Ben is back and emo as ever

Covet: Cadence was sitting on the bench behind the counter relaxing with her laptop in her lap. She was scrolling through different pages  of quote things, artwok and wedding things  all open in different tabs. She was doing her best to stay out of the way, because she didn't want to be alone by herself. // Tyler pulled up to the shop and got out of his car making his way into the building and to the elevator. He hadn't heard from Remy at all and figured it would be a safe bet to catch him at work.
Tsaaq: Remy was at the counter, scribbling notes on a pad. Other guy wasn't around the shop for now so it was fine that Cadence was there. He looked over his shoulder at Cadence then sputtered his lips. "It's pretty dead tonight." He said awkwardly.
Artificer: Ben made his way down the street to where the dipensary was, taking one last drag of his cigarette. He tossed it on the ground and twisted his foot over it, stomping it out, before heading inside of the building. He pulled his wallet out, looking to see how much cash he had at the moment. As he turned the corner to the counter of the store he noticed Remy. His stomach instantly dropped, and he stopped in his tracks for a moment. He knew he was going to see old faces eventually, but he was hoping to see them after he had gotten high.
Covet: "People are all out doing summer things, and not getting high, I guess." She said, then looked back at him, biting her lip, giving him a soft smile. "Do you want to kill some time?" She asked him suggestively. // Tyler had been joined in the elevator with another guy  looking at him, he gave him a nod, but not saying anything making it an awkward silent trip up. He walked around the shop browsing things as the other kid turned to head up to the counter.
Tsaaq: "I feel like the older I get the more boring I am." Remy sighed. "But maybe boring is safe..." He said in a lower voice. He looked up from his writing pad once he heard the elevator. "Hey, welcome to Toke, mon." Remy called out without seeing Ben yet. He furrowed his eyebrows once he did spot him. Remy didn't believe eyes initially. He almost tripped as he went to grab his glasses and hurriedly put them on his face. "I uh... I know you." He said awkwardly. He saw Tyler come in as well and sighed a little. "What's up Ty?" He greeted.
Artificer: "Heeyy uh, Remy." Ben said, stepping a little closer. He had hoped his tattoos and piercings would keep people from recognizing him from a distance at least. "Hoowws it going?" He said quietly, dragging out his words and looking down at the counter, trying to avoid eye contact.
Covet: "You're not boring. Plus... I think I keep things exciting enough for us both." She said with a soft look, then frowned when she saw her brother come in. "What the hell do you want?" She said loudly as she got up from the counter then looked at the kid who came in, "Uh.. you do know him. He dated your sister." //  Ty looked over at Remy and Cadence, "Oh.. you're here. Well that's unfortunate." He said then added, "I was hopping to talk to Remy a bit. I guess, I can reschedule that, you have customers after all."
Tsaaq: Remy furrowed his eyebrows. "Yeah... Hey." He spoke in a monotone. He narrowed his eyes at Cadence. "Yeah. I remember that fuckery..." He trailed off. "So, buying weed huh?" He called out to Ben. Still looking pretty awkward. "Oh uh, sure we can talk I can just take you in the back of the shop or some shit if you need Ty?"
Artificer: "Uh, yeah I am." He looked over at Cadence, giving her a awkward forced smile and a half wave. "I just wanted to get myself a zip." He said, looking back at Remy. He teetered back and forth on his feet, really wishing he didnt love weed so much right now.
Covet: "Sure that works for me, Man. I just didn't want to interupt business or anything." Tyler said then glanced at Cadence who was fidgeting with her shirt making sure her tattoo was covered up. // Cadence looked at Remy then to Tyler then to Ben, "Do you want me to help this ghost kid out then? It's not like he wants a lot and I know how to run the machine." She offered up.
Tsaaq: "Yeah uh... Come on." He waved his hand for Tyler to follow behind him towards the back room. He glanced at Ben. "She doesn't work here. Don't steal anything." He told the male sternly after pointing to Cadence. He walked into the back room and waited for Tyler before he shut the door.
Artificer: "Oh, alright." Ben replied, feeling a wave a relief wash over as his first awkward encounter was through. Though he still had the really tough one to deal with. It was only a matter of time before he ran into Hayley."So uh, how have you been?" He asked cadence, stepping closer to the counter. He fidgeted nervously with his lip piercing, using his tongue.
Covet: Tyler made his way back into the back with Remy, glancing back at his sister and the other person that they apparently knew, before Remy shut the door, "Sorry for disturbing you at work.  I wasn't expecting Cadence to be here." He started keeping his voice low, "I wanted to check in and see if you'd read over that contract."  // Cadence leaned over the register and looked at Ben, looking down at the register as she bit her lip. "Worse than some, Better than others." She told him. "So just an ounce? What kind? The price varies." She told him, then asked him bluntly because she has no tact. "You seen Hayley yet?"
Tsaaq: He crossed his arms over his chest. "We weren't terribly busy. Don't worry about it." He told Tyler. "She's been..." He trailed off. "She just felt like hanging out here tonight." Remy shrugged his shoulders. "I did read it and... I'm pretty sure I'm gonna sign it." He nodded his head. "Do we need like a notary or something, a stamp, some bueracratic shit?"
Artificer: "It's not always easy." Ben said, noticing Cadence's down behaviour. "Im not sure, what do you recommend?" He asked, looking at the different strains. He took a deep breath at Cadence's question. "No, not yet. I'm not looking forward to it. I kinda just left." He trailed off, closing his eyes for a second. "Im such a prick." He hissed to himself, scoffing a bit as he shook his head.
Covet: "She's been? Oh.. That's cool. Gives her something to do." He said questioning at first then waved off his concern as Remy covered for him and Cadence.  Ty grinned as Remy said he was going to sign the pre-nup. "Perfect, I'm glad happy for you both." He said then nodded, "Yeah, if you're ready to sign it just let me know when we can meet up with the Notary."// Cadence looked down at the case, "Well, Girl Scout Cookies is a big hit right now. It's on sale too, Two fifty for an ounce."  She said then gave a short laugh, "Yeah, well try to have a little grace when you do meet up with her. She'd kind of been through a ringer, and what you did definitely didn't help."
Tsaaq: Remy nodded his head. "Okay we can set up an appointment or whatever." He said with a small forced smile. "So that's it? Business meeting over?" He asked.
Artificer: "Yeah sure, thatll work. Girl scout cookies never fails." He bit the inside of his cheek looking back up at her. "Yeah...I know. I didn't bail on her intentionally. Its uh, its complicated." He sighed before pulling the money from his wallet it and slapping it on the table.
Covet: "Yeah, We're good. Thanks Remy" Tyler said opening up the door. He walked out to see Cadence leaned over the register her shirt having rolled back up and saw the new ink work, "Uh.. .What the hell is this Cadence?" He asked her walking over to pull her shirt up so he could see it better, "Daddy's girl? Care to explain?" He asked her. // "One ounce of GSC, coming up." She told him taking his money and putting it into the register after ringing up the price. She put the pre-packaged bag into a brown paper sack with the store's logo on it and leaned over to place it on the other side of the counter. When she heard her brother, she stood up and tried to pull her shirt down, "It's just a tattoo.. dont't worry about it."
Tsaaq: He nodded and walked into the main area, rolling his eyes. "I told you, you don't work here." He said sternly as he went to make her stand up but not in time for Ty to not see her tattoo. His eyebrows. "Yeah, no big deal." He said casually, gently swatting her away from the cash register.
Artificer: Ben took the bag and nodded his head towards Cadence. "Thanks, and uh, please dont tell Hayley I'm back in town? I want to deal with that myself, so that I can explain things." He said quietly, glancing at Remy as he walked in. "You too Remy." He added, holding the bag of weed in his hand. "Please?"
Covet: "Oh, you can't hide it now, but nice try. I want an explination... Considering.. the obvious." He said because their Dad had been dead for a long time so it clearly wasn't an "in memoriam" tattoo, especially not in that place.  He crossed his arms staring them both down, "I don't have the time to deal with this tonight, but I'm gonna hear about that story." // Cadence grumbled, standing behind  Remy as Ty chastised her, then looked over to Ben, "Yeah, don't worry I won't blow your thunder. Just don't fuck it up.. we've worked hard bringing her back from a real shitty place, but she's still working through things."  She looked at her brother and glared, "Okay bye now. This place is for customers. We can talk  later or whatever."
Tsaaq: "Fuck." Remy sighed, looking over to Cadence while he grit his teeth. He shook his head. "Yeah... I figured you'd want to hear about it." He said. "See you around though?" Remy tried to shrug it off. He pursed his lips and Ben, rolling his eyes. "Yeah, I was gonna tell my intensley depressed, recluse, suicidal sister about her ex being in town. That's a great plan of action. Fuck. Thank god you told me not to do that." He rambled sarcastically. "I would've fucked this whole thing up." He shot Ben a glare before pressing a button and letting his cash drawer pop open. "Kay, we're closed, thanks for coming." He said loudly, starting his weird money counting ritual.
Covet: Tyler gave a wave and made his way out of the pot shop, trying to not think about why his sister got THAT tattoo. // "Fuck is right." Cadence said then turned around gathering up her stuff so they'd be ready to go home. "At least that's not the shitiest thing that's happened recently." She said finding half a silver lining. "He'll get over it. It's my body." She said to Remy, after he sent Lucas off.
Tsaaq: ((why, why did you skip Lucas.))

Covet: [Fuck.. because I'm tired.. XD]
Artificer: ((lol its okay. Was gunna post out anyway))
Artificer: Ben nodded his head and waved to the two as he headed out the door, clutching his prize in his arm. "Well that went as well as I'd expect." He said to himself before lighting up another cigarette and walking home to smoke this beautifully smelling weed.
Tsaaq: Remy rolled his eyes again. "I really really really want to close up and and go home." He told her in a monotone. He looked over to Cadence, furrowing his eyebrows at her a moment while thinking. "Yeah..." He said. "Totally."
Artificer: ((ima bounce outta here. Peace.))
Tsaaq: ((Fiiiineee.))
Covet: "Yeah.. Me too." She said with a sigh, waiting for Remy by the door. She bit her lip and frowned because Remy seemed to have something on his mind. "I have to get home to take my meds anyways, and I'll be ready for sleep after that."
Tsaaq: He nodded as he finished up closing everything up then went over to Cadence. "Then come on." He said, turning of all the lights. "Let's head home." He said, leading her out the store into the elevator and down the street and stuff.
