You begin to infuse the concept into your eye as you sprint towards the part of the room with the kids, and a terrible pain occurs in your left eye as you do, the immediate push back from your own body as it seems to be fighting against you trying to apply a concept to yourself, the contradiction of even attempting to apply a simple concept to your own body causing you to almost seize up in pain, it's clear that you're definitely not supposed to be doing something like this, the pain is bad enough, but the magical energy cost is already many times higher than it would be for applying far more advanced concepts compared to something as simple as purity, and it's not like a higher quantity of magical energy would help either, this is... not something you have any intention of repeating. The process only takes a few second, but even after the concept is applied, you feel weaker than you did before and your left eye is still burning, you used way too much magical energy up on that, but... it was worth it.
