Alexithymiaa: -Steph walked down the hallway heading towards the cheer gym, her bag slung over her shoulder with her phone pressed between her ear and her shoulder. Her eyes scanned the emptty prescription bottle in her hands, turning it to read the label. "The Rx number? Uhh... 458269715493." She paused, shoving the empty bottle down into her open bag as she stepped into the gym. "Thanks. Will it be ready in the morning?" She walked toward the couches, letting her bag drop down off her shoulder. "Thank you." She pulled the phone to her ear, ending the call and tossing it down into her bag, moving across the gym to sit down on the mat, straddling her legs and leaning forward to stretch.-
Covet: -Kelsey was in the cheer room running lengths back and forth to get warmed up since she'd already stretched out. She was humming along as she ran back and forth, using the beat of the music in her head to keep pace. She saw Steph come in and gave her a wave.- // -Cadence came out of the locker rooms, in sweats and a tank top, her hair loosely thrown up in a ponytail, looking about like she half cared. When she walked in she saw someone in pink hair and raised an eyebrow- We have someone knew? Oh fuck...holy shit Steph....your hair... like... woah. -she said with a smile on her face-
Tsaaq: Hayley came into the gym with her headphones in and music blaring. She tossed her bag halfheartedly and made her way to the mat before sitting down and going to stretch her arms, looking between the girls but not saying anything, cause she saw lips moving and I do that all the time.
Musik: -Ash sat on the couch next to Steph's bag, looking down at his phone. He chewed on his cheek as he watched the game on his phone.- // -Caroline made her way into the building, moving down the hallway to get into the cheer gym. she dropped her bag down and moved to the mat not saying anything to anyone. She dropped down onto it and started stretching her legs.-
Alexithymiaa: -She lifted her head at Cadence's words, moving a hand through her hair and sweeping it to the left in one swoop. "My hair. Woah." She spoke in monotone, leaning down and stretching her arms back out across the mat. "Hey." She spoke to kind of everyone and no one coming into the gym specifically.-
Covet: -Kelsey made her way over to the group and sat down, feeling all reved up and energized now.- I really like it. It looks soo cool. I could never pull off color like that. // -Cadence nodded- No joke. Definitley makes a statement. -She watched Hayley and Care come in, gave her a nod and moved her eyes another direction while sht got herself stretched out too.-  Thanks for everyone showing up today.
Tsaaq: She blinked cause she still couldn't hear the other girls. Hayley got up from the mat and bent over foward and grabbed her ankles, frowning awkwardly before standing up straight again. She pulled out her earbuds and went to throw her phone in her bag before jogging back over to the group of girls, crossing her arms over her chest.
Musik: -She pushed up to her feet and brought her foot up to press her heel into her butt. She held it there for a minute before switching feet.-
Alexithymiaa: "Thanks..." She said in a small voice, pulling her arms over her head to stretch them out before climbing to her feet. "Let's do this."-
Covet: -Kelsey smiled then looked over at Care, frowning at her direction.- We all seem so cheery today... -she trailed off clearly being sarcastic.- // -Cadence blinked and stared at Kelsey- Hilarious Kels, really. Not a whole lot to be cheery about. Everyone to their feet, line up. -Cadence said dropping her pants so she was still in her shorts.-
Alexithymiaa: (Nope. Pants off dance off bitches)

Tsaaq: Hayley pursed her lips a moment but stayed silent. She dragged her feet on the mat and tried to get in line with the other girls. Her hands stayed crossed on her chest as she exhaled with a pout.
Musik: -Caroline stretched out her arms as she walked over to get into a line, keeping her lips pressed together tightly.- // -Ash lifted his eyes up to look at the girls, watching for a second before dropping his eyes back down to his phone.-
Alexithymiaa: -She swung her arms back behind her, walking over to step in line with the other girls quietly. She shifted to look back towards Ash, quickly turning to face forward again and lowering her eyes to her feet.-
Covet: -Kelsey got up and moved to stand in line giving herself plenty of space, looking at Cadence- // I'm going to call out jumps and then we're going to do them. We get through them, we're going to start over and do them again. So first up, five T jumps, five tuck jumps, five left hurdlers, five right hurdlers. Then we'll rest for a minute. We do them as a team, on an eight count. nobody should be done before anyone else. Ready? Five, six, seven, eight! One, two , three, jump! -she called out doing the jumps with them facing them.-
Tsaaq: Hayley inhaled deeply before nodding along to the count before doing the jumps along with the other girls.
Musik: -Caroline listened to Cadence as listend the jumps and waited until they all started before she started doing her jumps, counting in her head.-
Alexithymiaa: -She chewed on her lower lip, clapping her hands together and bending her knees on count, rising up to her toes and swinging her arms around, launching herself into the air to jump up, her arms in a T position. She repeated the jump in count five times before moving onto the tucks, pulling her knees up as she jumped.-
Covet: -Kelsey brought her hands down to her side and did her best to keep up with Cadence's count, looking down at the other girls to make sure she was doing them right. As soon as she was on the right count with everyone they were already moving to the next one. // -Cadence continued to call out the counts moving into the T jumps and the hurdlers. When they had finished those jumps  she looked at them panting a bit- Water break, you've got thirty second then back on the mat lined up. Kelsey, You need to be working on your jumps more on your own time. These should be comfortable and fluid for you. -Cadence said walking over to the desk to grab her water bottle. -
Tsaaq: She attempted to catch her breath once they were done with the jumps. She sighed as she walked away from the mat, picking up her water bottle and her phone and staring at the screen as she gulped the water down.
Musik: -Caroline walked over to her bag, not grabbing her water but grabbing her phone. She checked her messages and let out a breath before dropping into the bag and moving back to the mat to line up.-
Alexithymiaa: -Steph lifted her arm to swipe it over her forehead, not feeling so hot, but oh no conceal don't feel. She took a deep steadying breath, shaking out her arms and just staying exactly where she was in line.-
Covet: Okay, will do. -Kelsey nodded embarrased a little, but made her way over to her bag and grabbed her water bottle and drank from it before setting it back down and moving back to the mats.- // -Cadence called out to them- Times, up. Back in line. We've got  five pikes, five toe touches, rest for a four  count, ten toe touches, rest for a a four count, five toe touches, five pikes.  Ready? Five six seven eight...-she conintued counting out loud while doing the set of jumps with the girls watching them all.-
Tsaaq: She glanced at Steph a moment then looked down. Hayley put her phone down just as soon as she could pick it up. She sighed as she went back over to the mats and nodded again as she went into the pikes then into the toe touches along with Cadence.
Musik: -She listened to Cadence and nodded slightly then started doing the pikes, counting in her head as she did them.-
Alexithymiaa: -She clapped in time with Cadence's counts, bending her knees and whipping her arms around to complete her first set of pikes. Moving onto the toe touches, she did two of them before stopping, taking a few deep breaths and looking to Cadence. "I'm sorry. I need a second." She turned and walked away from the group, heading back toward the couches and sitting down on the floor, leaning forward to push her head between her knees as she spoke quietly to Ash. "Can you get the water out of my bag?"-
Covet: -Kelsey stopped what she was doing when she saw Steph walk off- Is everything okay Steph? // -Cadence put her hands up- Hold up. We'll all wait, I said we're doing this as a team. So if you stop we all stop. -Cadence said watching her, glancing at Ash-
Tsaaq: Hayley furrowed her eyebrows as she stopped, putting her hands on her hips. "Um..." She trailed off as she watched Steph awkwardly.
Musik: -Caroline stopped what she was doing, moving her eyes with Steph as she watched her walk over to Ash.- // -Ash lifted his eyes, setting his phone down and grabbing her bottle of water, holding it out to her.- "You okay?"
Alexithymiaa: -She took the water from him and took a tiny sip, looking at the girls that were all standing and waiting for her. "Shit..." Letting out a sigh, she recapped the water and passed it back to him, shoving the growing nausea down as she climbed to her feet. "Guess I don't have much of a choice." She deep a few deep breaths as she walked back over to her spot in line, pursing her lips. "Sorry."-
Covet: -Kelsey scrunched her face up and watched Steph- Maybe we could just be done for now. I don't want to push someone past their limit. // -Cadence nodded at Steph- No need to apologize. I'm being harsh tonight, and I wasn't thinking. I should be the one apologizing. For a few things actually.... Everyone circle up and sit down. Post drill pow wow. -Cadence said sitting down on the mat-
Tsaaq: She kept her gaze on Steph and didn't step back in line because obviously the broad was not feeling well. She bit the inside of her cheek as she went to sit down on the mat, waiting for the other girls to join.
Musik: -Caroline looked at Steph as she returned. She looked back to Cadence and shifted to sit down, folding her hands in her lap as she looked at Cadence.- // -Ash took the waterbottle, keeping his eyes on her as she walked back over.-
Alexithymiaa: -Breathing through her nose, she bent to sit down, unable to keep the sickness from coming back up this time. Slapping a hand over her mouth, she turned away from the girls, beginning to run for the door but not making it and settling for the janitors garbage can just inside the gym. She expelled the few contents of her stomach into the garbage, her body clinging to the can and shaking because when I get sick I tremble because that shit sucks.-
Covet: -Kelsey sat down with everyone else and pulled her legs up to her chin. She watched Steph with a concerned look, before glancing back at Cadence- //  -Cadence winced as Steph ran off to use the trash can, hearing her vomit like a champ- Sorry Steph.....really... Hayley I'm sorry for last week too. I let my anger and irritation from the week before, get the best of me and I let it completely ruin practice for everyone -she said looking at Care and Kelsey too.-  I know I'm a shitty coach...Which is why when I started this year off, I looked to you guys to help fill in where I'm not the greatest. Because in the end, we're a team. That means we have to work together... even when there's outside issues between eachother. At least here. -she said pointing to the mat.- That means I need your guys' help to follow the rules and policies set in place. If you're not going to be here, I need a text beforehand, or as soon as possible.  That way I'm not waiting for people to show up, and expecting the worst. Otherwise I have to count it as an unexcused absense, and there has to be a punishment for that.  -She took a deep breath- I know that people have personal shit that happens. And by all means, if you aren't comfortable bringing it up in front of everyone, I'm more than happy to step aside and hear you out, I've done it with Steph already. I'll do it with you guys too. I dont' want another blow up like last week to happen, just because we're one member down.
Tsaaq: She sat indian style and put her hands in her lap. Hayley looked over her shoulder at Steph while her eyes widened a bit. "Is... Is she okay?" She asked quietly as she pointed then turned to look at Cadence. Hayley lowered her head and frowned a bit when she was adressed. She inhaled deeply then exhaled through her nose while nodding. "I didn't mean to tell you that shitty stuff, in that way. Or say it in front of other people... I'm sorry." She finally piped up.
Musik: -Caroline turned to watch Steph go vomit scrunching her nose. She looked back to Cadence as she spoke, nodding slightly. She shifted uncomfortably and dropped her eyes down.- // -Ash pushed up quickly and walked over to her, placing his hand on her back rubbing it gently.- "Maybe you should call it quits tonight.."
Alexithymiaa: "Yeah..." She mumbled, standing over the garbage a moment longer to finish listening to everything that Cadence had to say. Taking a deep breath, she stood up straight, laying a hand over her flipping stomach. "I'm really sorry guys. I'm just.. gonna..." She trailed off, half gesturing toward the door before looking at Ash painfully. "Please take me home..." She turned and walked slowly across the gym, picking up her bag just enough to hold the strap, turning to walk and dragging it across the floor behind her.-
Covet: -Kelsey listened, nodding her head as needed- // Yeah that's fine, I'll fill you in on other shit later. Sorry again Steph...Really sorry.. -Cadence  said feeling guilty,  then she looked at Hayley, nodding her head as she spoke and gave her a soft smile.- Thank you. I'm sorry for also saying shitty stuff back, and getting Physical with you. That was extremely not acceptable of me to do.  Next week, I'd like to say  we'll be back on track. But...It's Halloween and AGD  is throwing a party. So we're going to be taking a week off. However...Keep up with exercising and Kelsey....Jumps...jumps. jumps. Go it? Have a good night and and enjoy the holiday.
Tsaaq: She lifted her her head and bit the inside of her lower lip. Hayley stretched out her legs on the mat and nodded. "It's okay." She said in a small voice before looking back at Steph. "Night?" She called out unsurely then nodded once Cadence was done speaking. "I guess I'll see you guys around whenever... Two weeks from now?" She said hurriedly as she gathered her things so she cold speed walk out of the gym.
Musik: -Caroline nodded and pushed up to her feet looking around at everyone. She waited a few minutes before looking around and walking over to her bag, picking it up and hooking it over her shoulder as she left.- // -Ash picked up Steph's bag for her and lead her out to eh car, unlocking the doors and opening her door for her.-
Covet: -Kelsey got up off the mats, smiling because it seemed like things were at least partially mended.- Yep Two weeks!  I'll hopefully see some of you tomorrow at the dorm party! -Kelsey said getting up and making her way to her bag so she could bounce the fuck to bed. // -Cadence nodded-  If not sooner,  Have a safe Halloween. -she called out making her way to the desk to get her things so she could lock up and go home-
