
4111. >You can't help but smile at the small scene
4112. >It may seem insignificant to others, but it brings to you a certain understanding
  4113. "Actually, yea."
4114. >You shift a little bit and clear your throat
4115. "I'm just coming to terms with who I am. Well, who I am now. I'm no longer me in the same sense that I was."
4116. >You reach down with your forehooves and pull on your flesh
4117. "I'm Anonymous the filly now, and I have to come to terms with that."
4118. >You look back to Starlight, and she responds with a warm smile
4119. "It may not be ideal, or even something I'm completely on board with, but I'm sitting here now, and I have no choice. I think accepting the inevitable truth is the first step for me to get on with it, as it were."
  4120. >You give Starlight a challenging squint
4121. "Except for the 'cute' business. I will challenge that notion until I'm old and wrinkly on my death bead, so help me god."
4122. >Starlight laughs while roughing up your mane with a hoof
4123. >"I'm glad. Just know that I'll be here with you, no matter what happens."
4124. >She wraps a hoof around you, and you return the hug.
  4125. "Thanks."
4126. >She humms into your ear in response and looks over your notes.
  4127. >"Mind if I study with you?"
4128. "Don't you know this stuff already, being an 'extremely gifted unicorn' as Purple puts it?"
  4129. >She laughs
4130. >"Yea, but how often will I get to study with you? Plus, I have ice cream"
4131. >You don't know how or where, but she levitates a tub of ice cream from behind her back onto the table
4132. >Its your favorite flavor too
4133. >She knows you so well
4134. "You know, I would like nothing more."
  4135.
4136. >Celestia's radiant sun shines through the curtains, waking you up to yet another glorious day
4137. >But its not just any day
  4138. >It's Sunday
  4139. >Game day
4140. >You remember falling asleep cuddling with Starlight, but she has been replaced with a book
4141. >Its the one you were reading last night
4142. >You decide to keep hugging the book for now
4143. >You deem it suitable to not get out of bed just yet
4144. >You pull the covers over your head and closer to your small body
4145. >It sure is nice to not have to go to school
4146. >Well, you sort of do
4147. >Not like it was when you were human
4148. >Or work for that matter
4149. >Can't say you miss that
4150. >The monotony of old life has been lost to you as you found yourself a filly in a magical realm
4151. >Being dropped into a new world is jarring, yet intriguing
4152. >But you had noticed some strange similarities between home and Equestria
4153. >You'd made a list of them in your notebook somewhere
  4154. "Three... Two... One..."
4155. >And there's the knocking hooves on the door
4156. >You lay still and deliberately slow your breath
4157. >"Oh Anon! Time to wake up!"
4158. >Of course... Starlight is here to wake you up every morning
4159. >Even on the weekends for some reason
4160. >The door creaks open and the reverberation of hoofs on tile echo's through the room
4161. >And they're coming closer to the bed
  4162. >Perfect
  4163. >"Wakey wakey Anon!"
4164. >You feel magic tugging on the sheets, but you've wrapped them around yourself just in case she tried this
4165. >Which you knew she would
  4166. >She grunts
4167. >"Come on Anon! The sun is already up!"
4168. >You hear her walk closer
  4169. >Hopefully its close enough
4170. >It's time, now or never
  4171.
4172. >You spring out of the sheets to find her standing right by your bed with a hoof reaching out to the sheets
4173. >With a quick leap, you wrap your forehooves around her neck, and pull back
4174. >You catch a quick glimpse of surprise on her face before she tumbles forward with you onto the bed
4175. >You begin furiously giggling as you snuggle her face, and she begins her own fit of giggling in reply
4176. >You keep a death grip on her neck, intending to never let go
  4177. "Hi Mom."
  4178. >"Hi Anon."
4179. >The two of you lay there for a few minutes as your giggles settle
4180. >You decide enough is enough, and hop out of bed
4181. >Starlight pulls her head and disheveled mane out of the covers
4182. >"Wow, I never thought I'd see the day where you get out of bed of your own accord."
4183. >You look back and stick your tongue out at her as you trot towards the ornate vanity
4184. >You take a seat at the stool, and fetch the brush from the drawer
4185. >You bring your tail around and start running the brush through it
4186. >You wince at a few of the tangled hairs pulling
4187. >Starlight hops off the bed and walks over to you
4188. >"And brushing? Are you a changeling? What did you do with Anon?"
  4189. "A who-what?"
4190. >"Never mind... want some help?"
  4191. "Sure."
4192. >Like you're going to turn down some brushing
  4193. >You love this shit
4194. >Starlight takes a seat behind you and grips the brush in her magic and starts running it through your tail and mane
4195. >The gentle massaging of the bristles against your scalp sends tingles down your legs and back
4196. >You cant help but lean into it
4197. >"So... why do you want to brush today? You usually protest."
4198. "Hmmm.... Honestly... I guess I just want to feel pretty today."
4199. >What has gotten into you?
4200. >Starlight lets out a short laugh before kissing you on the top of the head
4201. >You smile and flutter your eyelashes at yourself in the mirror
  4202. >Don't even need makeup
4203. >As Starlight brushes you, your typically ragged and rough mane takes on a smoother and more contour fitting position
4204. >It also looks a bit longer when its brushed
  4205.
4206. >Starlight finishes brushing you and turns the stool around to face her
4207. >"My... you really are a pretty one, aren't you?"
  4208. >You blush
4209. >"Maybe I need to check your tempterature just to be sure you're feeling alright?"
4210. >She conjures a faux thermometer and moves it toward your mouth
4211. >You laugh as you attempt to push it away with a hoof
  4212. "I don't know... I just feel..."
  4213. >You pause for a moment
  4214. "Happy."
  4215. >"Oh?"
4216. "Happy... and content. I feel like things are finally going to work out for me."
4217. >Starlight beams and nuzzles your cheek and you return the affection
4218. >"I'm glad, It makes me feel like I'm doing something right."
4219. >She stands up and makes her way to the door
4220. >"Come on, lets get breakfast. I'm starving!"
4221. >You hop off the stool and follow
  4222. "Bacon pancakes!"
  4223.
4224. >After finishing breakfast, you lounge about in bed reading a book for a few hours
4225. >You keep a close eye on the clock
  4226. >You don't want to miss a session of O&O
4227. >Starlight even isn't going to follow you around like she usually does
4228. >It seems she trusts you a lot more now than before
4229. >That or she was just really clingy at first
  4230. >Maybe both?
4231. >"Have fun and don't stay out too late!"
  4232. >That's what she said
  4233. >lennyface.jpg
4234. >She must have her own crap to do
4235. >You watch the clock as the time draws closer and closer
4236. >Somewhat discontent and bored, you decide to head out early
4237. >You place the bookmark in the book and set it on the end table
4238. >With a graceful hop off the bed you set out to your destination
4239. >As you leave your room and shut the door behind you, you see Twilight walking down the hall
  4240. >Towards you
  4241. >God damnit
  4242. >"Hey! Anon!"
4243. "No Purple. I don't want to talk to you. I'm busy."
4244. >She disappears in a flash of teleportation and reappears in front of you
  4245. "No means no."
4246. >"I need to talk to you."
  4247. "Too bad."
4248. >You turn the other way and start walking down the hall
4249. >It's the wrong way, but you're just trying to get away from Twilight
4250. >She follows you like an annoying stray cat that you shouldn't have pet
  4251. >"Please Anon..."
4252. >Why wont she leave you alone?
  4253. "NO!"
4254. >You don't even look back, and keep walking
  4255.
  4256. >"Anon... I'm sorry."
4257. >You stop in surprise, and look back
4258. >She's sitting on her haunches with her head hung low
  4259. "What?"
  4260. >"I... I'm sorry."
  4261. "For?"
  4262. >"Everything."
4263. >She looks up to you, her eyes glistening with premature tears
4264. >"I'm sorry I didn't tell you about the portal. I'm sorry that I've treated you the way I have. It's... It's not right. I'm supposed to be the Princess of Friendship, and I've been anything but a friend to you."
4265. >Wow, that really took you by surprise
4266. >You turn around and walk back over to her
4267. >"I... I should have listened to you. You were right... I just ignored you... I..."
  4268. >She starts crying
  4269. >Well, great
4270. >You're frozen as she sits there and weeps
4271. >You honestly have no idea what to do
4272. >She's pretty much pouring her heart out to you
4273. >Part of you wants to tell her to get fucked
  4274. >But thats only a part
4275. >She manages to regain control and looks up at you
4276. >Her gaze matching your own
  4277. >"I'm sorry."
4278. >You can see it in her eyes
  4279. >The absolute sincerity
4280. >It pulls at your heart strings
4281. >Ever since you got here, she's been a real top cut
4282. >Pissed you off to the near point of suicide
4283. >And now she wants your forgiveness?
4284. >You could just turn around and walk away
4285. >Instead, you put a hoof around her neck and pull her into a hug
4286. >She chokes in surprise but soon returns the hug, wrapping a wing around you
4287. >Shit, wing hugs are pretty dope
  4288. >Don't tell Starlight
  4289.
  4290. "It's ok..."
  4291. >Thinking back to everything that's happened
4292. >And how you want to move forward
4293. >You know what you want to do now
  4294. "I forgive you."
  4295. >She gives you a slight squeeze
4296. >"Thanks, I thought you were going to hate me forever and ever."
  4297. >She's not wrong
4298. >You certainly had intended to
  4299. >Maybe you still do a little
4300. >The two of you break the hug
4301. "Well... I did a lot of introspection yesterday. To be honest, I got over that portal-other-world thing pretty fast considering how I looked on the other side."
4302. >you laugh and she gives you an awkward smile
4303. "I've come to terms that I am now in fact the filly. Horse child. Female. Pony. It's surreal and strange, but I have no choice but to go forward. I can't dwell on what once was forever."
  4304. >she nods
  4305. >"I understand."
4306. "So, with that said I'm willing to forgive you, and perhaps we can start again on fresh hooves."
  4307. >You extend a hoof towards her
  4308. "Anon."
  4309. >She reciprocates
  4310. "Twilight."
4311. >You reach for another hug
  4312. >maybe because she's soft too
  4313. >She hugs you back
4314. >"Aw, you do like me!"
4315. "Shut up, Purple. Don't ruin this."
4316. >The both of you share a genuine and heartfelt laugh
4317. >Oh crap, you're going to be late for the game!
4318. >You pull away from Twilight and make a dash down the hall
4319. "Oh sh..crap, I'm gonna be late! Cya!"
4320. >You wave over your shoulder as you sprint
  4321. >She waves
  4322. >"Bye! and thank you!"
  4323. >She was quite a cunt before
  4324. >But maybe she isn't a bad pony
  4325. >Hopefully you didn't make a mistake
